I am really impressed by the facilities and equipment available in this gym. The fact that they are well maintained also speaks a lot. There's also drinking water and well maintained washrooms. The gym is mostly centrally air conditioned. However, I am rating this gym a 4/5 because it misses out on professionalism. The staff is not very friendly and not at all professional. I never got an official receipt for the payment I made to the gym, I was told a locker will be assigned but never got that either and one of the staff members was quite rude to me.

This gym is close to my place. I had decided to join it and asked for 1 day trial to observe the gym. Was told to come next day at 6am and I was on time for the trial. I woke up from deep sleep to be on time but unfortunately whoever was sitting at the counter has asked me to come later because he is not aware who has approved for trial. Disappointed due to this unprofessional behavior, I have joined Golds gym. If I was told openly there is no trial offered, then I would have joined directly by paying the fees. I even had plans of bringing in 3 more friends to join this gym. This gym has the potential but the management needs to behave more professionally to be able to survive the competition.

The a1 fitness gym was amazing every type of machine is available, even boxing kit as well thanks.
