We had a lovely stay in Iberostar Bahía de Palma. My friend and I visited for a week in October and had a lovely stay. They hotel is very clean, well maintained and has fantastic staff. We stayed half board which was well worth the extra money. The food at breakfast and dinner was really good, had a lot of variety and was delicious. There were options for pre-prepared food and food cooked in front of you with 4 meat options cooked in front of you each day. Desserts were also available at dinner and they were very good. The rooms were good, not huge but a reasonable size and the balcony was very nice. We didn't pay for an upgrade room and still had a good view of the sea. The room has a hairdryer (which I struggled to find out in advance!), shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. Our room also had USB chargers by both sides of the bed. While we were there it was very windy which made it a bit too cold for sunbathing which I think is worth knowing depending on the time of year you are staying (we were October). Enjoyed our stay though and the hotel was great.

On a hot day like this, all I wanted was to unwind by a pool and relish a good meal. I achieved just that at this place; I spent the whole day lounging on a Balinese bed, taking dips in the pool, and enjoying an incredible cool-water jacuzzi. Being an adults-only hotel, there's a tranquility here that I've been needing for a while. I also decided to dine here, as the menu was quite appealing, and it didn't disappoint me in the slightest. The truth is, I needed a day like this, and thanks to the different relaxation areas and the amazing staff, I managed to recharge my batteries. I also enjoyed a cocktail on the rooftop after lunch while reading a book and admiring the views. The day has been incredible, and there's no doubt that I'll be coming back.

I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights recently. The hotel itself was nice, but didn’t love the area as much. It is very touristy and there are constantly people trying to sell you something on the beach. I wish they had played music (sometimes they did but it was very quiet) at the pool and made it a bit more lively. They were constantly out of pool towels, with no idea when there would be more. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming & helpful. The bar inside didn’t stay open super late and a few times we came home late and wish it had been. The breakfast buffet was good and there were so many options!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in September 2022 having stayed there before in 2018. Whilst most of the staff had changed there were still a few familiar faces; David, Judith and Pedro. The hotel facilities had improved since our last visit such as having free water and ice available on every floor. The hotel amenities were also excellent as was the quality of the food. The most important part of the holiday for me was the staff, from top to bottom. They could not have been nicer or any more helpful than they were to me and my wife. Unfortunately my wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer's a year ago and this was our first proper holiday on our own since the diagnosis. I was very apprehensive as to how it would go, but there was no need. Aware of my wife's condition, everyone from cleaner to manager made a real effort to engage with her. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I cannot thank the hotel staff enough. It was one of the most relaxing and welcoming holidays I have had for a very long time and I sincerely hope we can do it again very soon. Thank you.

This Hotel is in a great location with wonderful staff, good animation and nice facilities. The buffets are really nice, the dinner buffet was different almost every day. The only downside was the soundproffing, it wasn't great. On the last day of our stay, they opened a new bar where the music was very loud and the prices were extremely expensive (comparing with the Hotel prices).

Except the fact that they give lower rooms and push you to upgrade and take 20 € deposit money for each towel.. it is a great place to stay and to enjoy your summer vacation. Me and my wife had a good time with half board.

Carina and Monica from the spa were amazing! If I could give 200 stars I would! I did a couples massage with my boyfriend and the jacuzzi couples head and neck massage. They were both so attentive, friendly, and accommodating for last minute bookings. I highly recommend them if you have the opportunity to come and experience the spa. You will leave feeling brand new and super refreshed.

Fabulous stay at this hotel, rooms are clean and well configured, a little on the narrow side. Air conditioning is a bit under powered. Great sea views. Lovely pool, no real sunbed rush early morning reservation going on. Great outside bar towards the sea front with plenty of seating. The 2 really excellent points are the amazing food and truly wonderful, polite, kind and friendly staff. The best I've ever experienced on holiday. The staff come round at about 2pm with a complementary drink which is a lovely touch, plus occasional canapés. Breakfast and dinner are a pleasure, currently staying here with 2 days to go.

I did not think the rooms were super amazing for a 4 star hotel and the price of the night but the staff was super sweet and so nice. The rooftop is very nice with different shows every night in high season. Breakfast is ok again for a 4 star hotel and the price I would expect more. But in Mallorca in high season every hotel is way over priced.

We were really looking forward to this holiday. Unfortunately, we were bitterly disappointed by the hotel. + The location is really great. Directly on the beach and you don't hear anything of the Ballerman. + The design is nice. The outdoor area is also relatively well maintained. + Animation is also adequate + Staff friendly for the most part, although very annoyed. - The cleanliness is poor (several glasses with lipstick offered; hair in the freshly checked-in hotel room and very dirty floor ; stains on the towels etc.). - The rooms are not worthy of a 4 star hotel. We had to change rooms, however the 2nd one was not much better. Only the safe was stuck in this room. Our two room neighbours had problems with their room locks, so the technician had to come because the rooms could no longer be opened or closed. Also, the mattresses are very hard and the beds are not firm so you always slip into the gap between the beds. - Big language barriers. If you don't know Spanish, you have to have good nerves. The one person who understood us immediately was the technician. They did not understand French, German or English. (Only 2 from the reception could understand some German and English). - The food was really not good. It was either without taste or very very sweet. Moreover, there are only a few signs with labels next to the food, so an allergy sufferer has his problems not to take the wrong one. As we are usually satisfied with Iberostar hotels, we were very surprised. If you give the other hotels an 8-9/10 rating, this hotel gets a maximum of 3/10. I believe that the Corona crisis has contributed a lot to this state of affairs, but we will not be holidaying here again. A small criticism to Iberostar itself: your app is not user-friendly.

This place was absolutely wonderful. I'll start with what I didn't like because there is only one thing. When they clean the rooms they leave the door open slightly to stop the air conditioning. It has been so hot we have been excited to get back to a cool room but when we return it is hot. I do recommend getting the preferred view rooms. They offer a better view of everything. Also we got the junior suite on the 7th floor which gave us access to the rooftop pool which was a very nice bonus. They play music there in the evenings and have an exclusive bar. The sunsets there are awesome too. I recommend paying the extra money to get this if you can. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. They had so many choices. I didn't get the opportunity to do the dinner buffet but I wanted to try it as it seemed nice through the windows. They give you a water carafe to refill throughout your stay which was sooooo nice. We used that a lot. I wish every hotel had those. The staff was top notch. So nice and helpful and very friendly. The shower was great with a huge rain head and a wand. The toilet had a hose with it. Corner rooms for the suites also have tubs. The pools were perfect temperature and bar tenders will come around with drinks for you. We definitely want to come back. We had such a great time.

Excellent views, great people very happy with the hotel and the service in general no words to describe how happy we are definitely I will recommend to all my friends in the USA because they travel a lot. I had a terrible experience. The year prior I stayed at a different Iberostar and had a great experience. We weren't allowed to talk, laugh, and enjoy our vacation. We were shushed at the pool, balcony, and pretty much everywhere we were even the bar! I feel like the staff and guests hated us. We thought an adult only hotel was going to be fun but it was the opposite. I do not recommend for a group of friends trying to have a fun trip. The all inclusive was a joke. The only alcohol included was 2 beers and 3 wines all were terrible. The food was also terrible. No seasoning whatsoever. The only explanation was this hotel is for senior citizens with a low sodium diet.

The staff was extremely friendly and so welcoming. Fiaz and Martina were so pleasant to talk too and we’re always smiling. The rooms were clean and had a beautiful views. The roof top bar and pool was private and so relaxing. Great walking Distance to all bars and restaurants.

The staff were exceptional. I didn’t meet one unkind person working there. They made us feel Welcome and important! Will Stay here again and again. Rooms were extremely clean and it’s right on the beach. The resort itself is aesthetically pleasing and Instagramable! choose Bahia

We really enjoyed our stay at Iberostar Bahia de Palma. We had a room with sea view and balcony. The room was clean and beautiful and in the evening we could enjoy the evening programm from our balcony. We booked half board - the food varies every day and everything tasted really good. The service is excellent and the staff very friendly too! Sky Bar with view at the sea and beach and Infinity Pool. Would highly recommend!

Chris at the front desk went out of her way to make our honeymoon extra special. All of the staff truly care about your experience. The food is amazing. The activities everyday are great. The beach is beautiful! What else can you ask for!

This trip was supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable. It was anything but that. 1. Spa - multiple issues booking and no one would take responsibility. We had confirmation for two 55 minute individual spa treatments. When I showed up, they only wanted to give me a 45 minute massage for the same price of a 55 minute. I was told it would be resolved for my wife and guess what? Same issue. 2. Restaurant - food was decent but you have to wait 10-15 minutes before anyone will come take a drink order (even for just water). By the time drinks would come, we were almost done eating. I brought it to their attention but it continuously happened. 3. Housekeeping - shower was GROSS! The shampoo and body soap dispensers were empty. Took 2 days and me saying something 3 times for them to refill. 4. Pool towels - were always out and they never knew when they would be getting more 5. Staff - they were “fake nice”. Meaning, they would ask you how your stay was going but when you brought something up to them they just ignored it, smiled, and moved on. I would NOT recommend this hotel!!!

Excellent time with the all inclusive package. The rooftop infinity pool area was our favorite. The buffet changes up every day so you won't get too bored of having the same food every day. Excellent service and friendly staff.

Our stay at Iberostar Bahia de Palma. has been quite nice. The breakfast buffet is plentiful. The staff is attentive. Our room on the 6th floor had a nice terrace to enjoy the gorgeous view of the sea. The hotel is right across from the beach, so you're just 5 minutes away from the sea. If the sea is not your thing, the pool is a decent size with plenty of chairs around.

I stayed here mid-august…we were greeted at the door by a friendly member of staff to help us with our bags, who proceeded to pour us a glass of ice cold champagne while we checked in- what a start to the holiday! Our room was perfect, and clean, a tad small but we didn’t plan to be in there for long, views across the main pool and beach were lovely. The food was amazing, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean, and Covid considerations were everywhere. The roof terrace pool was a perfect, the capacity was smaller and more intimate but we were lucky enough to get a front row lounger to enjoy the views. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The main pool was very nice too, and the pool waiting staff were on hand at all times to take drink orders…a touch of absolute luxury for a busy mum of three! If I were lucky enough to visit this island again I would definitely stay here again.

Second time at the Bahia de Palma and its even better than our first trip, outstanding hotel, immaculately clean , friendly staff and just excellent it every way! The food is great , wide variety to choose from ! Stayed at the hotel over my birthday and had a bottle of fizz in the room and some chocolate cake , service is just amazing! We have booked our next stay already and we haven't even left yet !

We hunted for the right place to stay in Majorca - we wanted a nice beach right out front, good amenities, and a calmer vibe. Bahia de Palma was just what we wanted! Updated, luxe decor and rooms, great pools especially the view and atmosphere at the rooftop infinity pool, good selection at the buffets, very reasonably priced drinks, nice live entertainment, and wonderful service (we especially loved Pedro!). Plus the hotel was really accommodating and let us into our room about four hours early which we weren’t expecting. A word to the wise because it’s an adults only resort it doesn’t have a party/club vibe at all and the clientele was more mature than we were expecting. Still fine for us as we aren’t party animals! Book here for a relaxed, organized, and inclusive stay.

I booked a Balinese bed to spend a few hours relaxing before my flight from Palma airport. The view was great and services very convenient. Recommended if you need somewhere to pass some time before or after a trip to Palma airport.

We had a fantastic stay here, the hotel staff from reception, bar, restaurant to the maids were brilliant. Everyone so friendly and professional, the food selection was so good with such variety to cater for everyone. Perfect location with the beach just across the road, the hotel facilities great with the fabulous roof top infinity pool and sunbathing terrace. We will most definitely be returning next year! Manager Silvia is very attentive and friendly. All the staff in the hotel are very welcoming. I’m not a fan of a buffet but the food was lovely and there is chefs cooking some of the food as requested on the hot stoves. The drinks are reasonably priced and hotel is well maintained. Great hotel all round!

Brilliant customer service from the very start. A great hotel which feels like a great amount of pride is taken with their guests. The rooms are comfortable and the aircon keeps the temperature perfectly, whilst not being obvious. Every aspect of the hotel is very clean and kept beautifully. We went for half board and not disappointed. A wonderful array of food which is constantly topped up and kept fresh. The pool is a great place to relax and only a stones throwaway from the beach. Lots of bars and other restaurants if you needed them. Palma is only a short ride away on the bus and brimming with places to see. We needed a well earned break and this ticked the boxes. The spa experience was out of this world. Carina and her team looked after us so beautifully. We had massage and facials which were amazing. Very friendly, very relaxed and not rushed.

The team at Bahia Palma has been SPECTACULAR. From the moment we checked in until check out it was extraordinary. The spa services were spectacular and the view from the sea view facing room were beautiful. We felt so relaxed being here for the short stay we had. Cannot wait to come back!
