I found Hotel Laekur quite disappointing compared to other places we stayed. While the room was okay value, it has very few amenities. The room was very basic, bathroom not great. Simple things like only having one curtain rather than two meant you couldn't actually fully close... The staff were nice but it didn't go beyond that. The dinner was very tasty but again service poor. They did knock on our doors for any northern lights which was a nice touch, but I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't book again.

We had a nice two night stay here as a family. The rooms are nice and we had a good meal here one night. Breakfast was really good both days. A bit out of the way but lovely and quiet once you get there (10 mins off main road). Worth finding time to have a wander over and by the river too.

Great spot with incredibly kind staff. The rooms were well kept and the amenities were great for the price. The restaurant was quaint for dinner but had a lot of options at breakfast.

Rooms were really nicely furnitured and clean. Very friendly staff and owners. Very attentive service. We waited 30 min for dinner, and got free drinks for the longer waiting time, which was not too long for us in fact :)
