Gandikota
was
on
my
bucket
list,
and
while
all
others
posted
one-day
treks,
which
would
mostly
be
driving
to
the
location,
and
walking
over
to
a
viewpoint,
I
wanted
to
do
more
than
just
that.
When
NAC
posted
a
two-day
itinerary
covering
Gandikota,
Ahobilam
and
Belum
Caves,
I
signed
up
immediately.
The
trek
itself
was
well
organised;
while
my
earlier
experience
with
other
trek
organisers
is
that
they
change
the
itinerary
to
suit
the
likes
and
interests
of
the
group,
with
NAC
I
found
that
the
organiser
supported
and
motivated
everyone
in
the
group
to
finish
the
trek
-
it
was
invigorating
this,
"leave
no
man
behind"
outlook.
Bhaskar
from
NAC
went
to
great
lengths
to
make
this
an
exciting
and
informative
trek.
He
told
us
that
he's
an
explorer
first,
and
an
adventurer
next,
and
he
used
his
knowledge
and
experience
to
show
us
offbeaten
tracks
on
the
trek,
even
at
Gandikota,
which
involved
a
bit
of
scrambling.
Bhaskar
utilised
his
contacts
to
provide
us
exceptional,
authentic,
home-cooked
meals
on
the
trek.
It's
much
appreciated.
Overall,
it
was
an
excellent
experience
thanks
to
NAC.
