Bad experience visiting this hotel arrogant staff , pathetic/worst service, no customer satisfaction they just love money and interested in making money. There were a person(caption) who working in bar & food section treating to their guest like he was owner of the property. However, he has not able to opt a micro thing in his life and also this kind of person never growth in there life. 👎

We stayed in hotel for 5 days, i saying it's most valuable property in budget. Hotel staff & management was very excellent, room service is not excellent but not bad. Swimming pool is very beautiful & clean, Small but most relaxing. Food was average but not bad....I want to recommend the change in food test & make some spicy specially for Gujarati. Another thing is that to recommend the change in room service for Dental kit & water bottle pls provide 1 ltr...500 ml is not comfortable. Anything, I will suggest to people if they want to stay in Calangute area, this property is comfortable & I think best. Great....we enjoyed lots...😀👍

The room was good and spacious. The rooms were clean and well maintained. They provided complimentary breakfast as well along with the plan and it was tasty. Also paying some amount they provide buffet dinner and cost is reasonable. Overall the experience is good. Sahil Sadekar Manager

It is located near beach behind decathlon. But you have to walk 10-15 minutes to reach beach. Food tastes good only north indian food but less variety. Services are also ok. Bar is also available . Decent and good hotel.

Tranquil inn is situated at the main location near calungute beach. It's one of the best hotel at Calungute. Rooms are spacious and are kept clean. Proper room service is done and the staffs over here are very helpful. Ambience is pretty good and comfortable. Food is 10/10 Ambience 10/10 Would recommend this hotel. Must visit if you are booking hotel in North goa.

Amazing location very close to the beach and very friendly staff. Rooms need improvement, bathrooms need exhausts. Hot water is available 24x7.

Place is around 40min drive from panaji. Rooms are clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was good. We had read the reviews prior booking, most of them had negative remarks with service and I agree very bad service. No response from reception sometimes and blunt reactions when asked. Overall stay was good but need better service

Hotel stay was very good. Staff was very friendly and supportive. We never had any bad experience with hotel and their staff. There is boy who generally available in nights has great skill of sketching. Whenever you get a chance do appreciate the talent he has. Sahil and Paritosh are good as well. They know the comforts of guests.

Really good place. Top notch customer service. Extremely cooperative staff. Rooms with good sized balconies. Complimentary Heaters provided for every room. The only comment I have is that they don't have a lift, to compensate they have rooms on the ground floor itself. So slightly older folk can stay there and people who don't mind the walk up the stairs can get rooms on the third floor. Both have equally spectacular views.

Strictly avoid this hotel.person named sahil at the reception doesn't have the basic of hotel management how to talk to their customers..must say even the waiter thr has better manners than that sahil.lady named prathama at the reception is so confused and slow.you have to literally call 3-4 times at the reception to get your food order..had stayed in so many hotels with an amazing experience but this one was pathetic.wont evere recommend this hotel in my life even if this would be last hotel in Goa..PLZ AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Room was less spacious. We checked room on 8th October 3am &found power cuts again and again till checkout due to main switch fault issue. Restaurant was great & people's wr helpful with their services.

What I would say! A Goa tour never be accomplished without Tranquil Inn, A complete package. We were worrying before start of our tour because of an infant and a kid with us, but as and when we reached to Hotel every tension gone away! Staff is so helpful, kind and supportive. Mr Sahil, Manager, support us in every aspect. Property is situated in wonderful and approachable location with kinds of facilities like swimming pool, different food varities, ventilated rooms with attached bathroom. On a single call from room, service will be delivered promptly. In overall a 10 star rating. Love to see u again guys. Miss you. Take care all. Our stay was great and comfortable. Room service is really nice and hygienic, their staff is really helpful and friendly specially the manager. Highly suggested for girls to consider this hotel as it is safe and all beaches are near by :)
