An AMAZING place. Was blown away by the beer and the food was divine. Would recommend anyone and everyone to come here. Just incredible! Best beer and fish and chips ive ever eaten and drank. The staff were so happy and willing to chat, help and have a laugh. Thank you so much🌟💛

The local brewery. Possibly the only place you need to visit in Isafjordur. Excellent selection of beers brewed on the premises. Particularly high marks for the stout, a real oaty brew, perfect for warming every part of your body after you have been exploring these beautiful but windswept parts. And they do food!

Easily one of the best breweries I've been to, anywhere in the world. I was in Souvik with a small group, semi-snowed in as the first real winter storm came through the Westfjords. We sent a quick email to their generic inbox, asking if they might be able to open early for a tour and some drinks. Gunnhildur (the owner) wrote back immediately, welcoming us in the next morning. The tour was fantastic--the brewery's origin is fascinating, the decor is perfect, and the drinks are excellent. We got to meet the entire family running things there and can't say enough good things about them or their beer. I'll definitely be back, hopefully soon.

I don’t drink beer but they have a lovely rose lemonade. Fish and chips were yummy, even the English would approve. Seems like a nice university student jaunt.

Great Micro brewery. Try to get a quick tour. Table tops show beer types. Great customer service and explanations. Good variety of beers made and on tap.

Called in on the way back to cruise ship and was glad I did. Fantastic craft ales served by a very friendly staff member. Also purchased a pretzel and dip, really nice. Would recommend to any ale drinkers passing through the port area

Great beer to enjoy after a trip up to Troll's Seat. The stout, the here and the sour were my 3 favorite beers. The pretzel was good. Didn't have time for food, but we would definitely recommend this place for local beer before you get back on the ship or if you are staying in town. English menu too!

Popped in for a quick beer before heading to dinner. IPA and the Red Ale, both were delicious. The brewery was packed, it was great to see people coming in for knit night. I came for the beer, but did notice that they did have other options.

We absolutely loved this place we found! The beer was delicious and we were able to take some to go. The bartender was so kind and helpful. We were stuck in a snowstorm in our motorhome and trying to figure out where to go. He had some great options for us. I had the cod fish and chips which was AMAZING! I was told it was caught by the owners brother in the neighboring village. My husband had a nice sandwich. Thanks for such a great stop!

Stumbled upon this lovely bar/restaurant with really friendly staff. Locally brewed beer was great as well matching up the chill atmosphere. Pleasant surprise!

We were only in Isafjordur a day, but we were ecstatic to find this microbrewery. We had a flight of all 8 of the beers they had that day, and they were truly excellent. We already had dinner plans elsewhere, but when people started ordering food, especially the fish and chips, we wished we could have eaten here instead. Service was speedy and friendly.

Isafjordur is very small place so if you are not sure what to do and you like local beer, definitely try it.

Huge choice of home made beers. Excellent IPA , which is my favourite. Open till 23:00, a safe harbour for beer lovers. If you are around , don’t miss it.

Tried a flight of their beer. Good beer can be anywhere in the world. It only needs ingredients, water and love.

We loved the food and the beer offer. The waiter and barman in a one person was easy to talk to, funny ,fast and helpful. I loved the restaurant/bar wibes in a middle of nowhere. I recommend to try the variety of beers - one can taste palette of 4-6-12 beers in a small (0.1L) glasses or take the regualar one. The food was delicious.. Five stars from us.
