On
a
busy
working
day,
we
were
looking
for
some
nice
South
Indian
restaurant
to
have
some
spicy
food
around
Hitech
and
Madhapur.
On
searching
Zomato
for
options,
we
stumbled
upon
Southland
Restaurant
under
the
new
restaurant
category.
The
food
here
is
typical
Andhra
style
food.
The
restaurant
was
empty
when
we
entered
but
picked
up
pace
with
a
lot
of
footfalls
as
we
spent
time.
The
service
was
super
quick
without
any
delay.
The
place
can
host
about
25-30
people
in
a
single
seating.
Coming
to
the
food,
we
had
the
following:
Kodi
Charu
-
This
was
just
the
beginning
we
needed
where
the
soup
was
super
spicy.
Konaseema
Kodi
vepudu
-
Baiscally
a
chicken
fry
made
in
Andhra
style
cooking.
Tasted
very
good.
Kodi
Liver
Vepudu
-
Cooked
to
perfection,
if
you
are
a
liver
eater,
you
would
like
it
for
sure.
Chiclen
Pulav
and
Mutton
Pulav
-
These
were
the
star
attractions
for
the
day.
Both
chicken
and
mutton
were
well
cooked
and
the
rice
was
flavorful.
A
definite
recommendation
here.
Chapala
Pulusu
-
This
went
very
well
with
the
steamed
rice.
The
tangy
taste
of
the
pulusu
was
on
a
different
level.
Royalla
Iguru
-
Small
prawns
were
cooked
to
perfection
and
once
again
the
Godavari
style
cooking
was
amazing.
Chicken
Chettinau
Curry
-
Spicy
CHicken
preparation
using
the
chettinadu
masalas
was
good.
Non-Veg
Thali
-
If
you
are
a
Thali
lover,
this
is
a
great
choice.
While
everything
tasted
good,
I'd
like
them
to
focus
on
the
stairway
which
was
quite
dark.
Also,
be
prepared
for
some
super
spicy
food.
