Used
to
be
a
lovely
condominium
when
I
had
moved
in
last
September.
Over
time,
it's
sad
to
see
its
downfall
althouth
it
still
has
decent
gym,
club,
swimming
pool
and
kids
play
areas.
During
rain,
water
enters
the
basement
from
the
lake
adjacent
to
the
backside
gate.
During
last
rain,
vehicles
in
basement
two
were
completely
damaged
and
minor2major
damages
were
incurred
to
vehicles
in
basement
one.
Basement
two
right
now
is
almost
deserted
with
no
interim
or
permanent
solution
for
owners,
who
coughed
out
lacs
of
rupees
in
flood.
It's
a
nightmare
for
residents
with
any
sign
of
rain,
which
otherwise
brings
cheer.
There
is
some
construction
activity
(road
and
ramp
elevation)
at
the
backside
gate
to
stop
water
further
entering
the
basement
-
but
only
time
will
tell
how
successful
this
attempt
is.
Approach
roads
(both
back
and
front
sides)
are
in
pathetic
condition
due
to
construction
work
and
and
heavy
vehicle
movement.
The
backside
door
is
temporarily
closed
and
it
takes
additional
20/30
minutes
to
drive
towards
hi-tech
city
using
the
front
gate.
Garbage
collection
is
an
alarmingly
irregular
activity.
Often
garbage
bags
kept
outside
of
flat
are
torn
apart
by
animals/rodents
and
the
corridors
appear
nothing
less
than
dumpyards.
Dust
patches,
spidernets
are
evident
on
corridors,
walls,
stairs,
etc.
Ground
floor
gardens,
which
were
beautifully
maintained
by
builder,
have
become
black
spots
in
the
greenery.
The
society
gardners
are
instructed
not
to
take
care
of
these
gradens
even
if
paid
extra.
The
kids
play
areas
are
on
the
periphery
-
open
field
and
bushes
on
the
other
side
of
the
boundary
wall.
Though
snakes
have
crawled
over
at
one
or
two
occasions
but
nothing
unpleasant
has
happened
so
far
albeit
can't
be
ruled
out.
Power
cut
is
frequent
and
prolong.
Power
back
up
is
at
limited
points
(2-4
points)
and
for
limited
time
-
even
lifts
do
not
operate
posing
serious
challenges
to
top
floor
flats,
specially
senior
citizens.
There
used
to
be
a
daily
need
shop
at
basement
one
but
the
owner
has
shut
down
the
shop
after
he
incurred
heavy
losses
due
to
basement
flooding.
Security
provision
is
bare
minimum
and
should
not
be
assumed
to
be
of
quality
present
in
nearby
gated
community.
All
these
with
high
maintenance
charge
and
separate
water
billing!!
Net
net,
the
society
has
issues
but
most
of
them
are
addressable;
and
hence,
it
is
good
long
term
purchase
decision
(strictly
not
from
financial
investment
angle)
for
owners
due
to
property's
strategic
location.
Tenants,
who
have
no
capital
investment
locked
in
this
property,
have
options
to
stay
away
until
above
issues
are
sorted
out.
