To
be
honest,
I
feel
like
the
building
has
gone
down
a
bit
compared
to
the
old
Toride
Tokyo
(it's
sad
that
the
6th
to
8th
floors/rooftops
are
still
treated
as
vacant
tenants).
Also,
there
is
a
multi-storey
parking
lot
immediately
to
the
south
(with
a
dedicated
access
path),
but
if
you
just
park
there,
you
will
have
to
pay
a
parking
fee
(depending
on
the
time,
probably
more
than
200
yen)
(currently
Ribbon
Tori).
If
you
shop
at
Seiyu
on
the
1st
floor
or
Daiso
on
the
4th
floor,
you
can
get
2
hours
free
if
you
shop
for
anything
regardless
of
the
purchase
amount).
Also,
on
the
second
floor
there
is
a
"Garden
Toride"
(pachinko
parlor),
which
of
course
only
adults
can
enter.
When
I
tried
to
enter
the
building
by
taking
the
ribbon,
I
found
that
it
was
the
entrance
to
the
pachinko
parlor
``Garden
Toride''
on
the
second
floor.In
this
case,
I
couldn't
enter
with
my
parents
and
children,
so
I
went
down
the
slope
on
the
east
side
and
went
to
``Seiyu''
on
the
1st
floor.
(It's
a
bit
of
a
hassle
to
enter
"Daiso"
by
using
the
elevator
near
the
gate
and
going
through
the
passageway
on
the
4th
floor.)
Above
all,
the
number
of
tenants
is
smaller
than
in
the
``old
Toride
Tokyo
era'',
and
it
feels
like
it
lacks
impact
(unfortunately).
