Very lovely place! Probably the best one in the West Fjord. Well equipped house with a common kitchen that actually looks more like a very cozy and modern living room. All necessary stuff like dishes, spices, and coffee are included. Very comfortable bathroom inside the house (even with towels for all guests), plus a few showers behind the house. What is very special - that’s a hot swimming pool! It was so relaxing after a long day trip. And the most important is a very friendly and supportive owner:) Highly recommend to stay there!

By far the best campsite we've stayed in Iceland. The living area and kitchen are large and fully equipped, not to mention the heated swimming pool with sea views. Without a doubt, the absolute best campsite in the entire Iceland. We have been twice in the country and this place, by far, has it all and more! Excellent facilities and services. Also, this part of the Western Fjords was the most impressive, absolutely stunning!

Best campsite in all of iceland. The owner is so nice, fully equipped kitchen with free coffee (what a perk!), fridge, pots, pans, spices, plates etc. We finally were able to cook a decent meal during our camping trip. The area is also so beautiful around, there is a hot tub/pool that overlooks the lake in front. The owner even has kayaks he can rent to go kayaking on the lake. I can imagine coming here for nice winter holidays with friends too. It's worth coming here just to experience this campsite, and if you're lucky, you might get to see the aurora too. Price is 2500 ISK pp but completely worth it. Ps just remember to take your stuff from the fridge-- we forgot!

This is BY FAR the best campsite we visited on Iceland. The common room is so cozy we thought we were at home, the kitchen is super equipped and spacious and bathrooms are clean. We had the most amazing experience watching northern lights from a hot pool. We met some campers from Germany that were very nice and was cool to make friends with them. The best campsite we been in Iceland in more than a month. We gave been there in the fiest week of October and we were just 3 people here. So, almost private hot pool with a view to a fjord. What is more, the shower and kitchen zone was at least like 3 or even 4vstar hotels in Europe has. Finally, dyring the morning swim in the pool we saw a lot of whales in the fjord. Just be sure to bring binocilus, as the whales a pretty far.

By far the best camping place I had a pleasure to stay at. Great facilities, I felt like I was in a living room with a well equipped kitchen. The hot pool in front of the house is a highlight. Definitely 5-star rating.

Great campsite in a very pretty, quiet setting with a beautiful view of the fjord. The host is very kind and welcoming. The premises are clean and a large, well-equipped kitchen is available, Free thermal-heated swimming pool. I can only recommend this place, it is the best campiste we've done in Iceland.
