This is a psychiatric hospital run by Dr. Simon Awale and team. Good experience in terms of treatment for my family member. Treatment is still going on, so I'll be updating my review again in future. Staff behavior is very good. 100/100 for that. But management needs improvement wrt process. Also I feel doctor should spend more time with patients ( I know his schedule will be bit tight, but still a request). Update(9th March 2023): Note: Treatment is very good, no doubt, but... Cons: Mediclaim wont be approved by insurance company as Hospital Registration certificate will not be provided by the hospital, even the reason for not providing certificate will not be given in written.(I don't have any concern about treatment at all, it's satisfiable only).
