駐車場は店の前の５台ほど。そこ以外に停めると注意されます。
開店前に並んでいたところ時間になり、店主と従業員が出てきたが店主は無言。挨拶くらいした方が良いかと。
その後もいっさい愛想は無し。続々来る客に「いらっしゃいませこんにちは」と挨拶はしていた。店内で話している客がいたが少し睨んでいたような…店内には音楽がかかっていたが空気はピリついていた。
今回は特製つけ麺
1,050円を堪能。鶏白湯の濃厚な味わい、カルボナーラに近いモッタリ感と平打ち麺で、トッピングは味玉・ネギと水菜・炙りチャーシュー・レアチャーシュー・わさび。
味玉は黄身がとろり。
麺が平打ちでちゅるちゅるといった食感、つけ汁に絡みやすく最後の方になってくると塩味が少しくどくなってくるが…美味しいラーメン屋である。
このおいしさがなかったら店主の無愛想は賄えないだろう…一度試してみてほしいお店。
