Super recommended to go with txikis!!! We went with our 3-year-old to live the "pastor for a day" experience on a Saturday morning. First they explain everything a little to you and then while the children go to a wool workshop, the aitatxus learn to make curds (which we will then eat). At mid-morning it is time to go to the stable where there are about 80 latxa sheep. The little ones can nurse the lambs and walk among the flock. There are also 3 ponies. We finished the morning making and tasting chocolate talo and with the possibility of eating there if you bring food. In short, a great plan for txikis to enjoy nature!!!

Good plan for a morning in a spectacular natural environment. Curd and fresh cheese workshop, talo with chocolate and visit to the sheep and lambs. Patxi is very attentive and explains each of the workshops very well and demonstrates his passion for his animals. As he says, his sheep are atypical. And they are totally familiar with being with people, letting themselves be touched, feeding them, even breastfeeding them. Furthermore, here the sheep live to the end even if they stop giving milk. They are part of the family. We were sad, since it gave us the feeling of being a place that had run down. For one thing, they no longer make cheese. They have stopped that activity. The wool workshop was not held either. And the workshop and course area was also somewhat neglected.

An experience that is worth going with children, from 3 years old, we have been very comfortable, the first part they taught us how to make curd and talo with chocolate and the second part being with the animals, on average 3 to 4 hours, and You can stay to eat, bringing the food, because you have a very cozy cabin, the staff is very friendly.

Lo hemos pasado súper bien, con dos niños de 3 y 5 años. Ellos han tejido mientras los mayores haciamos cuajada. Después hemos comido talos con chocolate y hemos ido a ver las ovejas y las han podido ordeñar. Una experiencia 100% recomendable. Además hemos aprendido muchísimo sobre el queso idiazabal y su proceso de producción.

Hemos pasado un día genial Patxi nos a hecho sentir como en casa y hemos conocido gente magisima muy recomendable la esperiencia para niños y mayores.

Bonita y entretenida experiencia tanto para niños como para adultos. Las explicaciones de los "talleres" (hemos hecho cuajada, queso fresco y los peques una manualidad con lana y pinturas) muy amenos e interesantes. Los dueños muy majos y amables!! Actividad muy recomendable para conocer un poco más a la oveja latxa y productos.
