Great experience! Clean rooms. Good for short stay and business trips. We booked this executive queen room at very short notice because our initial booking went wrong. The service was excellent here. They do check ins at 2pm but we reached at 12 pm and they assured they can get us a room by 1 and they did. The rooms had no window openings so if you like opening windows then you may find this tad bit discomforting but ventilation wise it was fine. Hotel had a good restaurant, it’s very safe and had all the right facilities for a 3 star hotel. Staff was excellent. They were quick in service, polite at every point and ensured they did everything in their capacity to make our stay good. We also wanted to leave our luggage for a couple of hours after our checkout and they took in our luggage and tagged and kept it. Very happy with their service! 10/10 would visit again

Stayed for almost a month. Lovely hotel, all the yellow is super cute. Rooms are spotless clean and functional. Stayed in both the king and queen rooms. Staff is great, but one of the receptionists was quite rude and lied about room availability to check it out. The yellow pillows don't get washed a lot, I don't recommend using them.

Loved our stay at Bloom. The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The chatbot makes it easy to get the things into the room- like housekeeping etc. Overall great experience at this hotel.

Rooms are.very neat and clean. Bed is good to sleep and.location close to metro station. Room service is through bloom app only and the service was pretty slow. In fact the security guard was roped in for providing the service.

Services are not as per charges.. not even a kettle provided in the room.. for morning water need to walk out in the gallery and get it from the common water storage.. morning breakfast not managed properly should have better options and properly cooked.. service provider are good.. manager is not! No innovation in welcoming the guests on top of that we were charged extra 1000 the first day since a TWIN room was booked for just one person 🤣🤣 that means 4200 + 1000 and next day onwards we booked same room in 4200 for two guests.. ways of getting money out of customers

The hotel is nice. The rooms are simple but it's way too costly for the amenities provided. The food was also average. There is a free coffee and tea area in each floor but it is not refilled when the ingredients finish. The machine for water doesn't work properly. Overall the experience was average. The room services usually took a lot of time.

The main issue is the stopping. We came to with family and the valet wasn't accessible and we needed to stop ourselves and it's a not an agreeable incline to drive by any means. Saw at least 3 cockroaches. No pest control. For Rs. 3200 per day, they are not able to give a simple breakfast but charge another 335 for that. 27th December is my stay date. No need of checking dates now. Do proper pest control. That should help the guests who will use your hotel in future.

Had a wonderful stay. Very Supportive and polite staff. Once we spill chutney on bedsheet while having food in room, instantly the bedsheet and bed covers were changed even though it was very late at night. One of the best places to stay for official trips(As rooms are small). Would love to stay again. All the basic amenities are near by, and some of the good restaurants like Palamuru Grill, The big cup theory, the grand trunk, etc are at walking distance.Ample of car parking space. Wifi speed is also good, can do office work. There is a nearby badminton place, which operates from 6 in morning to 1 at night. Provided food is also tasty and good quality.

Hafiz been unwell since I checked in and Mr. Christopher had been very cooperative in ensuring I got a comfortable room to relax and ensir3d my good and services were taken care of. The location is perfect and convenient to reach to the airport. The hotel staff is very Co operative. The only concern during my staff was the washroom. It was too small and not very clean. Request you to look into it and provide the customer with a more comfortable stay.

Good stay. Polite and dedicated staffs. Front desk was really supportive. Creative and colourful space. And If available, upgrading to suite room doesn’t cost much. You can get more space.

Although the rooms were tidy and clean. But my stay was very annoying for various reason. Firstly, I felt disconnected with the hotel staff as everything is on chat. and there is no way to connect to reception room service number not working and I took help from chat window, they shared a number which was switch off. Finally I had to go down. Very low pressure of water in washroom. That too was very annoying. Food in breakfast was not good. Paratha and Dosa both I didnt like. Tea was served luke warm on all the days.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Bloom Hotels, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. My overall stay was nothing short of a nightmare, and I believe it's crucial for potential guests to be aware of the issues I encountered. From the start, the shower in my room was not working, causing considerable inconvenience. The lack of a basic amenity like a functional shower is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to provide a comfortable stay. To make matters worse, I encountered a serious safety hazard in my room – needles in the chair that led to an injury. This is an egregious oversight on the part of the hotel, and it raised significant concerns about the overall cleanliness and maintenance standards. Adding to my frustration was the unhelpful response from the staff when I sought assistance. Despite requesting a first aid kit, my pleas went unanswered, leaving me in a situation that could have been avoided with basic attention to guest needs. In summary, my experience at Bloom Hotels was nothing short of horrible. I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before choosing this establishment for their stay. The issues I encountered are indicative of a lack of attention to guest comfort and safety, and I sincerely hope the management takes immediate steps to rectify these shortcomings.

Not my first time on a bloom property. My partner had booked the room from his mmt, while checking in, they mentioned that it is mandatory to provide email ID and mobile number for guest as well. As per MMT's own and property guidelines available on MMT, govt issues IDs are mandatory. Guest's contact details are not. I am personally not comfortable sharing my mobile number but gave my email. They kept insisting that it's mandatory but had absolutely no consolidated guidelines. Couldn't show it mentioned anywhere. I gave my partner's alternate number but again they kept arguing. Then, to my frustrations they added, "we will not allow you if you don't provide phone number of a separate phone." We have given valid ID proof, email IDs and addresses. If sending us two separate checkin links is the only purpose of mobile number, and we're providing two separate numbers, why so much of harrassment? They even threatened to call cops which they again deviated from seeing no solid reason. Then took photocopy of my work ID card which is not as per their guidelines. Overall, terrible experience with staff, services and check-in process. Never coming back or recommending.

Absolutely fabulous experience. Had around 20 sportspersons for an event for 6 days. The quality was brilliant. Catering. As part of my organization, we are currently hosting 3 day residential workshop. They are a fantastic space to collaborate. We have received immense support, the buffet lunch and dinner was extremely well done and tasty. The team here accommodated and supported us and its just a perfect place with the budget we had. The team is lead by Vignesh is just too good.

I stayed at the Hyderabad Hotel on 16th June for a night and it was a company booking. I had a long day and was just looking to have a comfortable sleep. All looked well and I dozed off quite early. I got up somewhere around 1:30 and it was still quite warm. Realising the AC was not functioning well I called the reception. The person who came in had no idea what he was talking about and asking to close the bathroom door and switch on the fan to keep up the cooling. Later I called reception again and I got a room change. This time the AC was fine but I had already lost some sleep and it took some time for me to doze off again. Next morning, I was again a little annoyed that there was no hot water even at 8am. It was just Luke warm. I called reception again and they asked me to keep it on for 5 min but that too did not work. On top, tooth paste is available only when I ask for it. I had enough, took a quick bath, had breakfast (which was sort of decent) and checked out. But I don't think this experience is worth a company booking for next time.

It's a nice plush hotel with good amenities and good service . I feel the cost of food can be bit reduced as per quantity. However The taste is good. The interior are quite well designed and loved the ambience.easy accessibility to main road. Worth staying for the price range of 3000-3500 per day.

Just name sake they are promising services - bathroom doors not good it means u have keep it open for others - no proper TV remote - no kettle If any services asked you get a standard reply like all our rooms like this only we can't help you. For this price you guys can plan for better hotel.

The building facade was impressive, so was the lobby, with bright yellow & white combination. So was my room, similar cheery colours, a few artifical potted plants to lend contrast & colour. I faced a few challenges which left me disappointed. After a hard day's work I looked forward to a nice hot shower. No hot water in the shower. This was at about 7.30pm. Next morning the same challenge. No hot water in the shower. I tried calling the reception for almost 10 minutes, continously. The line was constantly busy. And no one called back. Anyway I showered and headed down to the restaurant to have breakfast. I then asked the receptionist about the hot water issue. He said they had an electrical outage at midnight but they had managed to repair it by early morning. So when I pointed out that the hot water in the shower was not available even earlier the previous evening, or again in the morning at 7.30 when I went in for a shower. No answer. I also pointed out that it was unheard of for a 3 star hotel to not have a call register system in their telephones. Again no answer. The other irritating aspect was the huge amount of flies in the lobby, which was enclosed. The few pluses for me was the decor, room size - big, very friendly staff, and good wholesome food. I am not sure I will go back to Bloom Hotel I'm Hyderabad in a hurry. I have other options to consider.

The cost is too high. We took a double sharing for ~5000 with breakfast. There is small gym available at the 4th floor. Room are clean and spacious, but windows are permanently closed and thus airconditioner is the only source of ventilation. Bed is comfortable. For this cost some perks should also be provided to the customers.

Have stayed for two weeks service was minimal, have to intimate several times to look into issues. Car parking is minimal, most of the days I had to park my car on the roads it's self was worried. Even though have parking, it has lowest turning radius. If you are car freak this is not a place. No laundry service, Centralised AC with broken keyboards No remote. (it took three days to understand how AC works). Water logging in basins. No kettles, Non smoking rooms, No ventilation Few good things as well, food service and taste and hygiene. Zero ventilation in the hotel room. Even the washroom’s exhaust wasnt working. Staff members were very helpful. Tamak restaurant was serving really good food. We just loved the food. But u need fresh air in rooms.

Stayed here 5 times in the last 5 months . Each time was a disaster. Visit 1 - Key card stopped working every second day. Hotel doesn't have laundry service. They first refused to send clothes to their outsourced laundry and asked me to talk to them directly. Extremely unprofessional. Food is extremely inconsistent. Called for chicken tikka a few times, each time the number of pieces changed, sometime dry and inedible. When this was pointed to the staff, he asked me to "adjust a little" this time. Civil work and construction on top floors starts as early as 6am. Extremely loud and disturbing. Visit 2 - There was no water for over a day in the bathroom. Lights and AC kept on switching off all night. Lifts stopped working and had to take the stairs a few times. Restaurant shuts at 10pm. When I ordered food online, the staff refused to give me dinner plates and cutlery and told me empty plates would be charged for if taken to the room. Visit 3 - AC in the room wasn't working at all. Was extremely hot and humid. Bathroom door got locked from inside and the staff insisted on changing the room in the middle of the night instead of sending someone up to the room with keys to unlock the bathroom door. Visit 4 - Asked the housekeeping staff to collect my laundry, which they did. The same evening, uncleaned clothes were kept back in the room (with a pair of shorts missing). Visit 5 - AC in the restaurant wasn't working. Breakfast was a terrible experience. Their iron ruined my shirt and left a stain. Upma on the breakfast was uncooked. They refused to settle laundry bills during checkout and insist on clearing laundry bills in cash each time clothes are delivered to the room. Rooms are small. Basic services and amenities are missing - no kettle in the room. No toiletries in the bathroom. TV remote never works. AC switch is broken. Front desk and house keeping staff is polite. Food and beverage staff lacks basic training. Each time an issue was brought to the managers notice, he apologized and assured me things would not be repeated again. However, the experience each time has been pathetic.

I have stayed in Bloom hotel in Bangalore and I would say that it was worth the money. Keeping that in mind, I booked a room in Bloom Hitec city, Hyderabad. I walked in with my family to book 2 rooms. 1. The receptionist made us wait in the reception area for an hour. Unsure why, but we just got there after a long night of traveling and we were exhausted. 2. We stepped into the room and the floors were extremely dirty. It looked like an unused room or a room that was not cleaned after the previous stay. 3. There were moths and cockroaches in the bathroom and behind the bed. 4. The walls had coffee/tea stains and smelt horrible. 5. The bathroom had mold in-between the tiles and the faucet was broken. We had to fix it and keep it in position before using it. 6. The food that we ordered for dinner was pathetic and expensive. 7. The walkway was dirty and had food particles on the floor. Overall, It was absolutely not worth 10000/- for a 1 night stay (Standard Queen). The room numbers were 102 and 103.

uniqueery good hotel, and specially the front desk staff at night and also in morning were really helpful, I had small issue with bathroom but they get it fixed then and there . The only thing hotel need to really improve is on there breakfast buffet spread First of all there were very few options And the worst part it nothing taste good or even resembles to its dish taste. I have to at last adjust with bread and jam. And on top of it the service boy was quite impolite, when I am him for masala tea his reaction was like , why don't you take it from the counter ....😅 that was rude but he brought me tea , actually it seems like he was quite busy cracking joke with kitchen team not very attentive to the service , but to my surprise the girl in service was pretty good she greeted me , and was there for my need . Any way hotel needs to improve on food , and service
