The hotel looks luxurious. But the problem with this hotel is they have very limited options in drinks and food. And the quality of the same is average. They need to train their staff so they can work efficiently. Staff get confused while taking orders. It took too much time to serve my dish. Also I've ordered the roasted papad with veg crispy but I've got my veg crispy first n then after asking again and again I've got my roasted papad. The politeness of the staff is so good. they need proper training.

Disappointing Experience: Mediocre Food, Slow Service, and Health Concerns I recently went to this hotel, I ordered vegetarian dishes called "Kaju Masala" and "Paneer Handi." Unfortunately, the food was not tasty, and the paneer felt like rubber when I ate it. The service was also slow, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. To make matters worse, my friend got sick and vomited throughout the night after our dinner. This raises concerns about the hotel's hygiene and food safety practices. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Food was above avarage. Well mannered waiters but the cashier lady was too rude and she had no idea about how to use Google pay. Arrogant behaviour she had.

Hotel is Awesome.Taste is better than any other hotel in Ichalkaranji. Just go and experience it.And personally I Noticed that there is no added food color... Only one problem that is that parking is very small....So if you want a best taste in Ichalkaranji then just close your eyes and go for it.... Thank you... It's not any promotion.... This is my personal opinion....

Food Quality is good, but service is not proper. And for family restaurant if we order the soft drink they have applying Bar price. For example i Have took cool drink of Rs. 40/-. Commonly in every hotel take 10rs as cooling charges but they have took extra 25rs.

Arrogant staff with basic food. In AC are you are not allowed unless you are accompanied by a girl! Waiter and manger is roaming with slippers, nobody is ready to listen, may be too experienced. This is my second visit as it is bear my hotel. Better avoid.

Food is delicious we have ordered paneer chilly gobhi manchurian for starter and mix veg and paneer masala for main course. Gobhi manchurian is little bit dry and paneer chilly is so much spicy 🥵 paneer masala is saltless while mix veg is too much spicy. Bt overall good experience and good service ambience is also good.
