(Original) 当日18:00~18:40頃チェックイン。フロントの説明により、エレベーター前のアメニティの中からホットコーヒーをチョイス。 部屋に入ると水が無い！ 一泊¥9000以上する部屋に水が無いと言うことは、「¥9000くらいの部屋に水なんか常備するかボケっ」！と言う事なの。 フロントに確認しに行くと、リネン室にあるとの説明を受けた。ウォーターサーバーがありその機器かは入れろとの事。どうやって部屋に持って行けばいいのかと尋ねると、「そこの常備してあるコップにいれろ」と言われた。 コップに入れろとは、途中些細な事から溢したり、自分が濡れたりしても俺は知らん！と言われている事か！ 私は、それは無理だと部屋のケトルを持ってきて入れて良いのかと尋ねると、首を少しかしげ苦笑いされた、、、 恐ろしいHOTELだ！ 客が質問しているのに、首をかしげて苦笑いして、答えを拒否されてしまった、、、 さらに、23:00に内線でフロントに朝食が付いているのかと訪ねたところ「朝食無しのプラン」だと説明を受けた。 翌朝6:10にフロントに行き、「朝食」の案内をお願いしたとこほ、「朝食は前日の21:30までの受付けとなっております」との事、、、 さらに、チェックイン時に、スタッフの「説明」が無かったのかも確認してこない。 もちろん、チェックイン時に「朝食の説明」なんて無い！ 挙句の果てチェック当日23:00にフロントに朝食の確認時にも一言も説明が無かった！ もちろん1 車で来店して来たなど確認してこない。 客に興味が無いのであろう！ 不備な問題が起きても、我がHOTELは知りませんと言う事なのか？ もちろん2 チェックアウト時の説明なんてあるわけがない ストレスだらけの宿泊となってしまう可能性のある、残念な一泊となってしまったのは、私だけと願うばかりです。
