友人と2ヶ月に1度、一緒にランチするのですが年に1、2度こちらで思いきり牡蠣を味わうのが恒例?になっています。
いつも私達がオーダーするのは
ペアセットです。
店内もオシャレで落ち着いた雰囲気です。ただ今回は祝日だったせいか混み合っていて席も待たされるのはたまに会う友人との貴重な時間でしたので時間の無駄になりますし、カウンターにしましたがカウンターも悪くないねと話してました。
1人2000円位しますが
生牡蠣から始まって蒸し

牡蠣フライ牡蠣のグラタン
牡蠣好きにはたまりません(*≧∇≦)ノ❤️
今回行ったらメニューの内容が選べるアラカルトも新たに加わって変更されていたので以前こちらで食べて美味しかったので迷わず
パエリアにしました。
(こちらはパスタも人気があるみたいですがラーメンやお蕎麦の麺に好みがある様に私と友人の口には合わなかったので(^_^;)今回チョイス出来るようになって本当によかったです(^o^)v)
セットに入っているパンはそのままでもフワフワで芳ばしく充分
美味しかったですが手作りソースの熱々グラタンにつけて食べても美味しかったです♪
ちなみにサラダとグラタンとパエリアはシェアして食べました。
パエリアはムール貝や海老も入っていてお米は炊き込み加減もちょうど良く旨味をたっぷり吸い込んでいてどの具材もプリプリして
美味しかったです。
主役の牡蠣はそれぞれどの種類も頂きましたが生牡蠣は最高でしたね✨
今回、広島県産と岩手県産を頂きましたが広島県産は甘味と旨味が広がる感じで岩手県産は旨味の
中に少しほろ苦さがあってまた
美味しかったです。
牡蠣フライもとてもジューシーで衣が熱々サクサクで毎回友人とあまりの美味しさに歓声をあげます(笑)
生産地や料理方法でこんなにも
旨味が違うのかと牡蠣のミルキーで濃厚な旨味を毎回、存分に堪能して楽しませて頂いてます。
牡蠣好きな方はもちろんですがあとはアレルギーなどはないけど見た目がダメでとかの牡蠣の食わず嫌いな方にも自己責任の上で(笑)
一度は食べて頂けたらと思うお店です♪
