Lack of cleanliness n no proper employees

Nice place. Good Service and cleanness maintained

Employees are pathetic, they dont have manners to speak. The pipe was folded when the fuel eas being out, i asked to make it straight, he did not do it. When asked about complaint register they didn't have it. They mentioned that manager keeps it with them and when asked about manager after lot of thinking they said he is admitted. Management/Indian Oil please look into this.
