Poor customer service. In several sections, Two sales executives were attending one customer and in some sections no one is attending while the customer is waiting for the executive. Very rigid in giving offers to customers. Poor sales team.

I visited the store to buy a MacBook. When I wanted to discuss with the manager, he is least bothered to attend the customer. Worst experience. I mean what kinda service is that even the staff was feeling as if they were doing a favour when I asked for a specific colour. He was like it's difficult to get. What was that even? They need to understand the fact that they have opened a store to serve the customer. Pathetic experience.

This new store is very near to Manikonda residencies and has all the appliances required. The staff here is great and Rakesh was very helpful and insightful for my purchases from the store.
