Surely deserve 5 stars. The greenery and cleanliness is superb. Really great place for a stay with Family/Group. There are 2 rooms, a Big hall, Kitchen and a swimming pool. There is no restaurant but they arrange food for you if required. Call and book the Villa as pre-booking is must.

Bhide farm House is the Best place, we had a get-together of 35 pacs , best arrangements, clean and nicely maintained farm house - garden is awesome, ambience is superb. Overall very good place for small functions, get-together. Especially Host/caretaker Mr Ajit is very cooperative and has dozens of options for enjoying hassle-free

The place is perfect for a group of 10-15 people. Everything is maintained properly, especially the pool. Will highly recommend.

The farm house is excellent. Very beautiful, neat and clean. Very well maintained. Both Mr. Bhide & Mr. Ajit are welcoming, warm, and extremely courteous. Feels like a home away from home. Mr. Bhide's collection of plants is a feast for plant lovers.

I think it should be renamed as the Garden of Eden because Mr. Bhide has done a wonderful job surrounding the place with fascinating species of plants, trees from all over making it a heavenly delight! The cooing of birds, separate spaces for the pool and parties, amazing food, neat and clean rooms and a wonderful host make this a pleasant stay!

The architecture & spaces of villa are nice with private Swimming pool & location being very peaceful. It might be little tough for the first time to locate it, but a perfect stay for 1 night with friends or family.

Beautiful place and great host. Great place for a staycation surrounded by greenery. Amazing house clean and modern. Loved the swimming pool. Host was great and helped us when there was issue with car. Food which they get is also good and authentic. Try Mutton Sukka and chicken curry.

Absolutely beautiful and well maintained place. They have paid attention to every small detail. Very clean place. Polite host and care taker. The place is very calm and great to relax with family and friends groups. Location is easy to find. The food is sourced from ichalkaranji but taste is just superb. The mutton thali, mutton fry and even chicken starters were really good. The plants are rare and unique. Its a place one will want to return to.

Nice place for a weekend getaway! Mr. Bhide is extremely passionate about his flowers and plants- and it shows. Very well maintained. Staff is super polite and very helpful. Good food; we were looking for simple Maharashtrian meal kind of an experience and were extremely happy with the overall arrangement. Good option for a 2 night stay of 10-15 people!

We recently stayed at this farm house. It is a beautiful farm house with 300 varieties of distinct plants and trees around it. The owner of this farm house Mr. Bhide is very kind, accommodating and helpful. Mr. Bhide made sure that our stay was comfortable and memorable. The food offered was excellent and home cooked. The property is clean, neat and tidy. It is lovely place for family get together. We recommend this place for a nice relaxing getaway.

Very Beautiful and serine villa situated in Hathkanagle. They took care of cleanliness impressively. The best part about property is swimming pool,the owner cleans pools infront of you,must visit place to have nice time with family n friends. Also Providing full set up kitchen is a ++ point. This place has won our hearts. Have been here 3 times in last 6 months. Wonderful service, nice ambience and a luxury stay with family and friends.

We were given the pleasure of staying at the Avisa Nila which is as good as an independent house with good room and an additional space. We had a patio to sit an enjoy nature. The staff were kind and courteous, ready to help out and the food was tasty, homely with enough variety. we will definitely want to come back.

Mr Ajit Bhide and Mr Ajit Adaki were the best host I could have ever asked for ..... My family loved the location, the farm house was well maintained and hygenic. Even safe for a 2 and half year old kid....Mr Ajit Adaki was just a call away for any of our doubts, help or anything and everything required....he made sure we were comfortable and kept in touch with us Mr Ajit Bhide did make it a point to visit us when were enjoying our karaoke 🎤....he seemed to a passionate and fun loving person....made sure we feel at home.... Thanks alot for this wonderful stay ....this was the first time we planned a stay cation and my family loved the same....thanks for making it easy for my future staycations plans ....however you have set the bar high its tough for any other farm house or staycation to meet the same..... Also the food arranged was cherry on the top we loved the food... Once again thanks....hope to see you soon

The best location for a relaxed getaway. Most importantly the place and the pool were super clean. The house is very spacious and felt like home. Loved the hospitality and the care taker was a call away. Sudhakar (the care taker) was very obedient and came as soon as we needed help. We enjoyed a lot. Will surely visit again!

This place is a hidden gem, a quick gateway from the routine life. Amazing place, spacious and so neat n tidy n well maintained. We travelled from Pune so the roads were just amazing ofcourse so the travel part was just sorted. The host is extremely helpful and so is the caretaker Ajit. A huge kitchen we'll set up with all the required things to help your self if required, Fridge, glasses, plates bowls all sorted and if you need anything Ajit is just a call away. Swimming pool is cleaned everyday and we'll maintained, the hall is decorated with in house flowers which are beautiful colors well maintenance by the host, meals are available on request and customised as per our taste n requests. Huge lawn for kids to play, the trees n plants r beauty to eyes, imagine a hot cup of coffee n Greenery everywhere...#lifesorted. Bhide sir is an extremely soft spoken person, very down to Earth person. This place is a highly recommended if you wish for a relaxing time with friends or Family.
