The location of this place is good. There are shops nearby although there aren't good restaurants in the vicinity. The entrance looks grand but the rooms are ok. However, for the price they charge, it's pretty decent. Basic facilities are available. There is sufficient parking space in the basement.

Be careful while booking through different sites because these people didn't provide me room which was booked through Agoda. They were like with the amount you paid you won't get any room here so either pay 800 extra or sort with Agoda. And they even denied me to pay the bill for extra 800 which i paid. Don't know whose fault it is but the customer suffered here. Although agoda was kind enough to refund the total amount after a long conversation with them.

Only thing that works in this place's favour is it's location . I wish the owners look into the basic necessities and have cleaner rooms and bathrooms. Very bad management by the staff.

Very bad hotel, don’t stay if you want cockroaches in your ears.The manager is a cheater,he will say your booking is not confirmed and ask for double money. And will say it’s fully booked but it’s totally empty.I have been asked to pay extra and then had to leave hotel because of unhygienic conditions

One of the worst experiences here. There is nothing like a good, neat and responsive hotel staff. They charged more than what we paid in oyo apps and not in a responsible way. No water, no room service even the rooms and open spaces are very bad smelly. Even if they are not providing shower towels. I didn't expect from Oyo townhouse. I hope it will upgrade their services to the best levels.

Worst hotel with worthless managing people. They will sell the room to direct customers even though we have a booking. The most disgusting hotel i have visited till now in my complete journey. People how would like to book this avoid this and have a good booking in another hotel

After staying in 20 oyo rooms this is by far the worst. The rooms have cockroaches everywhere, the AC was not working all rooms sticks like cigarette. The bathroom door lock was not there . We requested to change the room they denied. The place is run by bunch of dudes very bad mannered. They treat guest like a cheap motel . They don’t have restaurant so forget any room service. Small things like towels was also not available. The worst thing the washroom water will stop every 5-6 hours. I had to call multiple times just for the Washroom water. Like other OYO they will not give you water, towels,room service, working Ac, Soap and etc . Highly recommend to avoid this place highly.

Cons / -ves: 1. I booked stay for 4 nights through OYO website but the Hotel management did NOT confirm the booking till I escalated the matter to OYO customer support! It was a disappointing and frustrating experience :( 2. We were given rooms in the 4th floor. AC temperature was fixed to 16 degree celsius. Could not change the temperature through remote. The rooms became freezing cold in the early morning times. 3. There were NO towel rods & soap holders in the bathrooms. No cloth hangers in the wardrobes. 4. Stinking smell (probably because of a dead rat) was emanating from the bathroom of one of the rooms!! After complaining, the rooms were changed and we had to go to 3rd floor. 5. OYO website mentions that this hotel provides breakfast but there is NO such facility in the hotel. Clear case of misleading the travellers by OYO!! 6. Not worth for the price they charge. Better to stay in some other decent hotels in New Nallakunta. Pros / +ves: 1. Rooms were clean and tidy 2. Location of the Hotel in New Nallakunta is the ONLY plus point for this hotel!

Absolutely unclean/disgusting hotel. Seems like a hub for shady activities. Front desk is unprofessional, nasty folks come and go. It was too late for me leave since the payment was already made.

Paid... fake reviews and star ratings,I had a very bad experience, when I went to the pre-booked room at 12 midnight they said that the room is not available, talked to the customer care for 15 minutes but no results Also remember what time it is

Worst staff, when i booked the hotel in the app it was showing 992 rupees but when i visited the hotel they were demanding 1300 rupee, i suggest NO to every one, dont visit this hotel, it is too cheap and the hotels rooms are no so great. Not worthy.

This s the worst Oyo room I have ever been. The room is very poorly maintained. Infact no maintenance. The floor s very muddy. They don't change the carpet. Slippery bathroom. Cockroaches everywhere. Stained bed covers. Sharp nails on floor which is highly dangerous. Above all HIGHLIGHT is that if you complain to them they will ask u to vacate the room if you don't like to stay. Never visit here and degrate urself.

Excellent Service. The front office team lead by Mr. Vishal have been very helpful. They even shifted the room to a larger room. They have been very supportive and took care of us well. Will definitely come back again. Special thanks to Mr. Vishal again.

Poor standards, you can find lot(15 to 20) of cockraches small and medium sized in rooms. Did not find my pillow covers washed, they did not provide me toiletries kit even after asking, tata sky (only adds) is the only channel you can watch if you switch on the TV as they have not recharged any, no kitchen but they can get food from nearby hotel if requested. Overall they have not maintained the standards of Oyo Townhouse category. Ganesh in the reception was kind enough to arrange a room for early check-in.

Very good. Beautiful, spacious, clean and peaceful room. It had ample space, a table and chair for working or using a laptop. TV, AC, Wifi and AC were good too. decreased 1 star for the service..it could be better/improved. I asked for a bottle of water, no response. telephone in the room is useless if the reception doesn't lift the calls. please improve service, you have such a good hotel at a good location.

Room 305 was not clean. Especially the bed linen. Mattress had not been rotated and the comfort filings were not evenly distributed. It was quite challenging to get good sleep. A/c and Geyser were functional. Bathroom had a constant foul smell. The handwash and bodywash provided was stale and foul smelling. Of course we went prepared with our own toiletries. I don't recommend this hotel for couples definitely.

Rooms were fine. There was no exhaust work in toilets and foul smell was coming. The staff only used fresher only once... The bathroom was not much cleaned.

I've never stayed at a worse oyo motel. The maintenance was poor, and the bedsheets were stained and the washrooms were filthy. Vishaal, the hotel manager, in particular, was impolite in his response. In oyo townhouse, I had the worst experience ever.

If booking this hotel, call them in advance because they might deny your check in at the last minute which happened with me and wife. They are a set of inconsiderate people, who are only bothered about their money that too after the booking the room with OYO customer service. We were denied check in at 3 am though the room was booked from previous day. Terrible experience.

Moment while getting to hotel (OYO TOWNHOUSE TILIKNAGAR 112 ), even though it was booked and paid in OYO app, reception guy named Prem started asking for more 700 rs if you wish to checkin or go , it was very rude behavior and unethical practice. and there is no way that we can lodge a complaint against it to be action taken because no call centre for OYO , its auto disconnecting. Feeling total and disappointed .recorded call for the same .

The room was nice but bed linen was horrible, no towel provided no soap or shampoos provided, no complimentary breakfast and highest disappointment is no drinking water, you have to purchase water from the receptionist person who charges RS. 25/- for one water bottle, AC was set in such a way that even if you keep temperature to 16 you will get only 26, They don't have a in house restaurant and they don't allow visitors. Overall a very bad experience.

Very rude staff, doesnt support in anything. We stayed for 2 days and they did even clean the room until we call them 5 times, no extra bed given, no water for drinking was given. No parking was given. Useless. Plz dont choose and suffer

Majorly there are many hotels who do these scams as they ask for more money if you have booked the hotels from any online platform. Though i had paid the full amount online at the reception, the receptionist asked for more money and didn't let us check-in. I called the Oyo complaint number and told them about this issue and they also couldn't help us and asked us instead if we want to check-in to the other hotel? Still we paid extra and stayed at this hotel and the toilets were not at all clean and dirty and the commod was also broken. The blankets were not washed and they are blood stains on the blanket. If I asked them to change, they say no. Wifi doesn't work here and when I ordered for a bottle of water, no one came to the room to provide the water bottle. They provide only one towel even if there are 2 guests and the body wash lotion in the bathroom stinks as gutter. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. On the Oyo app you will see it's good ratings and comments as they take your mobile and give themselves a 5 star rating.

The Hotel is really good in this price range..We had paid 1200 for 24 hours on Oyo and stayed there for 5 days... Really good Experience.. Service was good...Safe.. Behaviour of staff was also good ...U can choose this hotel in this Economical price👍

The check-in was smooth. The room and bathroom was clean. The staff was good and helpful. The only drawback, there was no inhouse pantry and no place for breakfast. You either had to go out or eat it in your room.

The room initially looks good however after a few mins you realise the sinks are leaking, there is no ventilation, smoke from other rooms fills up your room..

The Rooms are for perfect stay for individual and the staff are very helpful and Supportive. Washrooms are Awesome I had a perfect stay and I prefer staying here in future.

Don't book this hotel, if you want to book just choose pay at hotel option or walkin directly the they will charge you as their mood. If you pay in the app and go to hotel for checkin they simply deny your checkin for silly reasons as they already received their booking amount and they will give our room to walkin guests and your app customer care also don't hear your problem as they too get their share amount so hotel will get the double amount for one room. This is what is going on this hotel so don't get into their trap. *Cheating management*

It was good and best price but they charge for water bottle also. Room was not clean at places that are not visible in the beginning. Booking through the app is the best option. Booking on call causes delay in receiving the ID. AC temperature variations were not good.
