It was a 5star at some point, Not right now. Here is what is good and what is not. Good: lawns, swimming pool with multiple sections and a slide and also a jacuzzi. Decent Tennis court and a basketball court. Staff is polite and professional. Bad: They are going through heavy duty renovation, which is good but it's at the cost of your convenience and peace. What this also means is that the deluxe category rooms are basically the decade old rooms and the age shows quite clearly. The renovations work is visible from outside( not professionally masked and covered like you would expect a 5 star to), so aesthetic view of the building is out of the window. The work goes on from 9 to 10 pm and in our case it was on the floor right above ours. No forewarning about the disturbance was given during booking or checkin.

Locates in South Goa, in a very peaceful location by the seashore. The area is wide, food is delicious and service is excellent. They had ample space with a pool and different activity zone. It's beautifully built. The staff is very efficient, lobby is beautiful and restaurant is widely built. They have both an old built wing of rooms and a newly built wing. Always go for new wing of rooms. There's a taxi stand outside the hotel, which is expensive but if go just little far you will find another taxi stand which are half the price. Overall Hotel is excellent, so if you are looking for a peaceful stay in South Goa, Kenilworth is a great option.

We stayed there for 3 nights. The stay was awesome. Rooms were clean, had all facilities. The resort is right on the beach and easily accessible. Beach is peaceful and less people. Resort facilities are also good. We mostly ate at the Palms restaurant and food was good and tasty. Staff is very polite and hospitable. Anything you need is quickly provided and service was prompt.

Huge property. Well-maintained. The ocean view room and the bathroom were clean. King size bed. The usual thick pillows (which I find impractical). The switchboards were nice. Lots of lights in the room. Breakfast spread was great, had lots of options, even for vegetarians. The pool is huge, clean and it has a slide too! The dining menu has overpriced options - I'd rather eat at Martin's Corner, Pentagon, Mickey's. Parking space seemed limited. Early check-in takes a long wait such that it becomes a regular check-in :) Children activity area has many paid and free options. Air hockey is available! Compared with Planet Hollywood, the staff was less connected here. The beach has a sticky oil substance probably from an oil spill, so wear disposable footwear.

Had a pleasant stay. Would've rated 5 star but for few things which could've been better. 1) Lobby/Lounge area had a mosquito problem in evenings, it should be fully air-conditioned. 2) Billiards table in fun/kids zone is chargeable(Rs.300/hour), should be free of charge when one is already paying a premium to stay in a 5 star hotel. 3) Beach access is closed at 9PM which is too early in my opinion.

We just spent a week at the beautiful resort with the family and it was an amazing experience for all of us. The premier rooms were furnished so well and the room was extremely clean. The swimming pool is the largest in town with a water slide for the kids. The hotel staff were extremely courteous and service was top notch. Would definitely go back and I highly recommend this hotel for everyone. Cheers

One of the best 5-Star experiences in South Goa, with a sprawling property overlooking the sea, coupled with great amenities and facilities to spend quality time with friends and family. One of the best luxury properties in Goa, with ample options for swimming, tennis, gym, basketball, camping, etc.Buffet breakfast is sumptuous with options aplenty. Noteworthy to mention here about the staffs serving the guests during breakfast hours. They take utmost care to serve each and every individual. Overall, a must visit place. Just a small suggestion which the management can look into - the housekeeping services require a little bit of improvement in terms of responsiveness and providing timely service to customers.

We stayed at Kenilworth for a week with my partner, three-year-old daughter and parents, and had a wonderful time. I can't stress enough how family-friendly and exceptional the staff was. They made sure we had everything we needed for our child. Amazing buffet in the morning, beautiful pool. Our rooms were on the ground floor, would recommend booking the upper level if you can.

A luxurious and very comfortable must stay in Goa and which have proper beach access. You should try the breakfast and all mouth watering food here. And the magistic view of the property will amaze you.

Good spread for breakfast. The staff is very polite and helpful and co-o operative with prompt service. The rooms are clean and maintained, the bedroom size is small in the Presidential suite.. needs to be refurbished After giving ID of the guests check in was not smooth Guests arrived from Dubai at the wee hours and hotel demanded extra tariff for early check in, which was being resolved after approaching GM.. The guests had to wait for along time, this part needs to be given attention and improved. Apart from this other things were good

It's one of the very few properties which has proper beach access, lovely lawn overlooking the beach and the sea, and an amazing breakfast menu! In one sentence: this is a diamond in the rough. Excellent location premises and direct access to the sea. Good for family with children, lots of activity to do. Pool area and the sunken bar is also really great. The experience could be upgraded a bit with more experienced staff, seems most staff is young and don't really know what 5 star experience is. Activities include indoor games like billiards and outdoors like tennis and basketball. But by-far the best is spending time in the beach and the waves. The place could be a surfers paradise but alas Noone seems to be interested. The life- guards get scared the moment u get into waist deep water :) over all a very memorable experience. Place to turn off.

Clean room for sure. Great food menu for all meals. One negative point is that you can't access the beach through their rear gate post 9:00 p.m. for security reasons. You have to go all the way around through the main gate which is kinda a long and lonely walk anyway.

This resort scores really high on space and the amenity it has … a big playground for kids . Access to the beach .. Great pool .. well designed and spacious rooms … great stuff .. some how the hospitality seems lacking …. The breakfast is average at best with no real stand out dish and staff gets overwhelmed with guests …

Located in South Goa. A huge resort. Surprisingly the veg food is very good here. Swimming Pool is very clean. They have a Jacuzzi as well. Rooms are spacious and neat. For the kids they have a lot of activities. It is a beach facing property but beach is very close to the property. A decent walkable distance to be covered to reach the beach.

I would say the best property to stay in Goa. The rooms were big and luxurious. The food was excellent and delicious 😋. The property has an open air jacuzzi and a big pool with a bar counter which is a very good thing. Also the resort has many indoor facilities and games for kids and loads and loads more Also the beach that is attached is very good and clean and the resort has a seaside shack . A must visit resort in Goa or Delhi lse your trip is just incomplete 😀😃 Thank you Kenilworth for making my trip wonderful.

Location is peaceful, good for family or buisness meets. Resort has there own private beach, swimming pools and Jacuzzi. Room Service is great. Dining area is also neat, all the service providers in the dining area are sweet and professional. They have live music during dinner too. Reception service can be improved. Nearest happening Beach is Kolva beach, all other beaches are about an hour distance from the resort.

Recently visited Kenilworth for 5 days and it was an amazing and relaxing vacation . It’s a huge property with huge kid friendly pool and slide in pool was the main attraction. Beach was scenic and clean . Food was amazing . Chef cooked the food for my toddler as per my recipe .Surely would like to visit again .

My stay of 2 nights was for a conference. The resort looks to be built for marriages with so much free area kept for that. The real 5 star thing was the big warmed swimming pool and open air jacuzzi. Rest are akin to a 4 star resort. The actual reason for giving 2 star is that during our entire stay there was construction work going on throughout the day with drilling and banging sound overhead. They need to understand that people have come to them for leasure.

Best pool in Goa! Super polite and helpful staff. The bar in the middle of the pool is the highlight!

It is nice resort with a private beach. The rooms are good. The food is delicious but overpriced. In all, it is a good place to visit.

It's a five star hotel that deserves five stars. Super courteous staff. Excellent swimming pool. Fabulous food. Super safe for kids. Beautiful property bang on the beach. Yes it is expensive. But so worth it.

All the staff in the resort responded well Though the spread for dinner was very less due to covid restrictions and less guests, breakfast was good. Best part was the pool.

Was here in mid Aug, expansive place, superb pool, easy private beach access. Ocean view rooms are large, clean and recently renovated too. The food can improve a lot though. I'd recommend it for people who can eat outside and enjoy the premises.

Ambience is good but the service was not worth. The housekeeping staff is very nice and fluent. Service here was not good as 5 star. There are many 3 star resorts better than kenilworth resort. The service here was awful.

Stay was okay for the price they have charged. It's a 5 star hotel but room was not well maintained and had very old set up. Apart from that beach access was okay but could have given better experience. Breakfast was good. Game zone was not opened.

It claims to be 5 star resort, however as per our family it was not so. There was renovation going around so there was constant noise. Only highlight is that it has the best swimming pool.

Hotel was okay, renovations ongoing did not help!!!! Staff were good and got a room away from the noise Hotel still has teething problems after lockdown and being monsoon season!

Lovely property with spacious garden and pool. The beach experience was lovely. Rooms were very comfortable and they even had double glazed windows which helps with sound and retracts heat.

An amazing experience staying with the family in this resort. It's worth the price and the services that one expects from a 5 star resort. The facilities are spic and span. The swimming pool is huge with multiple areas depending on who you are - adult, child, experienced swimmer etc. The proximity to one of the cleanest beach in Goa is another plus. Wish there was a quiet space to finish official work, although believe that that is intentionally left out, it being a vacation retreat. Lovely experience altogether.

Got an uncleaned room during check in. They cleaned thoroughly after complaining though. Half the staff roam around without masks. Beautiful, less crowded beach within walkable distance. Very good restaurants, polite staff.

Great place to chill in Goa with friends and family. Food is great. Service is marvelous. The pool is tremendous. Must visit place if you want to relax in South Goa. One piece of advice. Please book in advance to avoid steep rates and booking rush. Cheers

Excellent place for destination celebration. Very good restaurant, spacious rooms, nice swimming pool. Plenty of walking space. Location on the sea shore, nice ocean view. Room balconies are designed very nicely to give excellent view and fresh air. All other facilities are well designed, clean & well maintained. Check in and check out needs improvement, may be staff needs more equipment such as printer, scanner etc on the side table of the counter to save the time.

We had the 30th Reunion of our college batch here and we had a total blast. The resort is on the beach with easy access through n hotel. There are large lawns that are very soothing. The swimming pool is a great size with a sunken bar. The food is very good too with room service late into the night. The room are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. The banquet halls are also pretty decent. We made some fabulous memories thanks to this resort.

I have been a regular here and rate it as one of the best resorts. Its comfortable and not over crowded, staff is friendly and some great eating places around (Martins corner, Zeebop). This has one of the best tennis courts in Goa. Well maintained. The slide in the swimming pool is a major highlight. Highly recommended.
