I wanted to shop for pearls and it was a pleasant surprise to know that there was a pearl shop in Novotel where I was staying. It was convenient to shop for gifts for family. Sai Kiran helped us select good pieces and he also explained how the jewellery was made. Will shop again here.

Very nice hospitality. Mr. Deepak Upadhyay gave us a very good knowledge about Pearl stone. He is very straight forward about the details. I also bought a yellow sea pearl from him.
