There is a coin parking next to the parking lot, which costs money separately. When I parked it was 700 yen for 24 hours. The appearance and lobby are very beautiful. The room was not brand new and there were scratches on the walls, but it was cleaned very normally and there was no part that felt dirty. The yakiniku for dinner is at a restaurant called Kihanbou in the Mito Excel station building. It's not that far from the hotel to Excel, and it's just a 2-3 minute walk. The breakfast venue had a space in the back of the lobby. There are side dishes such as salmon roe shirasu mentaiko, so you can enjoy a little seafood rice bowl feeling, and you will be very satisfied from the morning. The only thing that bothered me was the thinness of the walls. (Original) お盆に親族のお墓参りに行くため宿泊しました。 焼肉食べ放題付きプランのツインルームです。 駐車場は隣にコインパーキングがあり、こちらは別にお金がかかります。 私が駐車した時は24時間で700円でした。 外観やロビーはとても綺麗です。 部屋は真新しさは無く壁に傷等ありましたが、極普通に清掃されており汚いと感じる部分はありませんでした。 夕食の焼肉は駅ビル水戸エクセル内にある貴韓房というお店で、コースは一番上のプレミアムコースで美味しい常陸牛の焼肉がお腹一杯食べられて大満足です。 ホテルからエクセルまではそこまで遠くもなく体感的に徒歩2分3分で、鍵を預けずに外出ができるので億劫だとは感じず良いなと思います。 朝食会場はロビー奥にスペースが設けてありました。 イクラしらす明太子等のおかずがあるので、ちょっとした海鮮丼気分を味わうことができ、朝から大満足です。 1点だけ気になるなと思ったのは若干の壁の薄さを感じる場面でしょうか。 お隣さんがお子さん連れの家族の方だったようですが、22時頃まで泣き声が聴こえ続けて気になりましたし、エレベーター待ちをしている際に会話内容把握できちゃうほどエレベーター隣の部屋の声が駄々洩れだったので、以降あまり大きな声で話すのを控えたほうがよさそうだと考えを改めました。 気になることはありましたが、総合的満足度は高い宿泊でした。

Best hotel during our trip to Japan. Very close to Mito Station with spacious room. Larger than usual hotel room in Tokyo with price significantly cheaper.

Room felt like a cabin... tiny. Food was OK much better hotels in the area

アバとしては小さいホテルで大浴場はありません。 朝食はメインは個別で一部がビュッフェ方式です。 私が食べた時はローストビーフと魚がメインでイクラとシラスがフリーだったのでご飯を朝から３杯も食べてしまいました。 評価よりは気に入っていますが次回利用時に朝食を確認して再評価します。
