(Translated by Google) Located in Kairakuen, it is an extra charge. Take off your lower legs and watch. Gorgeous fusuma paintings are irresistible. Please be careful if the stairs to the second floor are quite steep. The view is also great.

I went on a weekday in late February during the plum festival. Kobun-tei (charged 200 yen) consists of a two-story, three-story wooden main building and a one-story inner palace. The tour course begins by viewing the exhibition room in the inner palace, then climbing the narrow stairs of the main building and proceeding to the observation room on the third floor. The view from the 3rd floor was wonderful, with a panoramic view of the eastern and western plum groves and Miharashi Plaza. There was a cafe inside the building. You will have to put your shoes in a plastic bag at the entrance and carry them while you tour, so be careful not to slip.

It was destroyed in the war and has been restored, but the reproduction rate seems to be high and you can remember the time. The second floor is also an observation deck where you can clearly see Senba Lake and the plum blossoms of Kairakuen Park.

This is a small mansion inside Kairakuen. The Nakano exhibit was very beautiful and had a nice feel. The view from the cafe inside is very nice. I was able to enjoy the scenery while enjoying a cup of matcha tea. If you have time, we recommend you to relax here.

(Translated by Google) It seems that Nariaki Tokugawa built it as a villa and is collectively called Kobuntei. It was completely destroyed in an air raid in 1945, but was restored after the war. It was interesting to be able to imagine what it would have been like in those days, such as the office of the feudal lord's wife and his attendants, and the room where the samurai guards waited. The view from Rakujuro on the 3rd floor was wonderful and refreshing. I feel the romance of history when I think that Retsuko also saw this view and talked with the people of the clan. It was also interesting to see the manual lift (elevator) for transporting the food made on the first floor to the third floor. The stairs are very steep, so it's an epoch-making way to carry the tray. There is an entrance fee of 200 yen in addition to the entrance fee of Kairakuen, but it was worth it. I couldn't use it because the cafe was closed, but I think it would be very luxurious if I could have a cafe time while looking at the garden.

(Translated by Google) I was the first customer in 2022 lol Kairakuen is the only paid area except for the plum season. I personally like Kobuntei very much! There were really few people in the winter season, and I was able to see the beautiful building and scenery almost exclusively! It's the best 👏 I felt that it was the result of the efforts of those who are taking care of it! Easy to understand explanation!

(Translated by Google) "Visit fee" 200 yen Located in Kairakuen, the view from Kobuntei is superb. Nariaki Tokugawa invited a literary artist, a vassal, and a territory to hold a feast for the endowment and poetry. Especially the view from the 2nd floor is wonderful. This is the only place where you can see the gardens of Kairakuen from above, so even if you pay the tour fee, it is worth seeing.

Go through the front gate of Kobun-tei in Kairakuen and walk through the Moso bamboo forest to find the Kobun-tei entrance (200 yen). When you step into a building with a great atmosphere and a great view, there are rooms that will make you feel like a feudal lord. Although it has been restored (it was completely burnt down in an air raid), it is still in very good condition. As I continued along the route, I came across Cafe Raku (which wasn't there the last time I visited), and while feeling a little strange, I had a coffee (660 yen). Although the roof was damaged in some places, the garden and the view from the top were wonderful.

(Translated by Google) A building designed by Noriaki Tokugawa, the ninth lord of the Mito Domain. Since I came all the way, I should see this too, but I think that everyone is thinking together, but the building is very crowded. I can't really watch the plum blossoms bloom very slowly, but I don't know how to do this. The atmosphere of the building is a Japanese style that can be said to be THE Japan together with the garden, and in a sense, it is calm or calm. Kobuntei was said to have been used for various events such as a residence in Kairakuen at the time, rest areas, Keirokai, banquets, etc. It didn't come true, but in the first place, these things should be visited when there is nothing normal. I wonder if that is the privilege of Mito citizens who can use the usual Kobuntei.

(Translated by Google) We toured with Kairakuen sightseeing. There were so many tour areas on the first floor that it was so spectacular that it was hard to imagine from the appearance. I think the highlight is the view of Fusuma and Kairakuen. Pictures of cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, bamboo, etc. are drawn on the fusuma of each room on the first floor, and I felt that all of them were wonderful works (^ ^) Looking around the fusuma pictures, the four seasons of Japan I could feel the goodness from time to time ☆ The stairs to the 3rd floor are steep, so please be careful and climb slowly. From the 3rd floor, there was a room with a good view overlooking Kairakuen. By looking at Kairakuen from this room, I finally felt like I was able to see the whole picture of Kairakuen, and it was an impressive view (^ ^) After that, I was carrying the set meal from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor There are pulley type elevators, and I think this is another important point to look at. I strongly felt the potential of Kobuntei, and I was glad that I could visit it☆ (Original)

(Translated by Google) The park was designed by Mito 9th feudal lord Toshikawa Tokugawa as a park to enjoy with the people. It consists of a wooden two-story three-story Kyobuntei main building and a wooden one-story one-sided palace, giving various places a sense of ingenuity and fancy. It is said that Nariaki gathered literary ink guests, vassals, and people in the territory to hold poetry and comfort parties here. The view of Senba Lake from the third floor is good. Kairakuen has been charged (300 yen) since 2020. Kyobuntei is charged separately from the entrance fee (200 yen for adults). The name of Kobuntei was derived from the fact that Shin's samurai emperor, "If you like the sentence, you open the plum, if you abandon the study, you do not open the plum." It seems to have been named because of that.
