Absolutely fantastic hotel. It was my first time in Trigrad, and the hotel was pivotal in making the experience the maximum it could be. The staff are very friendly, breakfast is amazing, and the views are breath-taking. There was a window in our shower, and we had a balcony. I will for sure be back!

This was the perfect place for us to stay for our weekend getaway to the Rhodopes! First, the staff is extremely friendly. I love the family atmosphere that you receive. The hotel is spotless and the food!! The food is so delicious. The two ladies in the kitchen can cook! We would come back in a heart beat.

The place is quite new and very clean . The staff is nice and helpful at any time. Prices are fair and you can feel everything is made with care. Highly recommended.

This place is absolutely amazing. The hotel is extremely clean. The rooms are very well maintained and everything is made with a lot of taste and detail. The food is very tasty. The trout in foil is a must try. The atmosphere at the restaurant at night is so nice and cozy with the fireplace on. The hosts are so sweet and welcoming. Rosi was amazing. She was so laid back and fun to talk to. The breakfast was great too. Definitely recommend Trigrad hotel to anyone looking for a homy feeling while enjoying the beautiful nature all around.

Wonderful family run modern hotel and spa, in this scenic small town. We stayed here on our final night in Bulgaria. It could not have been a better end to our short trip to the country. We did not have reservation and walked in. The hosts were welcoming and very helpful. The place felt relaxed and hospitable, more like staying with friends. Our room , 203, was very comfortable and had a great view, especially after it snowed that night. The room was modern with organic soaps and shampoos. The spa really impressed too, with a steam room, sauna and large whirlpool with comfortable relaxation areas. We had one of the best meals here too. Extraordinary green salad, a potato flan and grilled meat hotplate were the highlights, with excellent red wine. The staff and owners were all pleasant and helpful and made it a great stay, thank you!
