Very very unprofessional and cold food received. French fries and hot&crispy both very cold and no crispness at all, the layer on chicken is rubbery and chewy. They didn’t serve cool drink in the combo, Can’t believe this kfc has 4 star.

Kfc 🍟➕🍔➕🍗 is always preferred for chicken nuggets or bucket. I ordered there bucket combo with pepsi. It's good to spend time with your friends. Quiet n calm. Very cool atmosphere.

Clean, quick and professional!! The staff is very very courteous and always eager to serve. What differentiates the store from other outlets is the genuine smile and warmth of the team. The staff cleans the place frequently and make sure all protocol of Covid 19 are followed. Thanks KFC team.

Very bad service, staff is not responsive takes a lot of time to take orders, always out of stock , people queuing all over the place.this is not the first time I am experiencing such service at kfc

Worst service... there is big shortage of the staff. It takes 15-20 minutes just to place your order then another agonizing 20-30 mins to get it.... Cleanliness also seems to be an issue in the kitchen.... Overall in my opinion the service has degraded quite a lot .

I ordered value meal bucket through kfc app last night. An incomplete order was delivered. There were items missing from my order. I called up help team through the kfc app. After waiting for 10 minutes the person said wait for 10 minutes you will get a call. Now a day has passed. You cheated me. I will never place an order on off again. This review is shared across all media platforms as a warning to to other unsuspecting customers thinking that kfc is a world class company in customer satisfaction

Situated in the food court of the Mall, this is as good as the other franchises. Good for a quick snack ot dinner. Their popcorn are the best. Along with a Crusher.

Service is very bad. They took approx 30 minutes to take n deliver order. Food quality and taste is not so good.

Horrid outlet.Just cheats. Cancelled my order on 6 th December, and have not received my refund till now. The outlet said they will refund the amount immediately and have kept shut about it. Be very careful with orders and cancellations. I lost all my money. WILL NEVER ORDER GROM KFC AGAIN BIG CHEATS.

I had the most horrific experience today. I had ordered for a chicken bucket and pack of two veg crispy burgers. But instead of the vegetarian burger, we received chicken burgers. the vegetarian food was ordered for a orthodox pure Brahmin vegetarian person. the most appalling thing was that she got served the chicken burger. we didn't even realize that it was a chicken burger tell she had eaten almost 3/4th of it. horrible horrible service. we are going to sue the Aundh,Westend branch, Pune for such carelessness. Disgusting
