国道51号線沿いの高立地、店舗左隣の駐車場へアクセスし易かったです。
4年前に水戸に戻ってきた小生が気になっていた店の一件で、ようやくご縁があり早速入店。
店内はL型のカウンターで8～10人で満席といった感じです。
入店右側に券売機で脇に写真もあるので商品のイメージが分かり易かったです。
コロナ禍のエチケット【アルコール消毒液】は券売機左横にありました。
小生はオススメの特製ラーメン(醤油)、娘は味噌ラーメン、妻は味噌担々麺を注文。運良くすんなりカウンターに着座完了。
待つこと5分、注文の品が無事に鎮座しました。
特製ラーメン(醤油)はすり鉢状になった器で両手で持ちやすかった印象、麺は太平縮れ麺でモチっとしてます。具材は主に味付玉子・チャーシュー3枚(2種)・岩のり(刻みのり？)・メンマ等で、特に岩のりは香りがとてもよいです。サッパリ醤油は背油が少々乗っておりましたが、しつこくなく、逆にいいコクが出てとても美味しくいただきました。
娘の味噌ラーメンを別皿にて試食、野菜の盛りが良く、こちらは隠し味のバターに加え背油がホンノリいいコクが効いていて、子供が食べるのにはとても贅沢？な味付けと感じました。
器が昔ながらの中華柄が安心させられます。
ついでに妻の担々麺も別皿承諾のうえ試食。
中細麺・ピリ辛でゴマの風味がガツンと効いていてとても美味しかったです。
3品共満足のいくお味でとても美味しかったです。
