■Atmosphere
The
coastline
is
very
beautiful,
and
you
can
see
as
far
as
Hitachi
and
Kashima.
You
can
experience
the
feeling
of
solitude
as
if
you
have
reached
the
end
of
the
earth,
so
on
holidays
when
the
weather
is
nice,
it
is
always
crowded
with
people
taking
a
walk
while
looking
out
at
the
sea.
■Waves
(for
surfing)
The
strong
coastal
currents
unique
to
the
Kashima
Sea
gouge
the
seabed
along
the
shoreline,
creating
a
series
of
deep
waters
near
the
inside.
Even
if
it
breaks
in
the
middle,
the
power
doesn't
continue
and
disappears
on
the
inside,
so
even
if
the
coast
is
wide,
there
are
almost
no
points
where
you
can
ride
short
and
long.
It
has
become
a
training
ground
for
catching
shore
breaks
that
tend
to
be
a
little
damper.
■Parking
lot
・Municipal
parking
lot
available
(please
note
that
the
opening
hours
are
9:00
to
16:00)
・There
is
one
toilet
on
the
north
side
and
one
on
the
south
side.
・Free
admission
(charges
apply
during
swimming
season)
There
is
space
for
about
10
cars
near
the
south
end
of
the
municipal
parking
lot.
(You
can
park
here
even
during
closing
hours.
It
is
probably
a
parking
lot
managed
by
Kashima-nada
Rinkai
Park.)
There
is
an
unpaved
road
that
you
can
drive
down
to
the
coast
from
the
side,
and
there
is
space
to
park
about
10
cars
along
the
coast.
(It
is
not
set
up
as
a
parking
lot.)
■Access
The
sign
near
the
entrance
from
National
Route
51
that
says
``Ibaraki
Gold
Coast''
is
a
landmark.
The
signboard
is
very
difficult
to
find,
but
it
can't
be
helped
since
it's
so
rural
there
are
no
other
notable
landmarks.
During
the
day,
you
can
also
get
off
by
car
from
the
adjacent
Kashima-nada
Seaside
Park
side.
(The
gate
is
closed
at
night
and
you
cannot
go
down
to
the
beach)
Anyway,
Gold
Coast
is
disrespectful
to
the
original
family...
