Ugh where do I begin. This place is terrible to shop. They only have one small elevator working and the crowd is too much to handle. Be prepared to get stuck waiting hours for elevator because it will always be full and you will be waiting for a long time. Although they do have a decent parking facility. They lack sorely in crowd control with no queue system and people breaking in lines as they wish. Had a terrible experience here and would doubt I would go back here.

A big and wide range of products....exclusive for cooking essentials...good store with high safety standards. You need to wait in queue to enter into the store. Mask is must. Children below 18 are not allowed.

A very crowded super market in champapet area with all the things from groceries to clothes. Huge rush near billing counters. All items sell at discounted price. They sell packaged food and also loose items. Parking is full everytime. All credit and debit cards are accepted along with online payments. Staff are cooperative. All sections are neatly divided into separate floors. Alteration room is also there

Good Place to shop all groceries and accessories for middle class people at wholesale price. Much savings can be done on many items. Budget store. They have clothing ,foot wear as well here. Good staff, and peak time queues are hectic. Sometimes it takes much longer in queue rather than shopping time. :) Parking space is available underground and in front of store. suggest to visit early by the time store opens to avoid queue.

I just love d-mart. Unlike other shopping marts this is budget friendly. It is good 👍for every thing. All most all house items are available. I enjoy having ice cream 🍦and popcorn🌽 there..

Visted Champapet D mart.. The shop holds good.. But the parking is a serious concern.. And the police vigilence goes round the clock here.. As we have a signal nearby.. Rest all products are good as expected from D mart management.. Needs to focus on parking related issues.. A bit of customer centric approach is required..

Every employee feel like they own the place... They don't have basic etiquettes. There is no supervision, the staff inside have their own personal chats and least bothered about the customer queries or concerns. Still can't avoid going as few essential products come at a reasonable price. This review is for the management to establish basic work discipline and manners atleast now.

Crowded all the time You get good deals and offers

Oil prices as on 19th March 22, are comparatively lesser in Dmart. And there are stocked.

Crowded, mostly unorganized, unless you go regularly you will not find things. Dont bring in any bags with you. If you do they need to be tagged before entering including tiny bag. Parking is crazy. No organization. Basically a huge mess where you can find things.

You will get everything in reasonable price range. Everyone should visit the store. Amazing experience.

The store is over crowded and there is no sufficient parking place available in front of the store as some hawkers forcebly occupied the front portion of the place causing inconvenience to the customers to enter into the store D-Mart Champapet. The Store authorities shall make appropriate arrangements to mitigate the hurdles to the customers.

All items available like provision, plastic, glass items in DMart. Only the problem is very busy in peak times,we do not even move from one place to another, and it is very difficult to place our cart on the floors if we want to shop in next floors.

Insufficient counters open. Wasting time of customers at bill counters. Bad experience for two days continuously.

I have entered into the mart n purchased all kitchen ware.. Stationery sarees,, dress material.. Men's suitings shirtings. All in one Mart reasonable prices

The d Mart is so small..like chalne ko b jagha nahi hai .the shaik pet and other d marts k way better big and PPL can easily walk..and the softy here looks watery,🥴🥴and no parking...space is less

They should increase cash counters average waiting period is 15-20 mins in normal days and on weekends 20-25 mins or otherwise they should open a new branch at Saidabad x road or near Santosh nagar please consider my recommendation

I don't know about all dmart branches, but this Champapet branch dmart is very worst. It is recommended NOT to visit and NOT to go for shopping in this. All the staff from top SM (stock manager) or Branch Manager to lower parking staff, every one looks at customers as like thieves. They are not to serve. They are to guard, watch / observe customers moments which is very very irritating. They may have to take care of goods and thefts with CC Cameras. But they look at customers like thieves. Once again, I'm recommending not to visit and shop in Dmart. Especially, in this branch. I would have given 0 zero star if there was option. Don't shop in dmart. Prices are lower only in just paisa. Not even in rupees.

It's a very organized and every product is easy to find. I love to shop here and there's good place provided for parking. But the only drawback is there's no proper lift facility and it's better if they provide more billing counters as lots of people come here to shop. NOTE: Don't prefer to shop here in weekends as there is lot of crowd and it takes much time while billing.

Overall shopping experience was good 😊 But need some improvement in handling customers like increasing billing counters so that it stops killing your time in the queue.

Champapet D Mart has been our favourite destination since 2011 (13 years) when we moved to Meerpet from Toli Chowki as it caters all the house hold essentials under one roof. But I want to complain about this lady named SIRISHA an employee at this branch. Whenever she is in the luggage counter, she misbehaves and argues with muslim ladies. She simply refuses to keep my wife's shawl in the counter, though that small piece of cloth occupies very little space. She is indifferent towards muslims, keeps them waiting unnecessarily and all the time she grumbles at them in telugu which is very wrong on her part. If you people are really concerned for your customers and also about the reputation of such wonderful place, then you should take necessary action towards this particular lady. Few months back my wife made complaint about her a couple times. But I think we should just stop visiting Champapet D Mart and go to someother place where the employees are not communally biased. This is the reason why I have given only three stars in the review.

The place was very crowded but it has amazing offers cleanliness was well maintained and staff were very friendly with the costumer in all aspects

Earlier my experience was very much satisfied but this time I am sorry to say it was horrible because the store is not managed systematically... Things are not arranged in manner as per In store department.. stock of pickles looked dusty..

Parking space is congested. Only people who comes in two wheeler will be able to park. No seperate space for four wheeler. This D Mart is not like any other big spacious D Mart. Need lot of improvement. Whenever I go inside, it always feels like the world is crushing me. No worries, You will find all the things usually available in D Mart.

I am really not happy with this location d mart. Firstly we need to wait elevators for a too long time and Most of the time these were used for staff and their stocks. And stupid fact is we have got an legal notice for parcking the vechile in front of this D mart as there no security guard who can help for parking neither parking instruction are being kept for eye level. I would strongly recommend to not visit this location as we need spend valuable time money for worst lift and custoemr service and there is no parking. Quite un Happy with this location Over a period of time we may need to stop going D mart for such as non maintenance.

They don't put good offers.they are equally charging SGST and CGST...that to too much ....I made a shopping around 5840 rupees but the billing with taxes it's 6328..so more than 400 tax charge....

First time visited it. Rush is more. No sufficient attendants. Parking is messy. Provisions are not neatly arranged. When there is rush, management should have placed more attendees.

D Mart is again an unavoidable retail outlet for any Indian irrespective of the income class which they are categorised with. It's mainly due to its very aggressive price when compared to any other enterprises bcoz of unit of economics and volume w.r.t consumption. This D Mart outlet is located in Champapet, which is on the main highway between LB Nagar to Santosh Nagar. Rating : 10/10 It has 3 floors, Ground floor with Groceries + food items, 1st floor with Clothes & household needs, 2nd floor with home appliances, electronics etc. One can find more varieties of goods, merchandise, utensils etc in this outlet. Have a quite decent parking space for both 2 wheelers & cars. There are approx 12-15 billing counters are there so the billing time is not much. But you will feel extremely crowded on the ground floor due to space constraints for people movement. At times this outlet offers great deals during festivals, Eid and Ramzan times.

As well as wherever the Dmart is a Dmart with discounts, well organized with limited space, but its advisable to take Basket instead of Trolley or Wheel Basket because of Average Lift Facility.

No parking. No point in shopping here since you have parked on road and it's obvious to observe your vehicle all the time of being picked by traffic police (i have faced similar one)

Prices of commodities are very competitive and even lower than many other hypermarket. Lot of rush and it is necessary to plan marketing activities in advance to avoid the rush. Overall good quality of materials for the price paid.

Great location. Great products. There's a lot of people in the evening - the rush hours - but fortunately there are more than enough billing counters so that the wait is at Max 10 minutes. On non rush hours, it's quite faster.

Most between 19- 25 of dates in every month clothing and new stock gets placed in the morning 8 am new items or placement of finished will be placed best to save money but for the billing through cash counter quee goes very long bust still I like pay through cash as u how much will be spent on the needed items

D Mart at Champapet is a Very Happening place good Collection of items required for every household with Amazing discounts throughout the year and in the evening hours the rush is More so if u are planning to visit the ideal time would be the in the morning or late evening hour because the crowd is low and Great Place where you can shop all Household items .. Good but the built area is so small. No place to stand or keep trolleys. Customers bang into each other. At the same time the workers will be arranging the items which makes place more congested.

There is no space for car parking. Only Bike can be parked. This D mart is very congested for shopping especially loose item section. Couldn't do the shopping freely. Apart from these staffs are doing a great job.

Good place Visit in afternoon for low rush. Bring your own bag and save money. Always wear mask. For rice bags make sure you are the personal for barcode sticker otherwise at the time billing you will get late. If two persons are going one can stand in line and another can do the shopping this will save a lot of time
