Pros: • In store customer service is professional so to say. • The people working here actually recommend watches that suit your needs rather than making a quick sale. Cons: • Of late I've had too many issues with their smart watches both 4th & 5th Gen, and the customer service people really too way too long to return the watch. Literally encountered the same issue within days after it was repaired. Verdict: They still offer great value for money having said that there are so many other National/International brands that have equally good propositions in the recent times. Cheers ☕

I interacted with Mr. Soham to know about some selected products. He offered me unique information about Fossil products which was really helpful in selecting the merchandise. Few days ago I visited Fossil Store in Forum Sujana Mall ...and it was a great experience for me to see the collection of watches and other quality merchandise. Really awesome experience, very friendly and helpful, I went to get my fossil gen 5 repaired, as it got frozen and didn't turn on, sir helped me get my watch repaired without getting it to service centre, 5 stars is not sufficient for the friendly behaviour, 10 out of 10.

People buy watches and then there is fossil, where you buy an dream and carry it with you. Had a very pleasant experience in the store and their executives are so friendly and very very enthusiastic which is a good sign, they are well versed in the products they are selling. I gave my watch for repair here, to check the status of my repair request I was trying to call them 5 times today but no one responds. On the day when I gave it for repair they were like you can call us before you come to pick the order. Worst customer support .

The worst ever experience one can have is what I had here. My wife and I have two fossil watches and these two watches had battery issues within a year of purchase. When we visited the store in forum Mall, the representatives were rude and not at all helpful in resolving the issue. My wife's watch had cz's which got faded within 6 months of purchase, Again the store representatives were rude while responding on how it can be repaired, they kept on saying that we did not use it properly. Eventually they said it can't be repaired and asked us to contact Bangalore fossil branch. So basically, once you purchase a fossil product, this store guys will not take any responsibility for any sort of repair or won't be helpful in resolving the problem.

Everything was there that was needed for buy-friendly marketing. The staffs were very helpful and they were engaged with customers maximum utility of satisfaction. I had a very good experience and the prices were just amazing and unbeatable. Highly recommended store to visit if you wanna buy a watch, you would be shocked to know that the prices as affordable as the basic watch prices. Really an amazing experiey.
