The 'experience' here was BETTER THAN THE BEST! We had chosen 'Lockout - A Prison Break Challenge' and we enjoyed it a lot. The environment during the mystery was realistic, and the way the mysteries are set makes you use your every single brain cell. Overall, trying this out with your friends/family is way better than going to some movie or other similar stuff.

The Con of Kohinoor was the game we played. The concept was well thought & implemented. We were a group of 6 and so we thoroughly enjoyed playing it as we tried to solve puzzles to be able to rob the Kohinoor diamond and escape from the room. For the game, definitely 5 stars. They have a very good photo spot. I have to reduce a star from the overall experience because of the following reasons: The props given needs to be better maintained (eg: one torch light wasn't working properly) The washroom also needs to be kept clean.

Great exercise for the mind. The staff are extremely well trained, polite and friendly. Tried the jail one. I would say it's a great icebreaker for a group of people who don't know each other very well.

Great place to do activity with your team/friends here. They have mystery rooms, laser tag and even a bowling arena. The laser tag is really fun! Prices are around 350 per person for laser tag

Great place to visit with your friends or office colleagues with some challenging mystery games. Multiple themes are available as mystery rooms. We have played Kohinoor hunt and that was amazing with some tough puzzles to be solved and reach to Kohinoor. You have to find coded numbers in a tunnel, solve numbers with cities in Map, tactfully cross a laser room and finally after getting the Kohinoor the alarm siren will blow out. You have to complete entire puzzles in 1 hour. Stuffs are friendly and help you to take group photos. Overall nice experience and highly recommended.

MR is okay, but staff if very unsupportive and have no pertinence at all. especially the lady in specs, while we were waiting for our other friends to arrive she was threatening us that our slot will get canceled if we don't start asap. Later she got annoyed because we paid in cash and she had to count all that money, she unnecessarily advised us to pay with card. we were school going students, we don't gave cards. After our time was over we were unable to complete the game, we asked her what the last code to lock was, she refused to answer and told us to leave.

It's a good place to do some activities with team . If you live to solve the puzzle then good place. We played the hunter locker room and loved it . We were very close to solve the room . Planning to go again for other room experience.

Went to the Conjuring room and had lots of fun!! The staff was very friendly and cooperative. Since it was our first time and this was a very difficult stage, they helped with clues as well. The game has been designed with lots of interesting puzzles. Worth every penny. We even got the option to extend the time at the end for 15 min at an extra cost of Rs 500 for the whole group. An amazing place to visit with your friends. Prior booking should be done especially on weekends to get the desired slot and room.

We were a gang of 7 and took the lockout challenge. The theme was that we would be locked in a prison and we need to unravel and use the clues to escape out of it. We escaped the main room within the stipulated time but asked for extra time to escape the next smaller one. It was a fun and exciting event and very well spent time.

*This has around various themes of exploration like abducted etc. *As everything has to explore at own, it takes much time to deliberate the next action to reach final stage. *Most of the exploration are of 1 hr. * Average charge per person of any game is 1000Rs. * Visit once to get a quaint experience

It is a very nice place to enjoy with Family and friends. They create real life escape situation with awesome sound effects and visuals. The service by the mystery rooms team is excellent. They give us a briefing and provide us with the necessities needed for the game. They give us one hour to find the clues and find out the suspect. That one hour of time we feel like real crime investigors. If we succeed in finding out the suspect they give us a medal which makes us feel more like crime detective. A must place to visit with friends.

We all grew watching detective, thriller, horror movies wondering when will we get that chance in real life. This is the place for such an opportunity where we get to solve mysteries, escae traps etc. Visited here with team, had lots of fun. It's very enjoyable for groups of 5 or more, several themes are available with difficulty levels ranging from medium to difficult. It makes the whole group come together with singular focus of solving the problem, very effective in establishing team bonding. The staff are helpful and gives clear instructions about the theme. They also give a medal of you successfully solve and come out within 1 hour. Overall amazing experience.

The games are pretty challenging and honestly, will take a hot on your ego 😂. But overall the concept of the games are great and they have great a photobooth with a lot of props for you to flood your Insta. However, I feel it's way too overpriced.

Prebooking should be there, or else finding a slot will be difficult. Many themes are available. Info about every theme will be available there l. Can choose according to group size and difficult level

Only one receptionist to handle many customers, she clearly seemed overburdened. She was trying her best though. Our 5pm appointment started almost at 5.30 despite us being right on time. Escape room itself (we tried Lockout) was pretty challenging and a fun experience.

Great concept and must try activity with your friends. However, management is a bit poor and few of the equipments especially in the Haunted mystery room were non functional. Could be better.

My group tried "Cabin in the Woods" such a great experience the clues were given to us very quickly and clearly, the rooms were easy to get immersed in. It felt like a real cabin! I would highly recommend going here even if it seems pricey compared to other competitors. Staff were polite and instructed us well and it was a really fun room. I can't wait to visit again! P.S Don't underestimate the difficulty levels. :)

One of the best experiences I've ever had in any mystery room. The live actor was amazing. The game master and the rest if the staff were too good, too. Please get new scenarios, though, we're almost done with all :p

It a good place , it was our first time hence we took the least difficult game , it was a fun filled 60 minutes trying every possible ways to crack the clues one after another. It’s a great stress buster , good for family and friends and also a great team building exercise.

Went to Cabin In The Woods in Jubilee Hills branch. The concept was very good and the props realistic. For everyone, each and every detail is important. It is important for you to have good observation skills to solve the puzzle. Overall a very good place to hang out and think with your buddies.

Its a very good team activity. Can play together across age groups. Teenage to Adults should take leads in solving the puzzle in a way thats lets you escape or solve the puzzle. Solving is the objective but the experience of exploring and experimenting when you are stuck in a room is the best part. Prices depends on number of people. Pre- booking required. Reach before time. Experiment to be experienced.

Awesome experience. I visited in a group of 7 and had selected Cabin in the woods, a murder mystery. It was the first time for most of us, and we were completely mind-blown by the level of puzzles, scenes prepared and determination needed to solve it. We were able to solve it in 70 minutes (although, the time limit was 60). All other processes, incl. payment, waiver form, scene briefing, were easy and fast. The instructors were really great, friendly and had genuine interest in what they were doing.

We have done the kon of kohinoor- mission impossible. As the name suggests, it's indeed somewhat impossible. It's the first time we went, and it was an awesome experience. The puzzles are indeed complicated. It's always Better to ask the clue if anyone isn't solving the mystery in 5 minutes otherwise, it would be a waste of time. Overall, it was a good experience. I want to visit again for different mystery.

So much bad experience we had today at mystery rooms doing conjuring. The numbers where not working properly we got the correct code but when entering it was not working. We told them the issue, we almost wasted around 20min in tht and they gave us only extra 10min. We lost all the fun of the game becz of the staff inturupting in between the game. Worst experience. I will never recommend anyone.

Not worth the price. The staff were incomprehensible with the way they speak English, they should better switch to local languages if they are not comfortable speaking in English. They should give a demo of how different locks should be opened especially the digital lock, the ui is very bad. Some clues were misleading probably because the designers didn't cross check what is it they are hinting at. Overall poorly managed for the price they are charging.

Amazing escape room experience. Can have a great time with friends if you're good at solving interesting problems. More fun if you go in larger groups, rather than just going with 2 - 3 people.

Brain-Fun & a good adrenaline rush. More the Merrier- Go with a bunch of friends! Pre-booking is really helpful , especially on the weekends. The staff is friendly to squeeze-in Walk-ins also. (P.S-They charge extra on the weekends)

The staff was very irresponsible. Initially when we entered, they simply said there are no slots and asked to check online. When we checked online, slots were available and we booked it.. when we returned after 45 mins as per slot timings, no one attended us and we just waited for another 15 mins past booking timings. Yet again, same guy walked up to us saying The Conjuring room is too scary and we don't suggest for you guys instead asked us to select other room post booking and making payment. The same guy left us yet again without even asking what is our opinion on room selection based on their suggestion. We had to proactively ask another staff member to take our booking based on our selection as it is already past 25 mins by booking time. Since our slot was the final slot for the day, we saw them delaying certain things while we are in room. At end, they didn't have the great experience at all. TOO EXPENSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. You might have a better experience if you visit mid-day or early evening. We literally saw staff leaving along with us

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE all around doing the Kohinoor scenario during the 6:30 PM slot on 10 Sept 2023. We worked out a clue and tried the code we came up with which didn't work, so spent 15-20 minutes trying a bunch of different combinations, finally we asked for a clue and it turns out we had the correct answer initially and the lock was broken. The guys came in and fixed it and the game master added 15 minutes. So we went into the next room and worked out the next clue, entered the code into the keypad, wasn't working, tried it multiple times even though we used the clue given by the game master, asked for a clue again, and they gave us the correct code which identical to what we'd worked out except the first 2 digits were exchanged. In the next room, there was a clue involving a compass except the needle was broken, so that was great. So anyway, we had to buy extra time because we had run out. After we came out, we talked to the game master, we forgot to ask her name (our mistake) who initially straight up denied anything was wrong and said she was being generous by giving us 15 min when she actually wanted to give us 5 min. She then accepted the compass was malfunctioning but didn't accept the code was wrong, I asked her to check again, she came back and conceded the code was wrong and apologized. So, we said we weren't going to pay the extra money unless we talked to a manager/supervisor, so that we could raise our concerns. She refused to let us escalate the issue, apparently the manager wasn't interested in addressing these problems, I don't know if she didn't want to own up to her mistakes or the manager genuinely wasn't interested. She said if we didn't pay the money for the extra 15 min, it would come out of her paycheck but she wasn't getting her superior. So, we paid the money and left. If anyone who's actually in charge at mystery rooms could take this problem seriously, that would be great, although I doubt it. Update: Someone from management contacted me and apologized for our trouble and offered us 15% off on our next visit. They also asked me delete this review, I replied that I would think about it and talk it over with the rest of the group. When he found out I wasn't going to delete the review, I never received the email with a 15% off coupon like he said I would. So, he was just trying to bribe us to take down the review. Like I said, pathetic experience all around, from top to bottom.

The room we took was not properly set up. All the clues were left open and things we were supposed to solve were already solved which really deteriorated our experience. They only realised the same when we were able to finish the game very quickly, so they just locked the clues in front of us rather than actually doing something. It was pretty pointless to again look for the clues that we had already solved and used... No compensation was provided either.

  • 1/5 Shruti R. 1 month ago on Google • 1 review New
Unprofessional and not worth. Paid 900Rs./person for a pre-booked session only for them to realise midway that the room was not set up as it should have been and expected us to redo finding the clues that we already knew...
