The rating is fake and manipulated.dont visit the hospital and risk your life.only one doctor is efficient and he is the chairman. He is always busy in seeing OP patients.all the other doctors and staff are not upto standards . And they charge equally as a super equipped hospital but no facilities . They don't even have facilities like govt hospital in daycare .and the behaviour of staff is worst .they always busy in documentation. And they don't care about patients. And the ward boys and women are always begging for money. Usmania hospital is much better than this.

Friends pl never ever opt for this hospital.I came here for my father on just review basis and landed up into admission. I found whole system creating an environment to pull maximum money from people. Each and every process here is slow and disgusting.Nothing is systematic. I would give zero if I could , please if you care of your loved one don't get them here ! Dr nirini is the worst person ever he has no empathy for the patient . He won't discuss his treatment plan ,he will just say let's give a cycle of chemo and see ! Literally same sentence over and over for 6 months and nothing more and when my mother deteriorated he said now my duty as oncologist is over you can seek palliative care!! he won't do anything except prescribing chemo and minting money . Worst Hospital - Fully money minded doctor. We went for Gastric cancer to take treatment in Omega Hospital,Hyderabad. Dr. Vamsi Mohan knows patient condition critical and will not cure it. But he didnt tell us that and he started chemotherapy, after 3 chemos he said tumor size decreased but we have to give few more chemos to complete reduce the tumor. Again he given 4 chemos which is heavy cost around 2.5laks per chemo. After this chemos, taken CT scan and he said tumors was increased and it will NOT curable. Again he started chemos with different medicine. finally he hands up and said that we will not do anything. Again he suggested that for Radiation which is 4laks cost. while giving radiation patient was died. We spent almost 25 laks amount in this hospital for not curable disease. Generally tumors in advanced stage then Radiation should not give. But Dr.Vamsi Mohan did that for money. he will think only about money, NOT about patient. I am requesting to all, Please do not go to money minded Omega hospitals.

They create fear and start the treatment and don't even bother about the patient health. After first session of chemotherapy they create a hope mentioning that the size tumor is reduced and then they will start pushing for surgery and costly treatment process which is of no use. Please don't fall into this trap and loose your money and the loved once.

The service is very good and the insurance team were very helpful every single time from admission to discharge. Had some response delays in the other branch but banjara hills branch have got some pretty good and polite staff. Though the Gachibowli branch is fully crowded most of the times, Service and response can be improved. Dr. Mohana Vamsy sir is very patient, clearly explains the procedures and treats very well.

Worst hospital. My mother died early. She would have survived another 4-6 months if we hadn't opted for surgery. We went for surgery bcos of what doctors said. Poor OP guidance n advice. The night nursing staff isn't alert at all. Be careful whilst dealing with the hospital.

Worst environment for treatment. Doctors only try to loot money. Tests are almost triple the actual costs. Doctors are not at all friendly, literally speaking they have got no manners! One of the doctor just wrote tests which are not required (came to know about it after second opinion) and they billed a test for 32k while the actual cost is of only 15k. Most of the doctors here lack communication. Started drinking tea before the patient left and were deeply involved in their own conversation. Shame!

1. Waiting time to get a bed alloted for Chemotherapy is too long. 2. Proper counselling to a patient is not done, not even by the assistant doctors. 3. Value for money is extremely low. 4. The staff at reception are monolingual, speak Telugu only. They don't even talk in English properly. Recent issue encountered on 24 April 2021,Saturday. 5. Covid SOP is not followed aptly. These people sent a normal cancer patient to Covid-Cancer ward stating the pulmonogist is there and not in OP. She alone had to go there and the doc there checked her O2 levels using the same oximeter in that ward. The patient was neither informed that it is a Covid ward, nor a PPE kit was advised to her for safety.

Had to spend 85K and 5 hospital visits to diagnose that my mom doesn't have cancer. The doctor is prescribing to go for PET scan even though cancer diagnosis is not complete. Complete waste of patients money and time. I will not recommend this hospital for cancer treatment. May be one of the best in twin states but I didn't like it.

It was Dr. Mohan Vamsi who was meant to be the Top Job surgeon in the list. Booked an appointment for an Opinion of my closed relative about a Post Oncology Surgery treatment. Hence first impression and statement of this Doctor was “you decide to have a surgery at Care Hospital and now you guys want an opinion from me”?? Was highly rated unprofessional and appalling from a Highly experienced surgeon of his stature. Furthermore Falsely, they explained our family that if they wont take an immediate test and act fast the Medical condition will worsen and the patient will pass out. It all came as a False statement as again we manage to go to Appollo Hospital Jubilee hills to Mr.Vijaya Anand and he testified that the patient is out of danger and we can happily follow the treatment advised by Care Hospital. I m here to remind Mr. Vamsy that treat people with Honesty and Compassion because people going through Oncology illness is disheartening as it is and then being a Senior Doctor you treat people as a mere BUTCHER with no Courtesy and instead you kind of humiliate them because they didnt choose you as their First Choice of Hospitals? Remember folks, every person has its own experience and the review will dramatically depends of its own. PART 2- COVID PATIENT – REVIEW THIS HOSPITAL IS HORRIBLE AND SCAMMING FOR MONEY DAY 3- I had no money left and couldn’t ask anyone anymore So, I decided that I whatever I payed so far 3,40,000 that should be enough for treatment and I requested them to give treatment up to that limit. I carried food for them on day 3 and my routine is to visit Doctor afternoon. Doctor updated that my parents are doing fine but they still need to be monitored. I told him that I cannot afford any more money other than what I paid. Doctor said okay will discharge your parents tomorrow I WAS SO RELIEVED. After Doctor consultation on Day 3 AGAIN NURSE CAME BEHIND ME ASKED TO MAKE A PAYMENT OF 1LAC RUPEES. I HAD NO WORDS….WHEN I ASKED THEM FOR WHAT?? This time again for room charges and other expenses. I LOST ALL MY PATIENCE I REQUESTED THEM TO DISCHARGE. They hesitated and didn’t agree I FOUGHT AND FOUGHT and finally they agreed with final BIG BILL. Hospital Amenities- COVID IS ALL ABOUT BEING HYGENE AND KEEPING ENVIRONMENT SAFE AND SANITIZED. THEY DIDN’T EVEN HAD HAND SOAP IN WASHROOM. How will patients wash hands after using restrooms?? We keep asking them, but they neglected. WATER IS NOT FREE. THEY CHARGED 30RS FOR EACH BOTTLE. WHAT ARE WE PAYING 40,000 PER DAY FOR?? FOOD WAS WORST NO PROTIEN OR FRUITS WERE GIVEN. HOSPITAL ENVIRONTMENT IS UNHYGIENE THEY WAY NURSES TEARTED MY PARENTS WAS HORRIBLE. They way they talk, they don’t show concern or respect to anyone. HOSTPITAL STAFF WAS ONLY BEHIND MONEY. I STILL REQUEST OUR TELANAGANA GOVERNMENT TO TAKE ACTION ON SUCH HOSPITALS.

Disha Singh went for pre op assesment my relatives. Lack of coordination on the floor. Full day wasted. Pre op assesment took one day. That too they lost one samples. Urine sample waiting. Cardiologist Pallavi walked away in front of is inspite of requesting to see her yesterday at 1.30 pm. So one more say wasted. Even today we have to collect report. Tomorrow morning we plan surgery n we are struggling since 3 days.

A good option for cancer treatment at a good price and their service is good. Even at insurance we get 100% insurance and Kotha Kishan is the guy who handles the insurance, his service is excellent and he is very polite and charming and never hesitates to help us. Overall I think it's the best hospital in terms of service and the price is also good.

I am being very honest, don’t ever go this hospital. The Doctor V.K will start with the negativity(the patient won’t survive) this will create alot of tense. My mother-in-law had cancer on her left thigh,we have gone to different hospitals before coming to omega hospitals and the response was utterly amazing, it's been 2 months she was operated in Omega hospital now she is doing great. All thanks to Dr mohana Vamsy sir, team and the staff for being very friendly and caring towards her, i thank each one of them from the bottom of our hearts.

Treatment and doctors are good but cost wise too expensive, if you have insurance they try to squeeze as much as possible by putting unrelated stuff saying chemo charges even if the drug is free jus as chemo charge with out the drug they are charging 40,000/- (includes room, doctor fee). Way too expensive looting like hell.

One of the worst experiences we had with any hospital. We came here for a Bone Scan after being referred. Initially we were told that we need to go to Omega Hospital Gachibowli post which they told we can get it done here. We were made to wait for 1 and half hour citing different reasons such as approvals etc. Post which when we got the billing ready, we were told that bone machine is not working. The OP billing desk was not at all considerate. The service offered was pathetic especially to goverment employees who are referred here. Suggestion to PSU and Government medical doctors: Dnt refer people to this hospital

PART 1-COVID PATIENT – REVIEW THIS HOSPITAL IS HORRIBLE AND SCAMMING FOR MONEY My parents tested positive for COVID and we took appointment with Pulmonary Specialist Dr Raghu Deep. My mother got really sick and her oxygen levels were fluctuating between 85-95. Since her levels are below 90 Doctor advised her immediate admit in ICU. My father condition was normal however he has previous medical conditions of heart and diabetes. His oxygen levels were normal, he didn’t have any issues other than mild fever and cough. Doctor advised him to get admitted in general. Prior admitting we called hospital to check for prices so that I can arrange money accordingly. Lady who answered call said for ICU its 70,000 and General 35-40,000RS . She was very rude and not willing to share prices. We admitted them and they asked for 2,40,000 advances. 1lac per person and 20,000 each for some charges. We had no option but to arrange payment all together. Process they went through while admitting- First they went to causality for initial tests. All tests were performed on same beds which were NOT SANITIZED, they are using same equipment to test every patient and same beds to sit and laydown. They are mixing GENERAL PATIENTS with COVID PATIENTS HOW IS THIS EVEN FAIR FOR OTHER PAIENTS?? Later that night after their formalities they moved my mother to ICU and father to general. They served dinner- LITTLE RICE, DAL & CURD. I MEAN SERIOUSLY ???? COVID PATIENTS NEED GOOD PROTIEN FOOD AND LOTS OF FRUITS. WE PAID 70,000 FOR ICU AND 40,000 general ward WE ATLEAST EXPECT DECENT FOOD. Day 2 NEXT DAY MORNING- TEA & 2 IDILS ?? afternoon Rice, Dal, Tomato pickle and Behndi??? THEY ARE ON HIGH MEDICATION. I spoke to my mom that day she said FOOD WAS HORRIBLE and she was so hungry and asked me get food from home . Since she was in ICU I could only get her biscuits they were not allowing any food. But I still arranged food from home and requested to feed that food. Afternoon I went for visit to check on them, Doctor said my Mother is doing fine and they moved her to general ward and they are monitoring both my parents and did tons of tests on both of them. After my consultation with Doctor, nurse came to me for payment and asked to me make a payment for 50,000 each for medication advance. I didn’t had any money, so I was requested to adjust from my advance. NURSE SAID THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE IF I DON’T MAKE PAYMENT, THEY WILL STOP MEDICATION. I was totally SHOCKED AND IN TEARS. I ARRANGED ANOTHER 1 LAC RUPEES ONLY FOR MEDICATION. I KEEP TELLING EVERYONE AT HOSPITAL INCLUDING DOCTOR THAT I CANNOT AFFORD HIGH MEDICAL BILLS PLEASE CONSIDER GIVING THEM GOOD TREATMENT AND DISCHARGE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Day 2 THEY MOVED MY MOTHER TO MY FATHER’S ROOM AND CHARGED 40,000rs FOR EACH. SHARED ROOM PRICE WAS LESS THAN INDUVIDUAL ROOM BUT THEY STILL CHARGED SAME PRICE. HOW FAIR IS THIS ?? I KEEP TELLING THEM I CANNOT AFFORD NO ONE WAS READY TO LISTEN. AFTER PAYING 3,40,000 IN LESS THAN 24HOURS I WAS SO EXHAUSTED AND SCARED TO EVEN GO HOSPITAL BECAUSE I WAS SURE THEY WILL ASK MORE MONEY NEXT DAY. I WAS JUST CRYING AND CRYING COULDN’T SLEEP AND VERY SCARED FOR MY PARENTS AND THE WAY HOSPITAL WAS TREATING THEM WAS HORRIBLE.

I went to visit a friend's dad during COVID times but forgot my mask at home. Went to the in-house medical shop and they were selling the typical blue mask for Rs. 20 while it's being sold all over Hyderabad for just Rs. 10. It seems like these people put profit over everything else.

Hospital is Birds friendly. We can see many birds in side of the hospital especially in front of the OP billing. The only scarring part is Birds are carriers of infections, in this covid-19 period restriction on bird entry is advisable. I don't know much about the efficiency of the Doctors and hospital management.

There is no proper care of the patient and few Drs are unprofessional. They didn't noticed development of black fungus due to their improper cleanliness of oxygen support . They used general water for hydration of oxygen that leads to the development of black fungus. I don't know how they become Drs. There is no proper investigation of patient situation. There goal is to earn money rather saving the patient life and they have good money collection department. I hope the management will be punished at later stage for their mistakes.

Dr.MohanVamsi is just a marketing face of this hospital, once you get inside u will be in hands of Dr. Dattanadgir, he feels like he is the only literate in this world, he comes to patients room and with out hesitation he says to patients relatives come to my chamber patient's condition is serious. Such a brute that he don't understand my mom and patient also knows English.More over he is the only doctor in the world who will be available only 5 days 2 days he is not available and he enjoys his week end. Hatsoof dear sir don't udthe 60 years old mom and patient doest she can't understand his simple English. The moment he said the word my mom started dying.

My mother in law was there for treatment. Sorry to say but the nurses are terrible. Not at all professional. Nurses were just fooling around in the corridors. One of the nurses got my husband hooked up. And since then my husband has left not only me but also my two daughter.

Just beware of their looting schemes. They just run PR on TV and where do you think those massive funds come from? unprofessional staff and their behavior changes as the bill increases. They have drained the hope and belief that doctors are truthful and do good things. If you stay longer in general ward, they wantedly do COVID test so that you will be moved to isolated room which costs more per day. They force you to buy things that are not necessary and keep pressuring you. Shame on you!!

Covid treatment was not at all good as per high charges.we lost our uncle without proper treatment by Pulmonologist and worst nursing staff.they just want shift patients to ICU and mint money 1 lakh per day.Patient admitted on 8-May and till 25th doctor was telling he is okay, will recover soon..but on 28th he told that no hopes you can take home if you want.Not proper treatment by Doctors

I do not understand how they claim to be the best in the town when they give treatment without proper tests. They gave my father-in-law chemotherapy when he had infection, and the doctor give an option to do one more chemotherapy when he has aplastic anemia which was caused due to the third chemotherapy that they gave. What kind of treatment is this? And the doctor says that we are doing something wrong as that is why he is having fever everyday in the hospital. When he is in the hospital what can we do to him? It is they who treat him everyday. This is looking like they want to just do blame job for their failures.

Take limited appointment daily and discus with patient all issues and starting with treating.only first visit only max 5min and later time only doctor standing for 1 min and starting treatment so very dispointed for patients .later treatment even patient tell some problem but don't listen.

I had a very bad experience and irreparable personal loss at Omega Hospital. I lost my father due to Omega hospital. Had it been another hospital, he may have survived for few more days or may be years. Omega hospital is not to treat patients with care and empathy, which the Omega doctors and staff are really lacking. The doctors at Omega show attention to your case until you start the treatment at their hospital and then on patient's attendants has to go behind them to know the condition of patient. My father was treated with chemotherapy at Omega hospital by Dr. P.S. Dattatreya. First two weeks with usual dosage, on third week Dr.P.S.Dattatreya gave 3 times of the usual dosage (though we expressed concern about the dosage considering my father's age), which costed my father's life in 10days (due to reaction from excessive dosage of chemo drug causing WBC down, pneumonia and cardio pulmonary arrest leads to his death). Apparently, what they did to my father during his last 11 days when being admitted to hospital was mere management for just accumulating the money, but not the treatment. My father has been shifted back and forth to multiple wards MICU, SICU ( pnuemonia affected were treated in those rooms which are pathetically cold) and then finally put on mechanical ventilation until his last breath. We witnessed hell with anxiety as no doctor is providing the actual status of the condition, just creating rush. Patient will be shown to attendants as a museum piece as he will be made unconscious through sedation. Duty doctors and nurses have no clue what the condition of patient is though they were there with patients all the time, maintaining so-called "Doctor's Notes". Dr. Vamsi Mohan visits early in the morning, he says patient responding well. After few hours Dr. Kiran, Dr.Hidayat, Dr. Dattatreya "the specialists" will visit one after another at their own dynamic time intervals and tell their own version of patient condition. What one doctor say will not correlate with other doctor to gauge the patient condition by attendants. This is not the case with only my father, during those days at waiting hall of 3rd floor SICU at Omega, I witnessed the same scenes with other cases leading to around 10~12 deaths, 4 being on the same day of my father's. It appears they just accommodate patients until the next batch of ill-fated persons are determined. Never ever recommend Omega hospital to anyone though they claim to have cutting edge medical technology such as cyber knife etc. It will ever remain as a bane, since the Omega hospital only count on money. For what it's worth, if the basic empathy and concern towards patient is missing in Omega doctor's, knowing that a person's life is on count is inhumane and hopeless. God only can judge them by thier deeds. If this review can save a life, my father's soul will be happy and rest in eternal peace.

Dr. Mohan Vamsi is a great doctor. As all great doctors he is very humble and to the point speaker. Dr. Vamsi gives exact feedback. He treated my mom 4 years ago and again now. I would recommend that staff be trained more professionally to handle the stressful conditions of patients and family members and review the process waste. E.g to discharge my mother from hospital I have to go to billing dept to get a receipt, go back to admissions to pay the bill, yet another counter gives me a checkout receipt, take the receipt and then go to nurse station who says I have to wait until my discharge summary is ready and it won’t be ready because it has to be typed and the typist is not here yet. All this at the cost of causing more delay to patient being discharged. If someone comes from far away places and are on a limited free time this beauracracy Of administration Process waste causes hospital to lose money. Hope Omega takes my review with sincere eyes and ears and make the visit a much more pleasant experience.

Omega Hospital is having excellent Valet Parking. Drivers are so efficient and they siphon diesel /petrol in the vehicles with out the knowledge of the vehicle owners but with the knowledge of the hospital administration . Even the Drivers are more efficient than Doctors in siphoning.

I was very impressed by the hospital and services offered . Being a Cghs benifciary and an elderly person was made very comfortable and recived treatment par excellence. May be in 2010, we had visit to this hospital for hand mothers heart issue. Treatment is good. Dont Rember the name, but cardiologist was very nice and patient friendly. Explained the issue, in detail. Prices are bit expensive. Other wise its caged hospital.

Dr Mohan Vamsi is an excellent doctor and there is no doubt about it, but the hospital staff, admin, nusring are spoiling his name and credibility. Admin staff charges for items that have not been used by the paitent (ex: charging for 120 mask and 120+ pair of gloves for a week admission) and charge people left right center. Room cost is higher than that of a 3 star hotel for a triple sharing, they do not even provide a basic necessities for the attender like a bench they expect them to sleep on the floor. Nurses who are in a such a profession that they need to understand the paitent requirment and handle them with such a care, here they are opposite no caring, so impatient, no courtesy and provide false information to the doctor. Junior Doctors, misguide people that it make people life miserabe they start chemotherapyand then call for a consent. When we talk about the facts they try to cover it. @Dr Vamis Krishna sir, with all due respect if this is not take into consideration people will come for treatment but will go with very unhappy note and unsatisifed , if money is priority then u can ignore it.

Consulted two different oncologist before consulting Dr Mohan Vamsy where the doctors suggested for observation as it's very unlikely to be cancerous but Dr Mohan Vamsy suggested scans to conduct so we can decide whether it's cancerous or not which costed very much just to declare it to be suspicious and suggested for a surgery. Remarks: Hospital is full of mosquitoes, visited the hospital for two days just to get infected by dengue fever.

Cash payment patients are given preference and priority even OP. Cash or credit it is not preaching the EQUALITY. It has to be followed and implemented. Doctors are being considered next to GODS. By this experience it is the same as followed in temples as well if you pay Money GOD'S Darshan or DOCTOR's consultation is fast

I am from Tamilnadu. I get to know about OMEGA hospital in hyderabad from internet for cancer treatment with high end treatment machine like Cyberknife for shorter treatment time. Doctors explained in detail about the treatment procedure and we got the complete SRT treatment for my brother with in four days and he is back to the work now. Especially Dr.Ch Mohana Vamsy sir way of explanation to the patient is very good. Doctor here are familiar will many languages. Many of them talks Tamil very nicely. My experience today after receiving my vehicle is - after my spouse treatment, I collected my vehicle after half an hour of submitting token, and also delay in treatment, my spouse wanted to reach home earliest possible, with out verifying the vehicle at that movement with my spouse drove home. While driving I observed that the car audio system is not functioning properly. Then I noticed that the remote of the audio system also missing along with car RC copy (duplicate), DL copy. There is no other parking here, we have to depend completely depend on them. Hope hospital management will take care of these type of incidence not repeat.

But this review is for the person who was make us suffered a lot to get insurance approval, the lady/women who was sitting in insurance department her name is jagadeshvari, she made us to wait for 03 days, for small mistake which was made by her, documents which was submitted to insurance, then one of person incharge took initiative and got resolved the insurance approval.. finally surgery was done.. So please be cautious while submitting documents, if billing incharge of Omega doesn't took initiative, then what is our position.. Thanks to Dr.Vamsy Garu please take care...

Treatment wise best hospital poor in management skills.they not even have minimum common respobulity of patients reports.they just keep on waiting waiting stills patient attenders gets irritation.but staff also chit chat and they not even consalt status of patients. Waiting wise waste hospital.

Have been here for a consultation for cancer treatment. After seeing negative reviews I felt a bit skeptical about the hospital , however after seeing the process and options felt that it wasn't as bad as portrayed . However wait time is high but if u want to meet an expert it usually takes time. Were explained properly about the condition and treatment choices, were not given much hope as it was advanced stage . The hospital is good and the chief doctor was excellent in providing us the treatment options .
