Big Bazaar Good service for big bazaar good staff nice service Parking is available good then others

Big Bazaar located on the main road of Santosh Nagar. Beside Karachi bakery This Big Bazaar is not that much big when compare to other branches, but we can get all groceries and other daily use equipments. Talking about apparels and footwear, we can get it but there won't be much stock compared to other branch. I recommend this place for groceries only.

It's better to avoid this store for online orders. For completing their daily Targets they will accept the orders even when they do not have the stock. Even after saying that you can skip the No stock item also store will bill for all the items and they will vanish after sending the order to home. No one will cares after that even the customer care teams of BigBazaar also. If you call cutsomer care they say that store people will get back to you in 4hours. But till now 18th sep 11.50Am no one called me or helped with my order get that shirt or refund on it..it's been almost a week. Order I'd 805945271.

Its good offers are pretty good Car parking is hectic Staffs are good only Elevator is wrost of all it takes an hour for one and down. AC omg i went three days back their is no AC and i was so much ready to done my shopping as soon as possible its horrible without AC.

You can get anything here. A Wonderful place. There is a all type of facilities are there. Like parking, luggage keeping, left. And it is so big mall. A there will be a lots of offers. I love this mall. It is on the Road only. So anyone can find out it.

Slightly crowded in week days good offers, less parking place. Straight on road.

Very bad service, I received incomplete items in last two orders, but they update order status as completed also there is no refund for the missing items .. Customer care is also not supportive, they creates the ticket for complent and after few days they marks the complent status as done ( without resolution)..

Prime location. Good place to purchase all households including clothes. Food cards are accepted on purchase of food items. Many discounts available and will change from time to time. Finding parking place is a bit difficult as the entrance is fully occupied by street vendors..

Place Is okay but I found many women with veils n not wearing masks which made me insecure. Upon questioning the staff on the counter were unresponsive.

I have visited this place recently, they have sanitized before entering in to the showroom that was nice , after shopping we made the bill ₹1900 approx, and so we got down at the billing, here the story starts, the billing agent informed us you have got some coupon worth ₹150 , which we need buy some fruits and vegetables worth of ₹150 , so we went again to buy some, there are no such prices which cost exactly ₹150 , so we picked up apples cost of ₹120 , so nobody informed us to buy all the 150rps , then only you can eligible for voucher, we have wasted our 25 min of time and took apples and again waited in the Q, here the twist comes, when our turn comes, billing agent, then informed us ur not eligible for this voucher until your total becomes ₹150 Again we went to vegetables section, there is no one to explain what we will get in 30₹ , Again waited for 15 min, we picked one apple which costs around 45₹ approx, again we came to billing section and waited for 15min to make our billing. So again the billing agent said there is no barcode sticker on that apple, so need to go the vegetable store to get that barcode sticker, the guy in that store, didn't informed us when we wasted 15min there. Is this is the service which you are providing to customers???? , total 1 hour wasted because of your bloody voucher, why you want to harras customers like this, if you have not given that voucher, we would have left the store happily. Worst 👎& bad experience with this store employees not wearing mask properly. We will definitely recommend all of your friends & family not to vist this store, if you really care about your time, money & health. The worst 👎 store experience.

Zero safety and life threatening for kids. No proper gaps on steps railing. Kids may fall down from 5th floor. See photos attached gaps are over 1 feet.
