受付はハイテクのタッチパネル、だが一歩足を踏み入れるとアナログの世界。ぐるっと寿司職人を囲んだカウンター。食事中の客は当然ノーマスクで、口頭で職人にバンバン飛沫とともに注文を飛ばす。一昔前なら活気があって良かったのだろうが、コロナ禍では不快感しか感じない。
会計も店員が皿の数を数える方式で、隣の客と会計コールが被ったら皿が多く時間がかかる方の客を数え出し、こちらは放置された。他の店員を呼ぶでもなく、だいぶ待たされてイラついた。
もう二度と来ないと言いたいところだが、職人の気遣いと、寿司は絶品だったので、プラマイゼロだろうか。
自分はカウンターに置いてあった注文用紙に手書きで注文。たこ、縁側、クレイジートロサーモン、マグロ5種盛り、舞茸とかぼちゃの天ぷら、最後に流れてる玉子握りを取ってフィニッシュ。クレイジーソルトをかけた炙りトロサーモンは絶品だった。
コレで会計は1331円は安い。なんだかんだでまた来るんだろうな。ご馳走様でした。
