Very bad staff , no hygiene maintained at all. They charged hefty for a night stay, even when booked online with inclusion of breakfast, they told it will cost 250rs extra for the breakfast in the morning . Main door lock was broken, washroom doors has no lock. when asked to show the room before checkin , the receptionist denied saying that I have only one single room available, if you want book it right away, we won't show you the room. No wifi service provided. We asked a couple of time for the wifi key, but they ignored everytime. I have stayed in multiple Treebo hotels, and I trust Treebo for their quality and good staff. But here, pathetic service, staff and quality. ZERO stars from my side.

Dirtiest and very unsafe Treebo I have ever stayed yet. Cockroaches all around and the lift is used to carry all kinds of wastes and managed in an absolutely unhygienic manner. The wash rash rooms are very dangerously designed and pose safety hazards. Overall must be avoided.

Location is very accessible and safe. It's a stones throw away from the main road. There are hospitals, general stores, boutiques, electronic stores etc available at a walkable distance. There is also Karachi bakery just 5 mins walk away. The breakfast was good. Bread & egg, cornflour, & idli are constant on the menu. The variable items are bonda, masala dosa, poha etc. The rooms are clean and a comfortable size. The behaviour of the staff at the reception does need some improvement and professionalism.

RACIST hotel staff !!!! A third-class, unprofessional hotel with similar mentality of hotel staff by remaining insensitive towards SENIOR-CITIZENS !!!!! I paid in advance and booked in advance. I requested them beforehand to provide good rooms for my parents, who are NON-LOCALS. So, I expect a good room to be booked. Instead, the remaining rooms were shown and asked to choose. This is unprofessional and should not be based on first-come first-serve basis while you charge good amount of money. If a room needs to be booked, it must be reserved. LEFTOVER ROOMS WERE SHOWN TO US AS IF WE ARE BEGGARS !!!! My parents were discriminated by providing them worst rooms with lot of noise around. My mom has special diet requirements and my parents ordered milk in night. Everytime the prices quoted were different. Rooms were provided close to the place where the hotel staff stay. There were lot of disturbances.

If you want a stay in an amazing location, then this stay is the place for you! There's a complimentary breakfast buffet as well, which is pretty decent. The rooms infact don't look upto the mark. The toilets are really clean and big. I guess the management team could improve on the quality of the rooms. Only one complaint would be that the room walls being thin, the banging of other doors was very loudly heard in our room which pretty much didn't let us sleep in the afternoons Otherwise a good stay!

Experience during my 4 nights stay.. 14~17 Sept 2023 with family Arrival : Reached at 11:04 a.m, staffs were polite and well mannered, informed rooms will be ready by 12:00 p.m but make it ready by 11:30 a.m Room type : Oak (Room No 603), spacious room with king bed suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. +ves : 1) clean and neat room 2) Spacious cupboard to accommodate your stuffs 3) good condition AC 4) geyser 5) daily housekeeping and mineral water 6) good wifi connection 7) complementary BF is good enough with descent menus -ves : 1) mosquitoes need to be cleared forever (time being hotel provided mosquito repellent machine).. 😊 2) limited toiletries that too body wash and handwash bottled with same labelling"body wash+ shampoo"... 😄 3) bucket and mug need to replaced, i think it's already expired as it appears whitish when completely dried condition.. 😛 Location : easy to access uber cars and autos( but autos seems like deny the trip after 6 p.m), but private autos is available any time. Main tourist spots are easily accessible from this hotel. In case of emergency there is an hospital facility available nearby( virinchi hospital). For food, not too much options available nearby All total,its a good hotel you can choose to stay with your family&aged once(lift facility available).. 👍👍

Do not book these hotels. While making the reservation, there will be options to pay at hotel or confirm just 5 days before arrival by paying a advance. However soon after booking I got daily mails and follow up calls to pay to full money immediately. I have booked in october for my dec'23 trip. Hotel is asking for full money with in a week after booking. Finally, I got the message that my booking is cancelled as I requested (i've not requested). So if you are booking any of the Treebo hotels please be sure that you are ready to pay the money upfront during the time of booking.

I had stayed here 2days back. Giving one rating as I don’t have an option of giving a Zero. One person at front desk acts like a thug. Stained tea glasses, room cleanliness is not upto the mark. All the amenities they mention online are not provided. There are 6 floors and around 7 to 8 rooms in a floor, buffet breakfast is provided in 6th floor where they have only some 6 plastic tables and 4 plastic chairs in each table. Buffet breakfast has fixed menu idli and sambar. Lifts are maintained very poorly. 11:30 is the checkout time and they call up and start reminding you much earlier since morning about checkout. They told me if I was getting late, they can use master key and vacate things and keep it in reception which we can collect later. My mistake was to ignore the latest negative reviews about this hotel and still book it for stay. I was charged 2900per day which was not worth it.

Location and deluxe rooms are good.But one has to remind and request many times for getting room services.Water in washroom was bad with foul smell.It seems water tanks are not cleaned on regular basis. Breakfast was average.

We had a pleasant experience over our 2 night stay here. It’s very convenient in terms of location , accessibility and price in this area of the city. The complementary breakfast is a bonus . The rooms were much cleaner and well maintained beyond my expectations, the interiors are excellent, a gr8 value for money hotel. Service staff is really good, unfortunately I could not get the deluxe rooms for all my 4 days of stay, however the economy rooms were also well maintained and equipped as they offer tea coffee kits in economy rooms too & hot water all the day for bath. We have stayed 4 nights. Deluxe rooms. Rooms are spacious neat and clean. Everyday room cleaning also good. Location is excellent, No city noise . Breakfast also good. Calm and quiet area best for family. Staff are cooperative. Value for money.

We stayed at Treebo for 4 days and it is a decent hotel. We had to get our room upgraded to super deluxe as deluxe room is cabin size and for extra 500 per day they upgraded it. This room was spacious, had balcony, table, chair, kettle, fridge all amenities commonly required. Their service is ok, once I ordered tea which did not come but they sent breakfast on time. Receptionist are polite and helpful people. Cleaning is the thing they should definitely improve. They don't provide lunch and dinner which you can order from Zomato any time.

Pros: Deluxe room is spacious. AC is working fine and hot water is available 24/7. Tourist places are within 10 kms. Location is good. Cons: Parking is not available. Breakfast option is limited but it's good. Nearby mittai shop is there for simple breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bathing area is small. Need to improve the space. Switch box is close to bathing area too. Need to cover the switch box with plastic covers. Tea cup is so small. Also spoon or mini stick is needed to mix the hot water with tea/ coffee and sugar.

Disgusting, filthy place with crooks running this property. Treebo is part of the scam and harassed me to no end when I complained. Parts of ‘hotel’ looks like a slum with makeshift rooms for workers using bedsheets as walls. Lobby, front of building, basement cellar looks like a war zone with construction debris and noise. Managers of the place are bullies. Avoid this place like a plague! You are at high risk for Covid too here. Ignore the fake positive reviews.

They don't follow any covid protocol. The room we got wasn't even cleaned properly. The wall is so thin that you can practically hear everything that's happening outside your room. There was some sort of construction going on next to the hotel. It was unpleasant. The folks preparing breakfast were coughing and sneezing, not wearing masks properly. Breakfast was tasteless, but it's okay considering the price. The staff is polite though. Just they need to work on customer service better.

Trust me all these are fake reviews, I dont know where to start from about the nasty experience right from the staff to rooms, sheets, pillows everything is as disgusting as it can be. This is a small and decent enough budget hotel, bang on a main road. Good location and accessibility. Decent, clean, airr-conditioned rooms, with a minifridge, tea coffee centre and clean sheets. Efficient and polite staff always ready to help. Young boys from Assam and Tripura are polite and ready to serve.

I had a horrible experience with this hotel.I had to attend an interview in hyderabad.I had requested an early check in and paid half the money prior for this early check in.When I reached there they said room is not available and did not offer me any other alternative.The manager is very rude,dull and useless.When I told him I already paid money for that,he said that he cannot do anything about it as I didn't give it to him. Then I told I am not taking the room and I wanted a refund.Later I am getting a message that,thay have marked me under 'no show' ,hence my money cannot be refunded. I had a very humiliating day there.They scam your money.Customer care is also not helpful.They just keep making excuses.Finally I lost my money even without staying there.

It's a nice place to stay at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Location is fine. You will get Auto, cab, Bike from here very easily. Temperature check up, entry with Musk and sanitization is done here. Hotel Room is neat & clean. AC, Hot water, TV, WiFi facility is available here. Breakfast quality is too good. Hotel staffs are polite, cooperative and helpful in nature. Room services are also good.

I had planned an urgent trip and booked online this Treebo Trend Address Inn property located in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The location is good on road no.13, a very quiet locality, but the room given to me was definitely not the money I paid approximately 3300 per night, it was on the 6th floor and I couldn't open the blinds as it was extremely hot so had to keep the AC on; the room didn't have anything to sit on and no table too, also the TV channels donot work and they provide only the basic, all the food has to be ordered from outside as there is no in house dining or restaurant or room service and the breakfast provided is truly pathetic. Strangely even the liquid soap provided in the bathroom is placed so high and in a very awkward position, wifi connection is decent, even if you want any tea or coffee it's a challenge as it's generally available after 8.00 am so for early risers like me I had to make my own arrangements. Overall pls confirm before going to this place and try the lower floors they say they might be better and insist on daily house keeping. One good thing in all this was Jaideep the receptionist who patiently listened to me and provided the necessary help.

It is all clean and hygienic and comfortable. I was looking for a place in affordable rates.. Not too expensive and not too cheap. And this turns out to be a perfect place for me. Services like freshly cooked breakfast and provided at your room, make me really happy to stay. They sanitized my luggage properly. Its good to see small genuine efforts. Makes the whole experience more homely rather than a monetary service.

We opted for the deluxe rooms that costed us approx ₹2000 per room, per night which was great value for money 👍🏼 The rooms & adjoining washrooms were clean, spacious and had all the standard amenities. The booking experience was smooth as well. Overall a great fuss-free stay. This is a great pick if you know you're going to be out exploring the city for most part of the day (so you don't need all the resort-like luxuries) but don't want to compromise on the standard room experience.

Please don’t go by the photos they have posted as they are very deceiving. The rooms are very unhygienic and I found oil and other various stains under the quilt. The bedding has a foul smell and the condition of the bedroom on the whole is very poor. The only advantage of this property is it’s location. Not worth 2k a night.

The location is not far to the main road for transportation. It is also not far to Angaara 5, and Dine Hill restaurants. Virinchi Hospital is just a stone throw from this hotel. I love the fact that the location of this hotel is strategic. I enjoyed the quietness of this hotel as I had wanted. The complimentary breakfast is fairly good but it could be better. Room services would need to improve but the overall customer service is great 👍. This is my second time of staying at this hotel and I can recommend it to anyone provided the services would not be reduced from what I experienced. As you know, Banjara Hills is one of the most expensive places to live in Hyderabad, and you staying at this hotel prevents you from staying in noisy and overpopulated community. I wish you happy stay whenever you find yourself at this hotel.

We stayed in Deluxe Room for 9 days. The place is close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping mall. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious. Breakfast is good. The staff are attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. If I had a chance to visit Hyderabad again, I would definitely choose this one.
