Bad service - I have bought new bike in last month now I found some sensors issue but they have not still find what exactly issue I visited 4 times.

The worst after sales service..not a single person is ready to take responsibility...once u give your bike for service they will just say they will infrom when it is done but they won't and when you call for the concern they will question you that you need to take follow up...same experience for 2nd time....

Extremely bad experience with the service centre. The keep our scooter for 5 days unnecessarily and gave minor reason. Ask us to come back after 15 to 20 days but still part had not come. No response no response from the showroom side.

Extremely bad management. Corporation is extremely poor between the department's. Service centre is also not good.

Lots of new Hero bikes are available. Good service but there are no free accessories.. for a big showroom no free accessories is bit disappointing.. And also to take a Xerox there is no facility inside the showroom for that we need to go outside to take a copy.. Treating a customer defines the quality of the showroom..

I have bought a bike from this showroom, the service here is not good. I did not get a call from here for even a single free bike servicing and I had also got the coating done from here, that too was not good, wasted money.

I gave my bike for services for fork repair. They broke my indicater and they told it was broken early only. If any repair is there i won't suggest this hero showroom. They won't take care as I have seen.

Poor Experience. Salesman is not intrested to show bikes. I guess you don't need any customers.

Servicing facility is good. Workshop Staff is cooperative. Waiting room is available.

I wish to give negative star ratings, but its not possible to provide. After sales service is worst that ever i have seen in any service center. Its been more than 2 months for my bike's accidental claim, still they say parts are not available. And also over that until customer goes and asks, they even don't update anything to customer. Raise complaint only for the name. No resolution of the complaint. they say their senior will call you to resolve the issue but it never happens.

Service associates are bit slow to inspect your bike and raise a service ticket, but service is good.
