Reached 4 the destination 4 hrs late. On top of it, Worst bus maintenance. They didn’t inform that their cabin gets water when it rains. When questioned they are saying the operator didn’t care even after multiple complaints. All the clothes got drenched in water.

It has all the facilities like clean washrooms, free wifi, coffee dispenser and maintenance is good. Great service.👌

Super place to hangout. Free wifi, work stations for day travellers and also was offered a free coke as a inaugural offer. Best way to board a bus instead of standing out in traffic and pollution.

There is no intercity lounge at this place. It's just a pickup point on road for intercity drivers.

very poor service @IntrCity I had booked 1 tickets from Goa to Hyderabad 21Feb23 The bus left at 3.30pm from panjim within 1hour reaching amoda bus fail passenger all stuck forest area they don't have any backup they don't have extra water bottle customer care not responding

I have Traveled in Intrcity Smart Bus to Bangalore, I have selected Gachibowli as boarding point.I have gone to this boarding point,where i was surprised to see a Intrcity Lounge which was neat and clean with wash room facility.

The absolute worst bus I ever took.. very hard to communicate to start with, followed by 1000 rupee penalties for uninformed rules , and no interest in helping and giving service .. run away

Difficult to find , and to go to Bangalore you have to go opposite side of the road and walk for 300mts . Remaining everything is good.
