I will start this review by mentioning that I was not sure if I should give this hotel 3 or 4 stars but decided that I would stick with 4. PROS - 1. Hotel is close and convenient to the airport as well as a lot of shops, restaurants, beach, and nightlife. 2. Staying at the hotel gives you access to the Ushuaia Beach Club parties for free (which saves us a lot and is a great perk considering they have so many different events). 3. The pool in the tower area is amazing. We loved it and were able to get two sun beds easily when we came downstairs. 4. The food and drinks at the pool bar were good. CONS - 1. Unfortunately the service was subpar. Upon arrival (after 3PM, our room wasn’t ready). No biggie. 2. We called asking about laundry service, no call back. We were asked if we wanted extra towels and when we came back to the room no one had brought any. 3. We left early in the morning so housekeeping could come and clean and at 5 PM when we were going back to the room is when they asked us if they could clean. I understand they can get backed up but unfortunately that time did not work for us as we left it open to be cleaned since the early morning. 4. Mini bar prices are absolutely ridiculous. We bought our own alcohol outside of the hotel (aside from what we consumed at the pool bar), and I guess upon checkout, whoever cleaned the room the one day confused the champagne we brought from a champagne that was in the mini bar that we never touched and we ended up getting charged for something we did not consume. We only consumed some chocolate, a red bull, and water. Water is about 7euros. Upon checkout, the front desk was able to fix this for us by compensating the late checkout we paid for which was until 3PM. Overall, the hotel is what it is. It’s fun, hip, attracts what you are looking for, and allows you to party all in once. Ibiza is expensive overall and we don’t regret staying in the hotel because aside from the service itself, everything else was great. We would stay here again in the future but we do hope management resolves some of these issues for future guests to fully enjoy this hotel and all it has to offer.

My honest review of this hotel- we stayed at Ushuaia Towers. They have many properties. Tower property being the middle one and on the left hand Beach Hotel where they have their main club. On the other side they have Hard Rock resort which is family resort, whereas Ushuaia is Adults only. Location- very close to airport, takes about 10 minutes via taxi and costs 11-13 euros. Plenty of taxis available. No need to worry as when we were booking, thought of booking something on arrival which was costing 180 euros 😳 hotel reception can call the taxi if you ask them which takes a minute the most for them to arrive at the door. Hi-Ibiza club is a minute walk from the hotel so convenient if you are planning to go there. Small market close by where few restaurants and shops are available. About 15-20 minutes drive to the old town and Pacha club. Equally 10-15 minutes drive to Amnesia club on the other side. Party scenes- ofcourse that’s why you are here right? So they usually have parties organized in their Beach resort- beautiful scenes- big stage with pool in the middle. Party started at 1pm I think and ends at 11pm, because then you go to Hi-Ibiza or other clubs after for the main event. Entry to this party is free if you are staying here. Others have to buy tickets. Plus main benefit you can go out as many times you want but if you have bought a ticket you won’t be allowed to come back if you decide to leave. Rooms- comfortable. However few downsides: very noisy- no soundproofing, especially in the morning when you’re trying to sleep, constant loud noises coming from planes taking off every 5 minutes 🤯 Not enough facilities- no iron in the room, no hair dryer. They don’t even provide a bottle of water, you have to buy everything. Although they said soft drinks will be complementary but then rules vary inside the hotel, we never had anything free! Beach- right on the beach, hotel has their own sun loungers and restaurant on the beach. Pool- Average. Very small, just for relaxing. However they have sometime DJ’s playing tunes and often performer’s comes for wee shows. Crowd- don’t expect any young crowd as they can’t afford expensive places 😜 but mixture of mid age to old. Service/staff- very helpful and courteous. They were all very welcoming.

🇧🇷🇪🇦After the Ushuaia Experience your life will never be the same. 💫My first experience there was this summer of 2022, we arrived to go to the Martin Garrix opening and the 🐜ants party. The staff who received us were SUPER nice and friendly, they show us our room and explain a little about the hotel. 💫We love to party so we chose the room overlooking the stage, at night it was like our private area for the show so AMAZING. 💫The room itself is not that big but it is super cozy and well decorated, the duke is nice, they have mirror throughout and the bar is great. They really go the extra mile so that every little detail can be perfect and you feel like a Queen/King. 💫You can walk around the entire hotel and the Ushuaia Tower, where the rooftop bar also has stunning views. Another great thing is the sun lounger where you can relax and sunbed while sipping wine or cocktails. The waiters are very friendly, funny and Hot. 🍓🥐🥩🍰🥂What can I say about Ushuaia breakfast? Please don't skip it. It was the most epic breakfast of my life, lots of fruits, breads, cakes, Iberian ham, caviar, vegan options, sweets, ice cream... fresh pancakes, champagne. You choose, they have it, and it's all so fresh and delicious. 💫Check out my videos to see more. It's now my favorite place, I'll have to go back more often. But don't take my word for it, you have to see and experience this for yourself.

Beautiful room needs a bit fixing and cleaning. Door hinges hanging, spills I don't care to think about still stained the floor and door of toilet, dirt flowing in jacuzzi, coffee cups cleared after 2 days. Happy to pay for quality but this time round it didn't feel worth it. Oh and the Nespresso pods cost 4€ each. Don't expect anything complementary, not even water. Parking slightly challenging in the area, so we opted for 15€/day valley parking. Very friendly staff though and location is perfectly close to shops, cafes, clubs and motorway.

Literally the best hotel if been so far for parties and fun times. Great location and super clean. The staff are awesome. If you are going to ibiza and wanna have an amazing experience, then you definitely should stay in this hotel. I'm definitely going back in the summer

This is our 3rd time staying here. Ushuaia never disappoints the staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is out of this world best I've ever had and we travel a lot. We felt truly looked after so much so we wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Ibiza.

Ushuaia is closed but was the best when in operation, people say it’s better than Pacha, given how scintillating Pacha was and if what people said is true and Ushuaia was better than Pacha, I wish I had the opportunity to go there while it was still open.

Ushuaia Beach Hotel is an amazing choice for anyone who wishes a fun and beautiful stay in Ibiza. Their rooms are very nice and their staff is incredible. They boast with good restaurants as The Oyster & Caviar Bar at the pool area and The Beach restaurant. The breakfast was amazing - a lot of variety, fresh and quality products. Especially I have to mention the amazing wraps made by Jesus Sanches! 👍🏼☺️

For years I’ve been staying at Ushuaia when traveling with friends to enjoy the shows at the hotel. The hotel and its installations are beautiful and the vibe during summer is amazing. All staff is totally open to help and very kind. The beach restaurant is amazing, although they lack more vegetarian options. The parties there are from another world, the best in Ibiza! Being there also pay a visit to Hi, their nightclub just across the street.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean rooms, helpful staff and amazing food. Special thanks to the reception Team - Sarah did everything possible to ensure that we had a great stay. Great view from the suite and from the rooftop bar. This hotel is really amazing place to stay. We really liked it and hopefully will be back next year :)

The waiter of the Ushuaïa restaurant Jose, gave us an exceptional service. We felt so greatly served. Best waiter so far encountered in the island. :)

Jeromino is the best . We’re a guests in Ushuaïa hotel and we went to the pool area and our waiter was Jeromino. He always was with a smile and allot of patience. This makes our stay great. Thank you 🙏🏻 from Israel

Review is re the club. Been here twice - once for Ants and once for Calvin Harris. Truth is that it does become very uncomfortable as crowds (naturally) gather to see the main act. Going to the bathroom and getting a drink - 1h in total. Great music of course but the experience isn’t great, especially at very premium prices. We all agreed that Pacha was better in that sense.

Ushuaia Ibiza hotel is the best hotel in Ibiza! From rooms to food (amazing breakfast buffet!!) to party to staff.. what is there not to love!! One of the hostesses Valeria is the sweetest and so so very helpful. She gave us so many good tips and advice as what to visit or helped us perfectly if we had any questions whatsoever. I fell in love with Ibiza and with Ushuaia and we are definitely coming back!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ushuaia Hotel, everything was to our satisfaction. Because we celebrated a special occasion at the hotel, the team has made extra effort, thank you for that! The only thing that could possibly be improved would be additional sunbeds at the beach/pool area, as everything was quickly occupied. Otherwise, we have nothing to complain about, even the gastronomic offer / service was top.

Worst service ever met, rooms Dirty from day 1 until the end. Even paying 5 or 10 euros per day didn’t effect. The hotel has lost its magical…. All and really all dirty dirty dirty….

A very high class hotel. Think of every detail so guests have a good stay. Beyond the crazy parties and the huge advantage of a hotel room when there is a party in the hotel, I would like to mention above all the good experience from the reception staff. The reception manager Alicia and the reception representative Maria Jose took care of every detail during our stay, and made sure we got the best experience from the hotel. It is highly recommended

Second time at Ushuaia and we had a brilliant time again. The staff went out of their way time and time again to make sure everything was good as it good be. The hotel is presented beautifully, and staff work very hard to make sure it stays that way. Maria Romero at Antidote was particularly welcoming and cheerful - thanks for your amazing service.

After staying here in 2019 I am really looking forward to returning for a week on the 3rd June to celebrate my birthday. All of the staff were very friendly whilst remaining professional. The hotel attracts a fun but mature type of guest. The hotel has a great vibe, particularly around the pool during the day. Many good food options and areas to hang out. I felt like a million dollars after my previous stay at Ushuaia

I had a great stay at this hotel. The pool parties were a great time and that alone made staying at the hotel a brainer. The beach was also very beautiful. The concierge team (Enya, Sara, and Rocio) did an amazing job coordinating everything for us!

Pau and Carlos at the front desk deserve a medal for their customer service. They absolutely went above and beyond for us. We arrived at 10:30pm after 20 hours of flying from Mexico City. When we went to pay for our room (the Anything Can Happen Stage view) we encountered issues with our bank putting a daily spend limit on my card. Carlos and Pau worked with us to get to a solution that allowed us to pay the first several nights which landed under our daily purchase limit from the bank and then put the remainder on our card the next day. We are super thankful to them and their willingness to work with us. The room was absolutely amazing! We had the BEST stage view and were able to enjoy Martin Garrix, Calvin Harris and Ants from the comfort of our balcony. On the downside - the food ranged from mediocre to absolutely horrible and insanely expensive for the quality. We ate at Montack Steak where I ordered a filet medium rare. At first it came nearly well done and absolutely dry. I sent it back and when it was served again the middle was completely raw and uneditable - and we were still charged $169 euros. Brunch was fine but not with the $60 per person price tag. To sum up - absolutely go to Ushuaia - the shows are incredible, get the stage view room, the front desk staff & concierge are experts in their field, but avoid the food at all costs.

You stay here for the access to the parties but better option is stay next door at the hard rock hotel, much nicer. I stayed in a suite here and it was really lame for 2k/night you can do much much better and just get VIP tickets fir the shows. This hotel needs to be torn down. ( that’s planned already think)

ok rooms but nothing special. Rooms not ready at arrival. Wrong room description. A bit disappointing. Only reason for choosing this hotel is the music and entertainment which is amazing. Beach areas is worn down and needs cleaning. If you want the real Ibiza hotel experience I recommend Destino.

Excellent Hotel and a special thank you to Valeria! The rooms were always clean. Check-in time isn't the best, but should never be a problem. We will surely come back to this hotel, if we visit Ibiza again.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty and made to feel like we were important to the team. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful all the time whether it was carrying luggage up to our room, Book in the courtesy room, sorting our transfers or just recommending where to go and what to do. We stayed in the “anything can happen suite” and it was absolutely stunning with beautiful sea views and a view of the stage. The facilities and the food alone were first class, coupled with the helpfulness of all of the staff and how well they spoke our language just made the entire stay really easy and pleasurable. It was just me and my wife but we met our friends out there who also was staying at a Ushuaia as it was there 40th birthday and we didn’t want to come home! Thank you to the entire team at Ushuaia, not only are they very responsive on emails on the lead up but when you’re there they treat you like nothing I’ve ever experienced! We hope to come back again very soon ❤️❤️❤️

Maria Jose at the front desk took amazing care of us from the start to the finish of our stay at the Ushuaia Beach hotel. Thanks For the great service. We’ll be back because of you and the way you took care of anything we needed without hesitation

Hotel was amazing, rooms are great and the beach is lovely. Beautiful cocktails served up while lounging on extremely comfy sunbeds! The only qualms we had were no air con for the first 24 hours and our terrace light didn't work so it was a bit too dark to enjoy at night (we did ask about this a couple of times but it wasnt resolved). Obviously this is an expensive hotel and area so be prepared, but its a great location and the events (included in your stay) are the best on the island! We will definitely be going back again.

It was a wonderful weekend! This hotel has everything you may need during your holidays! We met a guest experience during our stay, Sandra, and she did her best to make us enjoy the most, we will come back soon!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We booked a stage-view balcony room to see David Guetta up close instead of being in the crowd or VIP area. On the check-in day, 9/18/23, while signing the paperwork, my friend informed me that David Guetta wasn't showing up. We then asked the front desk if we could get a refund. They spoke with management and confirmed we could cancel the hotel since we hadn't checked in. I inquired about the refund timeline, and the front desk assured me it would happen within 7-10 business days. Despite waiting, exchanging emails, providing my bank account information for the wire transfer, I still haven't received ANYTHING from Ushuaia. Belen and Guido assured me that the refund would happen 100%, but as of 11/20/23, I still haven't received anything. It's been 2 whole months!!!! Please process my refund now, or I will be filing a police report.
