Fabulous hog roast for 30 plus of us at private function - lovely selection of salads, potatoes, pork roasted to perfection with all the trimmings. All constantly topped up so everyone had plenty. Absolutely great value as always. Highly recommend.

Went there for a hog roast but we were not impressed

Recent changes in organisation mean the venue has lost its direct links to the sailing club. It still invites membership but visitors are made welcome. One of the best ranges of real ales in town and excellent home cooked food. All in a venue with a balcony overlooking the river. Always someone to talk to.
