私と息子の診察で受診。
先生はとても気さくで子どもへの対応も良く、息子も全く怖がることがないので安心して受診できる。お年を召した先生なので身体の心配するくらい良い先生だと思う。
コロナ対策としては10点満点中1・2点。受付にビニールシートがあったりくらいで、待合室はごった返しているため患者同士は感染しても仕方ないと思って来た方が良い。
クチコミの評価を大きく下げている要因はただ一つ、他の方も書いているように受付の態度の悪さ。受付に行っても挨拶はなかったり、受け答えも雑だったり面倒そうだったり愛想がなかったり…。対人関係の仕事するにはお粗末な印象。例えて言うならスーパーでレジ打ってもらっている時、買ったものを雑にカゴに入れられているような気分。いい歳なんだからその辺はしゃんとして欲しい。
要望としては診察で呼ばれる際、もう少し大きい声で呼んでほしい。子どもと話したり、遠くにいるとほとんど聞こえないので、もし聞き逃すと待合室に居ても最後まで飛ばされるためかなり嫌な思いをする。
