I recently visited the McDonald's location in Kothrud and had a positive experience. The service was quick, and I was able to access my order easily. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my visit all the more enjoyable. Overall, I found the experience to be good and would recommend this location to others. Really affordable prices... you can get a meal under Rs.199... and surprisingly the cold drinks quantity are what its actually supposed to be...

The restaurant was busy, but I got my order rather quickly. The staff was attentive to the online orders and asked me to clarify my customization before starting the order. The wash room was decently clean.

It was too late to serve and also the staff was rude 😑 for McSwirl they have taken more than 20minutes to serve. Not up to the mark..🥺 and also the they don't provide sit number . only self-service was available in other McDonald's sit number will provide and the McSwirl they made is not make properly and when we said it's not proper they tell it was make like this only .. And also for 4 meal they provide single tray and for drinks they say take in hands... Very bad service.....

Burger was not up to the mark, didn't feel that freshness, same goes for fries aswell

Best McDonald's I have yet visited in Pune. Everything is perfect at this place. Place, people, food, atmosphere is well organised, neat and healthy. Music is so refreshing to enjoy the meal. It is not so crowded, which is also a good thing. Can be chosen to celebrate birthday or any function.

The atmosphere is quite good. It was very silent 10 years ago but now it is crowded most of the time. It has MacCafe as well. The service is good. If you are going to do card payment then have to tell before without asking they choose UPI as payment option. Sometimes the screens for order remain open so you can choose from menu on screen. Overall the ambience is good to go.

They have started new desserts that is sundays with gems.

Awesome ambience and great food. Ample parking space. They also have a makeshift dance floor and to back that up a very decent music setup. Worth visiting if you want to party. If you have a large group you can call and book the ‘machaan’ (not sure what they call it though!) area that is sort of private and cozy.🤤🤤🤤😘

This McDonald's doesn't take multiple coupon codes in a single order. You must place different orders for different offer codes. French fries were soggy and not hot and salty enough. The burger buns, and Patty were not hot enough. The service is terrible, the servers were asking what your order is. I needed to wait for 45 minutes for my burger and when it was received, it was all soggy and cold. Absolutely the worst service in this outlet. Not recommended.

Order grilled chicken burger,got very fast but nothing was inside few pieces of onions. Ask to replace it them manager said we are not serving anything else rather then onion in burgers. Very bad customer service.

I had a disappointing experience at MacDonald. The food arrived cold, the fries were subpar, and the service left much to be desired. The only redeeming factor was the pleasant atmosphere.
