I joined this gym about 2-3 months ago and I am really enjoying working out here. The gym has almost all equipments - Treadmill,water rowing,air bike, cycling,weights, yoga sessions,functional training. Once you join the gym, your BMI is evaluated and diet chart and workout plan is provided based on that. All in all this is a all in one workout platform for beginners and proficient folks!

None of the AC's work, name sake airconditioned gym, no fans either no ventilation, entire summer AC units were under maintainence.

The majority of the machines have been cracked for several months. The repair and maintenance are not timely followed. Steppers are broken. Cardio machines are noisy. Inaccurate weight machines. Too much crowd, you hardly get time for a particular set of exercise and equipment as well. Trainers are good but not that much co-operative. The rest of the gym is clean, neat and tidy. The owner is good and supportive. Rates are good and flexible as per the gym standards.
