I am one of the regular customer of cafe coffee day i visited coffee day outmet located at shaikpet , i visited two days first day i ordered for sugar cane juice bottle that was for Rs.90 , the juice that was served to me was not at all fresh , the juice was stinking and there was powder powder inside it, next day i visited same store ordered for vanilla frappe and alphansos mango frappe , you employee in place of serving alphansos mango frappe served some other coffee , when i asked i ordered for mango frappe she told maam we dont have mangos so mango frappe is not available if some item is not available you can inform customers right we can order something how can your employee serve any coffee by their wish ? First of all the service is not all satisfactory and we spend around Rs.600 and we did not got what we wanted we were served something else how can your employees do like this. I am very unsatisfied by this service

Excellent place to have your morning coffee in peace. They play nice music in low volume. It is neither crowded nor noisy. Good place if you want to sit and get some work done or write a paper with your laptop. There are charging points so you can charge your devices as well. The staff was welcoming and treats the customers warmly.

Decent hideout for spending time with friends over a coffee, sandwich, burger, chillers etc., Service is slow which needs to be taken care. No WiFi especially in the store. Would have given more stars if the waiting time would have been less.

CCD has always been my choice to spend some time on discussions and coffee. At most CCDs Great coffee great service

Good place, less crowd and great ambience.However had limited options to consume. Not everything mentioned was available but the items available were of good quality.

Firstly no one comes here. Its all time empty. Then once we place an order the lady will tell to wait 5 minutes and other lady enter the store and they both chit chat. When we go and ask why its getting late, then the lady starts preparing the food. Almost it will be 30min the lady will come and serve. I have ordered cold coffee and it was like watery + bitter in taste. Atmosphere is good. The food costs me 800 bucks with GST and it would have cost me under 400 if i go somewhere else.

bill was not provided due to some issue. coffee is not as another branches taste . It was hot outside they didn’t even on the AC. Not a good place to hang out

The server during the last shift gave us a horrible time. He was on his phone and gave us wrong orders and refused to accept that he made a mistake with the drinks he served. The cafe mocha iced coffee was disgusting and I had to throw it all away after a sip. I also ordered a slice of cake which turned out to be stale although I was told that it was fresh. It was a dreadful experience. 👎🏻

Visited this CCD and enjoyed a delightful experience. The ambiance was inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The Americano was robust and the cappuccino, superb. It's a great spot for coffee enthusiasts!

The place isn't what a typical CCD is like. The place is dull, not maintained well, the washroom is the worst of all, public sulabh toilet is better than their washroom! The coffee (both cold and hot) doesn't match the CCD quality and taste.

The tables were not cleaned and the service was poor. We ordered Watermelon Granita and Iced Lemon tea which had no flavour but only ice.

This branch has worrest staff that i ever seen in hyderabad except Ms. Sabita. When others are on duety very bad taste,cold instead of hot coffe with dirty cups. No respect here.

Good ambiance. Peaceful place for some quiet time. Service is mediocre, food was to my liking. But many menu items were not available.

Went there with friends for small get together. And it was very bad experience, staff behaviour was very rude, it was not at all welcoming behaviour. Food was also ok not up to the mark as hyped. As our food got finished they switched off AC so that we should leave soon. We also requested them to switch on the AC but they did not responded. Toilets are very dirty, no water in toilet.

Don’t expect this like other CCD outlets. There is No Air conditioning and the space is hot and congested. The staff is untrained, and the Coffee tastes terrible. I ordered a Signature cold coffee one time and Tropical Thunder another time. Both of them just tasted like a glass of Ice cold water without any taste and started giving me throat pain. The CCD team should take proper measures to maintain this branch well and protect their brand value.

I HAVE VISITED THIS OUTLET N NUMBER OF TIMES STILL I DONT FEEL BORE WHILE VISITING HERE..I HAVE TRIED DOUBLE SHOT ESPRESSO ...SINGLE SHOT ESPRESSO ...CAPPUCCINO..CAFE MOCHA ..IRISH COFFE...CAFE LATTE ...BEST ONE AMONG THEM IS CAFE MOCHA.. THIS IS OUR FRIENDS ADDA..AMBIENCE IS GOOD (5/5), BEST COFFEE (5/5), GREAT SERVICE (5/5), WORKERS ARE SO POLITE AND HUMBLE.. I JUST LOVE THIS PLACE 💯❤... Place is decent, but flies. Oh gosh, it irrtating and they keep shutting the AC. Even when the place is filled with people. Coffee is Okay, just like other coffe day house coffee

The guy on counter said will give you Bill in some time. He did not ; then I approached him at the end and he said I lost it somewhere and now I am only one to serve and it’s huge rush now. He took all the money which was more than 1000₹ Also the table were dirty and the service was really bad

I've been a very long customer of CCD in Hyderabad, India. This time I had visited their Shaikpet outlet, as usual the ambience was pretty nice. I was there for a small business meeting with a friend of mine. We ordered Mocha, Frappe, Chicken Double Decker sandwich and a bottle of water. We spent some quality time discussing our business in a very calm and cozy ambience. Looking forward to many other meets and hangouts in CCD's across the country.

Had filter coffee and chocolate muffin. Both were good and enjoyed their ambience as well

Ordered hot coffee as they didn't had cappuccino, looked nice with heart etc, but it was cold. Didn't expect it here. It was a bad experience having such coffee while raining.

Usually a crowded place. Coffee was great as always. Service was good. Parking at your own risk opposite to it.

For good coffe. Calm and cozy place. But its little bit small coffee shop

All the menus available online are outdated.. Presently there are no combos. Infact half of the food items mentioned are out of stock. Service is very slow!! We only ordered Greek Chicken sandwich, Smoked chicken sandwich and chocolate muffins. But there is no difference in the Sandwiches and it wasn't even good with very less chicken. Sweet stuff are really good here and air conditioning too that's probably the only good about this place. The CCD at my college Villa Maria is wayyy better than this.

There is no parking for four wheeler, AC was not working. Customer service was not good. Coming to CCD has the good food

Overall not a very good experience. Drinks n snalcs weren't tasty :/ Servers are good though
