My kid had a gala time here. Felt the facilities and infra could have been better maintained. Some sections were dimly lit, some of the equipments were disfuntional. The staff looked helpful.

Great place for kids to play and spend some time to learn many things.we found that the staff(Sushma and Ranjitha) were supportive to kids. Some of the equipment was not working. There is some maintenance definitely required to make it a value for money we spend.

This is interesting place. Kids don’t want comeback home from there. We spent almost 4 hours there in one birthday party. Even after 4 hours my daughter don’t want to come back. They have got toys, scientific toys and adventures setup for kid. They maintained a good and clean environment. They have decent restaurant also. Overall I enjoyed day there.

Amazing place for kids with different play themes and spend good two hrs. Lots of play stuff to keep the kids busy and engaged. They open at 11 AM and most of the staff is still yet to come, kitchen opens at 12 so need to wait for that cup of coffee. Initially they served a burnt out pop corn which was later replaced with much better quality. Management can provide chairs or a bench to change foot wear at the entrance as there is no such provision. Wash rooms need some improvements.

Update in Dec 2023: The place has slightly been renovated. They have increased the prices too. They are charging 1000 rupees per hour now. Socks are mandatory for kids and parents who accompany them. If you don't have socks, you can buy them for fifty rupees per pair. Visited on a Saturday evening still there was no crowd. Original review in Aug 2022: Good place for kids. It's on 3rd floor. Some equipment are broken and need maintenance. Slides and trampolines are good. The small food joint inside this place serves food but only selected items from the Menu are available. Car parking is problem here.

The place is not like before . It’s very dirty not well maintained no care takers . There is no proper cleaning . The mats are not layed properly. Kids are getting hurt. The plastics balls placed near slides are damaged and kids sliding and getting. Hurry. Initially one parent is allowed now whole bunch of parents are allowed .Also the water games water is not clean there lot of germs in it. I don’t feel to Bring kids anymore to this plabo

Wide range of ride, toys, amusement, recreational facilities for kids ranging from 2 to 10+ of age. Staff here are too good and very friendly towards kids. Lots of activities for kids. Decent varieties of food for parents who come along and for kids too. Though it is little expensive than other play zones nearby but a worth value for money option. Me and my 2years old son enjoyed here a lot.

Has lot of options, but most of the mechanical things don't work. Cost is high 799 per hour. When we visited the cafeteria was not serving. Kids of age above 5 may enjoy better. The worst is the parking, the building has only one entrance for entry and exit, steep alopes, lifts are suuuper slow, dark and small.

Great place to host kids birthday parties and also otherwise

Plabo is an amazing play zone for kids. There are a variety of activities ranging from ball pits, slides, trampolines to creative areas such as building, painting etc. Special shout out to Atifa for making sure that my kid had a great time and helping him play safely. Only downside is that it is slightly expensive. But definitely worth it. Thank you Plabo!

Playtime was good. However, the staff wasnt cooperative.. The AC at the construction wasnt working. Although informed the coordinator. Least bothered and said AC isnt working.. You have made a playzone in a closed environment and not providing proper ventilation will make kids sweat

Plabo, Gachibowli....one of the best decision made by us for my son's birthday party. Perfect decorations Perfect staff Perfect food Perfect arrangement for everything And mostly importantly our guests both kids and adults enjoy the party. It was an memorable experience with Plabo. Very pathetically maintained. The charges are in no way a justification to the hygiene. Dude, you get around 100 people at a time on weekends and have common washrooms for adults and kids? So unhygienic! No wonder our kids fell sick. ALL, Please don’t fall for the fancy and colorful equipment.. you can go to smaller play areas which are beautifully maintained.

My kid loved it, price is on high side, however lots of play area and items. Some refurbishment needed as this place has been seeing lot of footfall. I'd recommend to go again.

After a long time I dropped my child over there for unlimited package.it was good.moreover it was like a picnic for a child.you can take home food over there.

I recently visited Plabo Gachibowli's kids play zone and was impressed with the new additions and plans they've implemented. Notably, they now offer complimentary snacks for a two-hour play session, enhancing the overall experience for both parents and children.

Birthday Party arrangements are very nice. Food is tasty and kids enjoyed very well. Excellent party place and play area for kids.

Note: carry socks for everyone even the kids. Pros: Nice and clean place. Plenty of games to play. Staff is good in number and approachable. You can accompany your toddlers. Cons: Toys were out of batteries Costly if visiting for an hour, affordable for unlimited or couple of hours.

Not just that the equipment doesn't work but the staff has worst attitude towards customers. Their manager Ramakrishna have no etiquette as to how to talk. Don't know how they see their customer segment but if they continue to keep this approach, no wonder they'd shutdown soon. It was our son's birthday and we approached them for a group booking just for playing and we arranged our lunch at Flechazo. We reached the venue at 12, asked them to get us some socks and we made the kids enter the play zone. After an hour, out of no where their sales rep Zara and manager comes to my wife blaming that we didn't pay the amount and the let kids enter. We asked a question as to why they didn't ask us to pay when we arrived, when we asked for socks. To this the manager very rudely replied that it is your duty to pay and we should know the rules that payment has to be made upfront, "Are you visiting plabo for the first time, don't you know that payment is done before you enter". These derogatory remarks shattered her and she was told to make payment immediately as if we were running away with those 10 kids. The stuff doesn't work, on Sunday they get the paint job done and tell us that the bubble ring maker is recently painted and can't be used. They don't get any other day but a Sunday to do all this. I'm fortunate enough that we didn't plan our son's birthday party here. Instead we chose Flechazo for lunch. For a silly amount the manager shown us his true colors. I'd not recommend anyone to chose this place for a gathering as they will not only spoil your mood but also insult you in front of your guest. They are only good enough to cater to individuals and if you're visiting for the first time, make sure you know the rule - Pay before you enter. Even if they don't ask, just pay!

Price are different form those on the official website (they are higher). Staff are least bothered about kids. Not well maintained. A/Cs are not working even if brought to notice of staff, repeatedly, no action was taken. Many equipment are not working or under renovation. Overall kids had a good time but services are not proportionate to the amount charged...

Though it's costlier compared to the play areas in malls like Sarath city or inorbit mall or nexus mall (800 for 1 hour, vs 300-500 at other places), it is worth the cost. We did not know that we spent more than an hour there and still had segments that we dint cover. The support staff is very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Make sure that kids wear socks, as it is not provided complimentary and costs 50 bucks!

Nope! We went by the hour. It might have been a good play area for kids in the past, but not now. We have much better options nearby. Won't go there ever again. 1. There is a pub right above this one and the pub smell is very evident in this floor. 2. Urinals are right next to the lifts on many floors. 3. Half the rides/setup doesn't work.. makes you wonder why 800/hour for that. 4. Setup which doesn't work is left in open making it dangerous for kids (for example there are prop rooms and one of the room door is just lying openly unhinged, with screws open). Didn't have food, so no comments. We were not with a party there, so no comments.

It’s a great place for kids and they really have a good time. However, for about 850 bucks for an hour inclusive of taxes, it is not cheap. Post play there is a tendency to eat at the restaurant in another room. So for an evening of fun, you can spend about Rs 1200 for one child meal and fun included. Most of the helpers there don’t know English or telegu so communication can be difficult. They have an explorium section which allows you to explore and learn and have fun. Be careful though as there is a cog wheel attached to a cycle rim that dosen't work. I ended up jamming my finger in the cog because there are no instructions or any guide to show you what needs to be done. There are only women guides to tell you what not to do. They also have an elaborate section with taps and pipes, basically exploring/ showing how water flows and stuff. This was not working either. Maintenance can be better. Overall a decent place to spend one hour.

In the summer or during any holiday period it's a good place and time to visit with kids. They will enjoy a lot with different variety of games. You can also have a mini hall for bday parties and you have an option to eat as well. Parking is a challenge earlier used to have valet parking now there is not such.

Too good place 😀. My life enjoyed a lot. Very nicely maintained, price is worth if your are spending minimum 2 hours. 1 hour package is less for you cover everything. Please take socks with you. 2 hrs costs around 1200 and 1 hour costs 1000. For 2 hrs package snacks are given as well. There is a workstation with wifi if you are planning to work on what while your kids are playing. There are caretakers to watch them and help them play.

Great place and excellent hospitality. The people there were very caring and treated my kid excellently. Went there with my 2 year old and he enjoyed very much. Its worthy of the price and 2 hour package is minimum one must take. Thanks again to all staff for their immense care of children.

1. Children till 9 yrs of age will enjoy the play area 2. Food quality is average. Pizza was pathetic 3. Service staff support is average 4. Photographer arranged by Plabo is not good 5. Ballon Twister/Face Painting is OK

My 4 year kid loves it and some of the equipment spoiled . Neatness is ok not too good. And they charge a bit high with taxes , without and with tax there is lot difference.

Average. If you have been to kidzania or something similar, then it would be a big disappointment. However, still a decent place as there are no alternatives that I know of. The major drawback is that though the concept is good, they can't maintain it. Half of the time the person Manning is missing or doesn't know what to explain ,concepts and all. You have to constantly search for someone to help you out. The cafeteria dishes out good and tasty stuff and is recommended. Suggestion For small children try the play area only. Wear socks and come (everyone).

The worst place to take your kid. Not at all worth for the money you pay. The staff's behavior is not healthy. The toys and the play area are not cleaned in ages. Completely unhygienic. My phone got stolen there in a minute and there is no one to tell anything about it. They didn't have cc tv cameras located properly to cover the whole premises to check how it happened. They didn't have cc tv camera recordings as the software in their systems weren't working properly. Completely irresponsible behavior towards the clients. Not a safe place to go. Upstairs there is a dirty pub, which were continuous making such huge noise, and the smell of booze and smoke in the whole staircase and area inside the play area too making those few hours miserable for us. Starts from the management to the security guard everyone just looks like thieves and not suitable people to be around your children. Worst place I have ever taken my kid!!! Plz take care!!!

It is a very good place for kids especially in the age group of 3-9 years. It has a wide variety of activities for each group of children. For the usual it has area with usual kids activities like ball pools, merry go round, slides, trampoline etc while for the curious minds they are life size like role model areas like police station, hospital,vet doctor,kitchen,super market,bank etc. You can buy ticket for both or just usual kids area. Though on the expensive side but still kid's happy faces make it worth it. Cafeteria is also nice and offers better menu choices. Dedicated area for birthday parties is also there.

Great place for kids from the age group of 3-12. They have a wide ride of conceptual play area for elder kids and lot of different games for younger kids.Usually crowded on weekends. They organize birthday parties as well. Good for 2 hour play for kids. Has some good snack options.

This is definitely a great place for kids to burn their energy and learn many things. I’m visiting this place after 5 years and I found that the staff were a bit complacent and not bothering about the customers at times. Decent, well maintained place. Spacious with lot of options. In one of the section, T They tried to mimic Kidzania but it does not come off. Construction site area is good though Crane toy was not working. Staff are present in activities that need assistance. Overall, good option for kids to spend a couple of hours

Good fun place for the kids in the Gachibowli. It is very expensive (800 for 1 hour and 1000 for 2 hours) comoared to other amusement centers and considering the number of fun activities and their operational state. Some of the items like cannon ball play, water play, pin ball were not working. I personally did not like the staff behaviour who would be just behind you doing nothing, other than keeping an eye on you. Parking facility is available in the cellar. Overall, nice place for a weekend.

Horrible experience. Had to wait for 20 mins to get lift. Outside smells like public toilet Very expensive. 1 hr was 800. Very badly maintained. Those theme based rooms except market and restaurant doesn’t have any props. Fire station has just building photo. Everything is badly maintained. Doesn’t justify for the price paid. Excavator setup was good.

This could become the best play zone in Hyderabad, only if maintained properly. They’ve furnished the place with good thought and that ends there. The place is poorly lit, dusty, and filled with mosquitoes. The play houses are filled with pieces of torn foam and trash. Most of the play equipment doesn’t work. Our experience of Plabo was SO bad we got out within half an hour.

Bit costly now they are charging 1000 rs for whole and not provided any split. So place is ok ur kid will enjoy if age bracket is 2-5year grown up kids may not like. Socks is must for kid and parents join kid. Tickets only for kid

Mr. Sufiaan at the reception is not at professional. He denied the wifi password, I had an urgent work and needed it but he simply denied. Billed incorrectly. The play zones had dust all over. Dirty filthy and stinky crops especially in the hospital dummy section. No attendants and no colors at the painting section. So, apparently there was a birthday party going on and the buffet was set up in the cafeteria. They asked us to go and eat in the dummy restaurant where children were playing. Seriously ? We pay for food and be served at the play section with noise and dust around. I am literally disappointed with this episode. Waste of money.

Kids of 2 to 7 years will enjoy a lot here. 7 years and above might feel little bored... Good place, little crowded over weekends. Weekdays when school are running they are almost empty. Plan accordingly

We recently had our kids 2nd birthday celebrated at Plabo, Kukatpally. Every kid enjoyed the play time as much. To our surprise, the food was very very good. The only point of improvement is, there were a few play stuff that were non-functional. Would be good, if they got such things rectified quickly so that there’ll be more stuff for kids to play. Overall, it was great!! :)
