Nice and comfortable hotel but room a little cramped. We stayed in a room with 2 single beds and a double bed, perfect for a family of 4 with young kids. Staff were very helpful, we asked them to changed all 3 blankets due to some stains and they did so quickly. Unfortunately, when we looked under the mattresses, the beds were full of dust. Beautiful view of the lake outside our window though. Limited parking spots at 300¥ per night. Area is in the middle of the city town, plenty of shopping and food places to go to. Update: free breakfast buffet. Reasonable choices and quality.
