Worst service..I gavey car for denting they didn't did properly. After that I gave again Recently this garage was met with fire accident inthat fire accident my car was totally damaged. The people in showroom was not responding. Worst service don't give any car to this car o man .. they won't respond to us..

Hello, Had given my car for accidental insurance coverage, general servicing and body shop work. I must say, in such an unorganised sector, Car-O-Man team is doing a wonderful job. All throughout the job work duration, they have maintained complete transparency and regular updates about the progress and price. Special shoutout to Mr. Raju, Mr. Srikanth and other team members. They have a very clean, direct and honest approach towards the work and clients. Keep it up!

I have given my Nexon car for PPF, enquired many for the same and finally came to car o man for PPF, they have done as per committed and excellent job with reasonable price.

I would have rated negative if it possible for this place. They didn't even have cloth and water to clean vehicle and they call themselves a Garage. Its not my name because its my father car so its not fake and you have replied after many months. Now i know your service which is too bad. Surely now definitely i will not recommend this for any one else.

This place is located beside the LB Nagar Maruthi Showroom (Mithra Agency)lane. It's very difficult to park vehicle infront of Integrating Automobile. You have to move vehicle frequently if you parked there by any chance as other vehicles movement is high. Staff behavior would be change during the delivery as they won't answer properly to questions⁄doubts if we have any. Charges are expensive.

I have given my vehicle citroen for single panel painting the work was super and at the same time I have ensure about ceramic at the same place price is also good so I am going to get done ceramic at this place and adviser Mr kalayan has done good follow up

Had given my new Hyundai i20 for ceramic coating. Pick and drop service was good. The quality of work is good. I was kept informed on the progress through images and videos on whatsapp and call. Though there is a 3M centre just a kilometer from my place but i was not happy with their response when i visited the workshop. Came across Car o Man on net and called them. My enquiry was dealt with complete information sharing on options and the process. It has been a week since the car came back from the workshop and i am very happy with the work done.

Worst I would say.. I want to give nagative reviews but 1 star is the least option available. I gave my car at Gachibowli center, and No follow ups made after delivery. No skilled workers, they don't even know how to fix a car bumper and Camera. Complete painting is a trash.. no proper finish to the car at all, and the paint quality is too bad with no proper finishing. The paint started to chip off.. and they ask you to get the vehicle again and again and take ages to work 😡 seriously this is the biggest mistake I've done.. If we raise a complaint they ask us to get the vehicle again.. and who else would waste time in visiting the service center again and again😡 If you want to waste your time and money, feel free to contact them. Rest Everyone, please don't get trapped with their words.. I will spread this experience further too. They don't follow timelines, since there are no skilled workers available with them and pricing is high comparatively. It's a normal or less than a normal repair shop dealing with a brand name. That's all. Only pros is, they deal the customers nicely with words and loot you! 😡😡

One fine day I decided to visit their shop, they addressed my concerns very well, and their professional approach provided me a clarity which helped me to made up my mind. While the work was in progress they kept me updated with all small progresses as well which I really appreciate. After the work when I saw my car physically, it felt so amazing that I could not believe. There’s no proper works being done for car servicing, maintenance. You people are giving excuses and delaying the delivery every time. No proper response from your end as well. Work also won’t be done properly. How do expect customers to come back with this type of response? It’s waste of our time and money to give our car here and hence this is causing damage to our car too. Whenever we ask for our car to be delivered on time, you tell us that 3rd party worker has to come for works to be done. You won’t even have workers on time. Why do you have to run a company without proper management special Srikanth behaviour is worst they don’t know how deal with customers and running a company Hello, first and foremost I’d like to mention that do not ever tell that I’ve not paid the bill on time. Did you deliver the car without full and final payment? No right? And you’ve asked some 3rd party workers to work on car without any professional being assigned. Inspite of me telling again and again to deliver the car on time as I’ve had numerous works, you failed to do so. Upon asking, your employee Srikanth was like - “ I’ll see how you’ll take your car from here” literally like a street rowdy. If that’s how an employee behaves to a customer do not expect anyone to come to your store. Also, after giving my car for servicing for about 3-4 times till now, everyone who saw the car were just like - This PPF that was done was at a really bad stage and bubbles have come out from the PPF which is looking very bad. Also, you’ve mentioned that I’ve given no valid reason for the issue, without any reason I’ll never comment like that in any platform. This not a one sided story, this is the only story that took place. Being a person who never comments on any platform I’m doing this so that people will know about your service. Here are the proofs

Had visited for enquiries of my 9 yr old VW Vento full body repainting. Mr Raju has guided me perfectly. Mr Raju is really good and knowledgeable. Assigned a POC Mr.Karthik to update the daily activities till the job get done and delivered. They offer nice packages. Best part I loved is they will explain you all the process in detail. The work they do is awesome. My car looks brand new now and the output is as expected. Just Loved It. Best place to get renew your car. Must go. Perfect place to restore your beloved vehicles.

Never visit this place. They have damaged my bike which was given to them and no one responded in a polite manner. No timely delivery, worst management and also charge higher price.

I did denting and pairing services with LB Nagar beach. They gave me right and economical estimate, did a good job and were on-time. Me. Suresh in particular was very helpful.

Lb nagar branch is the Worst with worst manager around this man has no respect for customers they have worst quality equipment and underrated staff.

This is a very ridiculous I made an enquiry and then someone from the team has called me asked me to share images then he said they would come and examine the car. Once I shared the said images they ask me to get the car if they come they charge a visiting charge of 700. I don't understand in that case why did they ask images. Please train your employees or else your brand reputation will be at stake.

Definitely i dont recommend them better go for authorised showroom if you have insurance as there prices match the showroom cost and neither they have that level of machinery. Very disappointed with there service.

There are many places in and around Hyderabad for ceramic coating. I too like many others inquired about Ceramic coating for my Safari. After evaluating pros and cons I felt Car-O-Man is the place for my new Safari. They are very professional and very transparent. Very friendly. “Pandu” did an excellent job Thank you.

Disappointed with service. I gave my Honda City for denting and painting service. 1. The work was not perfect. I could see the scratches even after the work was done. 2. They painted the wrong door and expected me to come back again for painting the actual door. 3. My car was left with an additional tape mark after the service which I am unable to get rid. I am not even sure if that is tape mark or something else 4. I was assured that car would be completely cleaned after the service but none of it was done. I made the payment and took my car in the same condition as I needed my car. The reason I am giving a 2 rating was they at-least did the denting well but overall service is a disappointment.
