I love the room. Its really nice room and the location is bad too.. BUT IT HAVE A REALLY BAD WIFI THAT ALWAYS DISCONNECTED EVERY 5 MINUTES. so yeah, Hate it so much

Clean, cosy business hotel that is in a great location. Close to major transportation hub, being the train & bus terminals of Mito City. And it's also close to the famed garden, Kairukuen.

Good located only a 5 minute walk from the Mito train station. Very pleasant employees and good cleaning service. When I had the "do not disturb" sign turned on, I even got a care package with towels, slippers, tea and everything that would have done in the room. Wifi is OK, breaks down sometimes and is a little slow in the evening. For common Japanese hotels, rooms are very spacious. Interior could have a make over. Great to have a big desk, but not good to use with an armrest chair. To turn in the light somewhere in the room, you first have to switch on the "general" light, which illuminates areas not in use.

Great hotel, really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is an easy 5 minute walk from the train station. I had a single room, but it was reasonably large with a sitting area and lots of luggage space. Would stay again.

We have stayed here several times. The rooms are nice, bathrooms very clean and larger than other hotels, and it is a short walk from the station. The breakfast in the mornings is very nice!

It's a normal hotel with what you can expect. Basic needs. Breakfast not with that many variety. Struggling with English. Some misunderstanding with parking information.

Very clean rooms in good condition, though they would benefit from renovation. From a hotel in this price range, I expect proper duvet covers, and not just a simple sheet. Attentive staff and good location.

Clean, comfortable and close to train station. Staff friendly and helpful. USB ports would be welcome as my USA 3-prong surge protector extension cord couldn't fit in Japanese 2-prong sockets. Sad not to be able to charge devices easily. Will stay here again and will bring compatible extension cord.

They were out of non-Smoking rooms. Our room smells like an ash tray. Horrible smell that will not go away. The hallways are filled with smoke. I do not have words of how to describe how bad it is for non smokers. Also wall paper pealing in our room. Good news. 2nd night they were able to move us into a non smoking room. 1000% better. Room looks better. I think the smoke just ruins the wall paper maybe???
