WORST SERVICE, NOT RELIABLE, WORST STAFF ASSISTANCE!!! I gave them a gold mangalsutra (that I bought from Senco Kolkata) for extension by adding more gold. At the time of taking the product they promised that I will get the product back within 30 to 45 days. I asked them multiple time regarding time frame where the floor manager told us to rest assure by any how we will get the product within 45 days as per their commitment. We gave the product on 27/8/2022, on bill the delivery date is mentioned as 11/9/2022. We visited the store on 17th Sep when they mentioned sir/mam, its not ready yet but we will call and deliver the product to you before 45 days, don't worry! IT'S 13/10/2022 TODAY, it's been 50 days... We called SENCO GOLD, GACHIBOWLI, HYDERABAD today and they mentioned it's not ready and we can deliver this by 25/11/2022..MEANS 45 DAYS MORE FROM TODAY! THE RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM @sencogold Was toooo BAD!!! WE asked them to return our product! SUPER WORST SERVICE!!!!! NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!! NOT RELIABLE AT ALLL!

Kolkata is here in hyderabad with the legacy of Senco. A warm welcome and understanding staffs are the plus of the place. You will come back surely. Now it's a come back time. A touch of Kolkata with Chanachur and Cha is the loving addition.

the current location shows it is in babukhan lane beside AIG hospital. it is incorrect location. the actual location is exactly at gachibowli flyover signal, beside maharaja hotel. i have submitted a request to change the location to google, hops that helps.

Good place to buy gold and diamonds jewellery. It’s a Bengali style store to if you want to get Bengali style of jewellery then this is a right place. Polite and supportive staff.

Well maintained store. They will also provide free coffee. Even if you are willing to buy, they will show all available collections for your need. Good place for wedding collections.

Very nice collection compared to other Kolkata based outlets. People are all from Bengal and they can speak in bengali.

Small but nice collection. My family liked the shopping experience here. They have a small basement parking. Roadside parking is very very limited.

Representatives are very friendly and helpful. Understand your time's value. The showroom is located at Gachibowli, the heart of the city. It has a variety of options with very modern and attractive designer jewellery. All representatives are helpful and polite. The representative, Gudiya Singh, was very cooperative. She treated us very nicely and answered all the queries.

Good collection, but the extremely annoying strong smell(Dhuna/agaarbatti) gave me a headache every time I visited this branch.

If possible I would give this branch 0 star. Poor collection. But that is not the worst part. Employees were busy with special customers. They were not at all attending all customers. What a shame! Improve your service. Very poor.

Limited options in lite jewellery, staff seemed to be engaged and busy among themselves. And this was on pushya Nakshatra day. I guess this was the reason all other jewellery/gold stores were full to the brim with customers, while Senco had only its employees fooling around to content with. The billing counter did not even have change for 500/-. Overall disappointing experience.

The gold rate is more than market rate. Behaviour of the sells staffs are not good. I have purchased in other Senco Stores in West Bengal but never faced this type of attitude. Will not recommend to others.

Polite and friendly staff. Bought some pieces for a function in the family. Overall nice store with good collection. Will go again. Note: Parking is difficult since it is at the ORR junction. Basement parking is available, but overall heavy traffic, care needed.

Authentic Bengali collection and decent exchange price (old gold) to new ornaments. But did not like the monthly scheme concept we missed the final deposit because we wanted to visit and pay so we can buy gold on the same visit. And they denied to give us the benifits for 6 months felt cheated.

I have bought a Diamond ring and even after 1 week , tey didnt provided me my Certificate, didnt told me this at the time of purchase but as soon as I made the payment they give this excuse.
