Spectacular
pollarded
beech
forest,
especially
in
autumn,
although
it
has
its
magic
at
every
time
of
the
year.
Equipped
as
a
recreational
area,
it
is
an
ideal
place
to
spend
a
day
of
barbecue
with
friends
and/or
family
as
well
as
being
a
good
starting
point
for
mountain
routes
(on
foot
or
mountain
bike)
or
hiking.
I
recommend
you
visit
it,
but
not
just
this
beech
forest,
but
several
that
are
in
the
area,
for
example
(there
are
many
options),
starting
from
this
one,
heading
towards
the
Mekoleta
neighborhood
to
go
from
there
to
Otxandio
through
the
forest
along
a
medieval
road,
In
Otxandio,
head
towards
the
cemetery
and
take
the
track
that
passes
next
to
it
to
reach
the
Olazar
beech
forest
and
from
this
beech
forest
go
to
the
Iluntxo
one
to
return
to
Otxandio
along
another
medieval
road
and
from
the
town
along
the
road
from
Tella
to
Zelaieta
again.
I
suppose
that
you
can
find
these
types
of
routes
at
the
information
stand
in
the
town
square
and
if
not
I
hope
that
they
will
put
them
up
soon
(municipal
officials
take
note
😉)
